Das Restaurant ist relativ laut und am Ende hat es drei versuche gebraucht die Rechnung zu bekommen . In der Bestellanleitung stand, dass man alle 10 min einen neuen Gang bestellen kann, dies war aber leider nicht der Fall (nur alle 15min) . Das Essen war sehr lecker und es gab eine breitgefächerte Auswahl .

Was my 2nd disastrous visit to Kawaru. This time at lunchtime because it should be cheaper. Yes, it was cheaper, but half of the other dishes are not allowed to be ordered. Drinks absolutely watery. Tablets with which we ordered were taken from us so that we don't order too much. That was my very last visit to this store. My recommendation to everyone is to have a nice evening elsewhere and save yourself the outrageous prices.

Sehr leckeres Essen, tolle Auswahl - aber selbst für Münchner Verhältnisse etwas teuer. Das System funktioniert gut und macht Spaß. Die Mitarbeitenden sind freundlich. Das Lokal hat leider etwas Kantinenflair. Insgesamt aber eine deutliche Empfehlung!

The ambience and service were great, even if we didn't receive some dishes that we ordered via the tablet. The all you can eat is quite expensive for this service, so I preferred eating sushi there. About the food: Their hot dishes, such as shrimp, beef, etc. were very tasty. I thought it was a shame that a sweet chili sauce was often served with the spring rolls, for example. Unfortunately this was too spicy for me. Choosing a sweet and sour sauce would have been better. The sushi was so good in terms of taste that it has potential for improvement. The nuri leaves were like chewing gum in the mouth, which wasn't that pleasant. The dessert was a 10 out of 10 and really tasty.

Super delicious food, the system with the tablets works perfectly. The staff is always very friendly and very quick when it comes to dishes and drinks. The restaurant itself is also nice and furnished to make you feel comfortable.

Für die Qualität ist auf jeden Fall zu teuer. Die Auswahl ist auch nicht so breit, was für solches Preis sein könnte.

Tried the all you can eat here and there is nothing special, the food is just ok, but i liked the meat. Was left with a really bad impression when food that we ordered in one round came 2 rounds later, waiter brought bottles of water that we did not even ask for, and at the end after ordering fried banana (which consists of 3 pieces of fried banana and sauce), they gave me a piece of takoyaki. I asked the waiter what this was and he just said “Oh, that’s takoyaki!” which left me speechless at how he did not even apologize or offer to bring my actual order unless i asked. Overall, not worth it at all considering that dinner price is 37€/person and does not include drinks and one 0,75L water is 8€ which is ridiculous.

Also fast alles Frittierte wurde mit teryaki Soße serviert. Aber das Sushi war toll!!! Die Begründung war sehr nett. Die Teller wiederum hat man fast schon auf den Tisch geschmissen bekommen. Die Verabschiedung und damit verbundene Zahlung war sehr freundlich. Vielleicht nochmal, aber sicher nicht regelmäßig.

Sehr Freundliches Personal und das Essen war schnell da und sehr lecker.

An impudence. Kawaru sells vouchers that are valid for 1 year. And you no longer accept people who are, for example, 16 months old, even though they are not legally entitled to do so. The statute of limitations of 3 years applies to restaurants!! Absolute impudence not to be able to have the value of the voucher credited to you!

The service was excellent, quick and helpful. We went in the evening during the week. You definitely have to make a reservation beforehand and when the restaurant is full it takes a little longer to bring out the dishes. But we were still excited. You have a large selection of dishes. We tried the menu once and weren't disappointed with any of the dishes. Unfortunately it was really loud, so instead of talking, people ate more. We'll definitely be back.

Essen war insgesamt richtig lecker, viele vegane Gerichte vorhanden. Ich hätte mir nur zum einen unfrittierte vegane Gyoza gewünscht und bei den Nachspeisen auch was anderes als frittierte vegane Desserts. Auch Obst wäre für die Nachspeise toll gewesen. Insgesamt recht teuer für ein All-u-can-eat, aber noch ok. Die Cocktails sind Mega gut. Bei den nicht veganen Speisen war laut meiner Begleitung das panierte und frittierte Huhn ungenießbar, da es innen wie außen nur vor Fett getrieft hat, sonst war auch für ihn alles richtig lecker.

Definitely the best all-you-can-eat sushi offer in Munich’s Westend!

Wir waren überzeugt und würden wiederkommen, die Preise für die Getränke sollten zu Gunsten der Gäste überdacht werden.

Das Essen war gut, der Service verstand leider nicht immer deutsch, aber das krasse war wirklich der Lärmpegel im Restaurant.

Toller aufmerksamer Service! Leckeres Sushi und auch alle andern Gerichte sind empfehlenswert!

The sushi and desserts are very good. Everything with salmon was delicious. The mochi was so good but we can order only 1 piece each and it's a random flavour (I got mango and my husband got berries). The other foods would be great if they didn't have so much sauce. I ordered the tempura without sauce and it came covered in sweet sauce anyway. Kimchi was good.

The food at All You Can Eat at 7pm was all very fresh and hot. Or sushi cold. Unfortunately the ice cream was brought to us in warm bowls, which melted immediately. Our 3 scoops of ice cream for 3 people were all brought in one bowl, which isn't great if you're not great friends. Mochie ice cream was limited to one ice cream per person, with no choice. It's a shame if there aren't the flavors you like... Desserts were a bit limited with 3 types of ice cream and two types of fried fruit... The staff was friendly and worked quickly and harmoniously. The concept with the tablets and the independent ordering every 10 minutes is new and therefore totally in vogue with the generation, but all in all it doesn't justify the price of 37 euros per person plus drinks.

Good restaurant, food was really tasty except for almost sushi. All in all we can recommend it 👌😊

Be careful when paying!!!! Yesterday I was here and the waitress brought me the bill with products that I had not received and which was 30 euros higher than it should have been. When I asked for the bill she got scared and couldn't justify the high price on the bill. Very big disappointment. I won't come back.

Our (big) children love the concept of ordering from a tray and sharing together. Culinary quality okay for all-you-can eat Be careful, portions are sometimes quite large, so it's better to order several times (even if you can only order with breaks in between) so as not to leave large leftovers

Essen wir immer sehr gut, leider kommen die bestellten gerichtet, teilweise sehr weit versetzt, so dass man oftmals die Beilagen schon deutlich vor dem Hauptgericht. Manchmal kommt es sogar vor, dass manche Bestellungen nachgeliefert werden, obwohl sie 25 Minuten vorher bestellt wurden.

It was our first time here and we were really pleasantly surprised. Drinks and food are ordered via a tablet that is placed at the table. The service is friendly and attentive, the food is delicious and authentic.

Let me keep this short: Good meat, bad sauces (too salty & too oily with little to no actual taste) which makes you loose your appetite quickly. Whatever you do, don't order tempura, it's triple the usual batter amount, filled with panco. This too, makes you feel stuffed quickly. In summary: salty & oily food to make you thirsty for overpriced beverages Friendly waiters, though. We even got soju on the house.

Wir waren gestern essen, leider gab es nicht alles was online auf der Karte gezeigt wurde, obwohl wir extra abends kamen um die Gerichte zu essen, die es nur abends gibt. Für den Preis etwas ärgerlich obwohl das was es gab recht gut geschmeckt hat. Für zwei Personen 82€ gezahlt wovon man wo anders Preiswerter essen kann. Bedingungen waren relativ nett, kann man mal machen muss man aber nicht.

A good place to go for Japanese all-you-can-eat in Munich. The place can be accessed both from the front entrance which is the road or from the side entrance which is the mall. The place was spacious enough, clean, and tidy. Although they sometimes put the food on the table hastily which is why I did not give a perfect 5 stars for the service. The atmosphere was also pretty okay. You will be ordering the things you want from a tablet, and you will be able to order every 10 minutes. We went there for dinner and tried almost everything on their all you can eat menu. Some of them were great and some were not really delicious. I would recommend all kinds of raw Salmon as their raw Salmon were fresh and tasted delicious! Some like the Takoyaki has too little octopus, the Tamagoyaki was not original Tamagoyaki… instead it was just a normal fried egg, a lot of them also lacked taste, and so on. The price for me has too much difference between lunch (22€) and dinner (37€) which is 15€ without any difference in the menu as I know of. Anyways… it’s actually not a bad place, I guess you can try it once to see if it is worth it or not.

How can such a bad restaurant still have 4 stars? My evaluation is, if you are afraid of customers ordering too much, then why do you have an all-you-can-eat business? Also, the proprietress has a flattering face towards white people and treats Chinese people differently when she sees it. It's disgusting. I wish this store will close down soon. I will never go there a second time.

The service from the waiters and waitresses at Kawaru Munich was excellent, they were all very friendly and committed. Empty plates were cleared quickly and the dishes arrived in a reasonable time, although you may have to wait a little longer if there is a lot of traffic. We had the weekend lunch for 26.9 euros, which isn't as extensive as the dinner but I think it's very good value for money. It is advisable to reserve a table in advance, otherwise it could be full and you won't be able to get a seat. I was there on a Sunday and there was plenty of parking right outside.

An experience that unfortunately was lost with All you can eat, after the first round it took forever until something came to us again and the sauce for the appetizers became less and less. Not enough for €36.50 per person on Friday evening

worst!! Koreans, never go there!!! I really don't leave reviews like this, but it's so annoying and unpleasant that's why I'm leaving a review for the first time. I don't know about lunch, but definitely don't go there for dinner. It's not what you normally think of as Japanese food, and the portion size is a real rip-off!!!! It's not a meal, it's a snack. The price... it's truly the most evil I've ever seen. 2 glasses of Paulaner (I console myself with this), 3 pieces of roll (the rice is very tough), Stir-fried udon (absolutely recommended!!!!!!!!!!!), a small piece of rice, miso soup, and 2 skewers were so small that it looked like they were in a rice bowl, so even though I ordered this, it still cost 88 euros, which was really shocking. I ordered on a tablet, but the price was set for only the alcohol and everything else was 0 euros, so I just ordered it and it was a total rip off. And the Asian middle-aged woman was very unfriendly ㅡㅡ To the point where I'm really swearing. I even told him where I was from, but he gave it to me in German and brought wasabi and chosanggag, as if throwing them. I found out later that it was possible to set the English menu ㅡㅡ I really swore. Of all the European countries I've been to, it was truly the worst, worst, worst!!!! It was a place I didn’t even want to take pictures of. Rather go for a place with a 3-star rating. That would be much better.

was the best place for All You Can Eat. Unfortunately, with a major change in personnel, this is no longer the case. Still good, but not as good as before.

I was there for lunch today and took advantage of the "all you can eat" option. I think the price and the rules are fair (€21 for all-you-can-eat, a maximum of 5 portions per order and a 10-minute waiting time between orders) - so you look forward to the next dishes instead of just eating non-stop. The food came to the table quickly (especially since you can order yourself using the tablet) and tasted excellent. Nevertheless, a few suggestions for improvement: 1. I would have liked more sauce for the apple gyoza. 2. If I order several things at the same time, I actually expect them to be delivered at the same time. Here I first had the fried noodles and when I was finished the fried duck came.

Das ist Essen ist grundsätzlich gut. Leider wird mit sehr vielen gleich schmeckenden, dicken Soßen gearbeitet. Der Fisch, das Fleisch wird damit überdeckt, ohne Soße schmeckt das Essen etwas sehr fad. Es gibt am Tisch außer Soja-Soße keine weiteren Würz-Möglichkeiten. Das Restaurant ist voll wie eine Schul-Mensa, die karge Möblierung begünstigt ein sehr hohes Geräusch-Niveau. Parken im Parkhaus: möglich, jedoch nach 22 Uhr ist ein Zutritt nur kompliziert möglich, der Parkschein wird nicht angerechnet. Überhaupt ist das Preisniveau (+ Getränke und Zusatz-Optionen) extrem hoch angesetzt. Es gibt dafür jedoch nur "gute" Qualität. Scheinbar gibt es zum Zahlen nur ein Kartengerät, was beim "Massen"-Schluss (22 Uhr) zu sehr langer Wartezeit auf den einzigen Kassierer führt.

Das Essen war Mega lecker und die Köche wissen genau was sie tun. Ich hab schon viel Sushi gegessen und so eine hohe Qualität bei all you can eat hab ich nicht erwartet. All in all war es ein Mega cooler Abend und auch der Service und das Ambiente waren super. Ich komme leider nicht aus München aber dafür komme ich gerne wieder.

The food is very good. We like to order the next course a little earlier because orders should only be ordered every 15 minutes. If you go there very hungry, the 15 minutes can take a long time. The sushi selection is great and mostly very tasty. The Gunkan Sushis are special here. Freshly prepared, you can still feel the freshly warm rice and the fish at room temperature - all wrapped in a crispy warm nori sheet! I didn't always get the Gunkans that way, but when I did, it was my favorite of the day! The rest of the dishes are great too! I recommend the takoyakis! I can only recommend that everyone go there on an empty stomach and try it for themselves :) P.S.: unfortunately the quality of kawaru was significantly better last year. All in all, still very good

A bit too expensive and too unfavorable to be considered as an all-you-can-eater, but close. Cooldown reduced from 10 to 5 minutes, price reduced to 20 and delivery times a little better (some things only arrived in the following round) then the store would be bad.

Wir waren schon mehr als 10 Mal im Kawaru und schätzen die große Auswahl an frisch zubereiteten Speisen. Der Service war dieses Mal bedeutend besser als die letzten Male (freundlicher, mit Nachfragen, aufmerksamer) und wir hoffen, dass das auch weiterhin so bleibt.

Really excellent food! Service and ambience also great
