The delivery time was a complete disaster, we waited for 2 hours 😡

The food is really good, the service is also great, the restaurant is clean and tidy, but also nice and clear, no frills and such.

I've been there three times now and I've been thrilled every time. The staff is friendly and my daughter (3 years old) is always treated so kindly. She gets her own card and is always happy about the dry ice fog. There is a great vegan selection and we would love to come back ♡

Everything great. Just eat BOMBEE. BUT. I love you very much, but can you play another playlist? It's always the same songs that drive me crazy. Can't listen to Scarborough Faire anymore 🥲🥲🥲

Bon appetit 🤢: 04/06/2024 Kitchen: 1.The room was so dirty that a thorough cleaning of all equipment and surfaces was necessary. 2.Food was placed on the market that was stored and prepared under disgusting conditions. 3.The base cabinets were contaminated with product residue and dirt deposits. 4.The grease filters of the extractor system were contaminated with grease residue. 5.Consumables (equipment and packaging material) and food were stored unsorted throughout the snack area. Equipment and food were stored unsorted in the lower cupboards. Some of the food was inadequately packaged. At the time of the inspection, the work surfaces were covered with leftover food, packaging materials and cloths. Unpackaged food (salad) was stored in the packaging storage shelf. 6.Several food contact equipment was contaminated. The storage containers were contaminated with old product residues. The interior of the microwave was contaminated with dirt residue. The defective table cooling unit was contaminated with product residue on the interior. The interior of the rice cookers was contaminated with black deposits. The deep fryer was contaminated with product residue. Insufficiently cleaned food containers were stored in the kitchen area. 7. The floor was dirty, particularly in the edge and corner areas, as well as under and behind the facilities, and was partly filled with old packaging residues and empties. 8. When storing perishable foods, the manufacturer's temperature specification or the product-specific maximum temperature was exceeded. Fresh salmon was stored in the storage refrigerator at a core temperature of +8.9°C. Processed and cut vegetables were stored unrefrigerated in a defective table refrigerator. Soy products that required refrigeration were stored in the refrigerator at +24.1°C. Processed surimi products were stored in the refrigerator at +13.9°C. Scullery: 1.The dishwasher basket was dirty. 2.The door edge areas of the dishwasher were dirty. The rinse water was already used up and had a stale smell. Deep freeze storage: 1. The interior of the freezer was contaminated with old product residue and significant ice formation. 2.In the drawers, food was stored in bags that were not properly sealed. Unpackaged food and leftover food were also found in the drawer. 3.The freezer door seal was damaged. Residual waste/recyclables area/former toilet: 1.The food waste was not removed as quickly as possible, so an accumulation of this waste was not avoided.There was a 240 liter waste bin in the former toilet. The container was filled with old, smelly food waste. 2.The room overall was not in a good hygienic condition. The attached sanitary facilities were contaminated with old black dirt residue. Contaminated equipment was stored in the room. 3.Cigarette ash and cigarette tobacco were found in the room. 4. Although food was being handled, the adjacent toilet was immediately accessible and there was no ventilated anteroom. At the time of the inspection, the room was used as a storage room for cleaning supplies and waste. The toilet and urinal were not dismantled. Personnel hygiene: 1. As a birthday surprise for our daughter, we ate at Kawa Sushi. The map was very detailed and we found what we were looking for very quickly. The fusion platter was beautifully presented and the presentation with the dry ice was an absolute eye-catcher. The sushi was extremely good and tasty, making my daughter feel like she was in sushi paradise. I found the prices reasonable, and the little brother also had his favorite dish (fries + chicken nuggets 😂). Conclusion, we would definitely come back. But next time not at the Nordhorner Meile, because the speaker disturbed the otherwise well-rounded atmosphere.

Best sushi I've ever eaten without exaggerating. The service is very friendly, the food comes quickly and you can sit outside very nicely. The prices for such good sushi are extremely low. Gladly again

I ate there for the first time with my wife and I was thrilled. The service was just great, always nice and accommodating, the food was very tasty and the portions were big enough so that we could hardly finish it all. We would be happy to come back soon.

We were well received. But they brought the order list and immediately walked away and didn't even ask if we wanted something to drink. After half an hour we were still able to ask them for a drink. This is a restaurant we will never go to again. The service is very poor.

Super tasty sushi, lots of choice of vegetarian varieties too :) Fast and attentive service. Unfortunately the place isn't the nicest... outside it's a little nicer by the water, inside it's not my cup of tea :/ But it depends on the food 😇😋 Would come again 👍🏼👍🏼

Nothing to complain about the food. The sushi plate was very good and was beautifully presented. The service was extremely slow. If you go into the business with two tables and 4 people and complain, "I'm alone." Then something is wrong with your priorities. A tip from us would be to put your phone away and serve your guests. If they have to wait half an hour to place an order, something is wrong here. We think this is a real shame for the effort put into the kitchen to prepare a good meal.

Every time I order sushi home, and every time it arrives very late. You have to wait about 2.5 hours.

After we made an order of €80 at 6.15 p.m. We called at 7:50 p.m. to find out where the order was and asked again at 8:30 p.m. without apology or explanation, we were told the order was "on the way". We then canceled the sushi. So service: downright bad!!!!!! Never again Kawa Sushi Nordhorn.

Very bad👎 we eat with hair delivered. Unfortunately not for the first time. And you don't even want to give the money back just because you ordered online.

Such good sushi 🍣 has always tasted very good. It could definitely be a little more comfortable to sit outside, especially in summer, but that's okay and it depends on the food

Good place. Delicious, fresh Asian food. The service is at a high level. The atmosphere is very pleasant. You can choose where you want to eat: in the middle of the establishment or outside. There were two of us and we wanted to have dinner. Everything happened just super. There was a large company at the next table and they made a whole show for them. There was some volcano with cold, white steam. This establishment also offers home delivery. We were here for the first time, but we used their delivery before. We ordered a large set of sushi and rolls. Everything was also very fresh and tasty.

The food is a 10/10 Ambience a 10/10 Liferservice a 4 out of 10 Unfortunately you always have to wait for the delivery time shown, where 60 minutes can quickly become 75 minutes or longer, something that needs to be worked on. Otherwise I have nothing to complain about ☺️

I was craving Japanese for my Birthday and this restaurant had a good review and it's close to our town. Food is really good an beautifull served. They learned that it was my birthday so they gave us free dessert platter. How nice. Vielen Dank!!!

Ob man das richtige essen bekommt ist immer eine Frage Ansonsten top !

Wir haben unser Essen über die Homepage bestellt und erwartet, dass es in 60 Minuten geliefert wird. Leider vergingen 1,5 Stunden, und das Essen war immer noch nicht angekommen. Ein Anruf beim Restaurant ergab, dass der Fahrer bereits unterwegs sei. Nach weiteren quälenden 30 Minuten kam das Essen endlich an, jedoch war es kalt. Erneut haben wir das Restaurant kontaktiert und um eine Lösung gebeten. Sie versprachen, beim nächsten Mal Rabatt anzubieten. Doch ich erklärte, dass es kein "nächstes Mal" geben wird, da unser Hunger jetzt gestillt werden muss. Stattdessen baten wir um eine warme Nachlieferung. Schließlich, nach einer weiteren halben Stunde, erhielten wir das Essen erneut, diesmal warm. Dafür sind wir dankbar. Aufgrund der Herausforderungen und der letztendlich erfolgreichen Lösung vergebe ich 4 Sterne.

Wir waren mit 3 Personen dort und waren alle begeistert von den Cocktail's und von dem Essen ( Don ). Selbst meiner Mutter mit ihren 87 Jahren war super zufrieden mit ihrem Essen. Nur die Toiletten könnte man sauberer machen

Passt lecker, Preis OK, bitte etwas Zeit mitbringen. Es wird alles frisch gemacht und braucht etwas Zeit. Aber warten lohnt sich.

Gut! War sehr lecker, hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt! Frisch zubereitet, prima! Und bestellen konnte man so wunderbar unkompliziert online.

Bardzo lubię ich sushi. Lepszego w Nordhorn nie jadłem. Ale pozostanę przy zamawianiu z dostawą do domu, bo wnętrze lokalu jest mało zachęcające.

Wir sind Stammkunden und waren immer zu 10000% zufrieden, außer Heute… (wir bestellen IMMER dasselbe: Heute war alles anders leider und über einen Aufpreis hat man uns nicht informiert, das tat mir leid für den Fahrer da er warten musste, da wir noch Geld holen mussten…) Essen war heiß und frisch, nur leider nicht so wie gewünscht. Meckern auf hohem Niveau, sonst immer Top!

Het eten is erg lekker en we bestellen daar graag! Wat betreft de bezorgservice zijn wij niet tevreden… ik heb sushi besteld en aangegeven dat ik het graag tussen 17.45 en 18.00 uur zou willen hebben ( moest aangegeven worden). Het is ondertussen 18.36 en het eten is er nog steeds. Toen ik naar het restaurant belde was de contactpersoon ook niet echt vriendelijk. Ik gaf aan dat het eten er nog niet was en hij zei mij dat het eten zo onderweg zal zijn. Kort daarna was het gesprek ook meteen klaar. Beetje jammer.

Lecker und Preis/Leistung ist in Ordnung. Kann man empfehlen. Es ist gut was los, insb. auch bei außer Haus Lieferungen.

De Fusion plate to share is echt een aanrader! Verschillende soorten sushi, spectaculair opgemaakt. Het was erg rustig, de bediening was vriendelijk, maar wel erg afwachtend, hadden wel iets alerter midden zijn. Eten kwam wel heel snel en was erg lekker. We kregen na de sushi nog een kleine brownie van het huis.

Wij liepen hier bij toeval naar binnen en waren blij verrast door de heerlijke Sushi en de mooie presentatie van het eten! De prijs kwaliteitsverhouding is erg goed Hier kun je heerlijk Sushi eten!!

Wir haben den Lieferservice ausprobiert. Mindestbestellwert ist 20€. Bestellt wurde Asiatische Spezialität Dunkle Sauce mit Hühnchen, und Summer Rolls mit Hühnchen. Angegeben waren 50 Minuten nach nur 20 Minuten wurde das Essen heiß geliefert von sehr freundlichem Personal. Leider bekamen wir anstelle der Hühnchen Rolle eine mit Tofu. Das Gericht war sehr lecker wir haben es uns dann geteilt da Tofu nix für meinen Mann war 😀 Alles in allem war es lecker und beim nächsten Mal werden wir uns durchs Sushi testen...

Sehr schöne Restaurant und das Essen war sehr sehr lecker. Man kann es nur empfehlen.

Einfach Top! Da ich selber Suhsi mach, habe ich hohe Erwartungen wenn ich auswärts esse. Hier wurden meine Erwartungen absolut übertroffen! Super netter und familiärer Besitzer und Service, sauber, Hunde freundlich, Preise sind Top, große Auswahl und das Essen wird fürs Auge toll hergerichtet! Kein Vergleich zu anderen Suhsi-Restaurants in der Umgebung. Ich werde noch sehr oft wieder kommen :)

Sehr leckere Suppen, ich hatte die Curry Nudeln mit Garnelen 10/10 Mega lecker und Sushi sowieso Alle Sorten lecker und frisch. Kann ich nur empfehlen

In Nordhorn und Umgebung echt eines der besten Sushi-Restaurants zu (noch) fairen Preisen! Ich hoffe nur, dass es nicht noch einmal vorkommt, dass wir 2 Stunden vor Ort auf unser Essen warten müssen und vor allem auch über 1 Stunde auf die Getränke, die eigentlich nur 5 Minuten dauern sollten. Bis auf diesen (hoffentlich) Einzelfall immer zufrieden🙏🏼

Es war echt mega ordentlich, lecker und schnell. die Portionen waren riesig. Super Service, ich weiß echt nicht warum das Restaurant so wenig besucht war, es ist hier echt top! auch gab es eine riesige Auswahl an Essen und Nachspeisen:))

Bestes sushi das ich bisher gegessen habe

Waren heute Mittag dort. Nettes Servicepersonal und wir wurden sehr schnell bedient. Das Essen war absolut top, frisch zubereitet und sehr lecker. Unsere Anreise war von weiter weg, aber falls wir das nächste mal in der Nähe sind, werden wir definitiv wieder vorbeikommen.

Leckeres Sushi, super freundlicher Service, tolle Lage. Preislich ebenfalls super!
