The special concept of the 'Greek table' at a fixed price with lots of authentic Greek dishes attracted us to the tavern for the first time and thanks to the outstanding quality and authenticity of the food (it tastes like or even better than on holiday in Greece) and the Thanks to the warm hospitality of the owners, we have completely fallen in love with Katse Kato and always come back for special occasions or when we feel a longing for Greece. For all lovers of truly authentic Greek cuisine, it is the absolute place to be. Please remember to reserve in advance as in order to maintain the quality at the highest level, only a limited number of tables are allocated per day. You will be rewarded with a culinary journey through Greece 'like a Greek mom would cook it herself'. Excellent cuisine. The food was varied and very tasty and freshly prepared.

Ordered a Greek table at Katse Kato, rich Greek starters and a fish and meat platter, vegetables, salad and various side dishes. Everything was great, super tasty. I would like to give 10 additional stars for the dessert. The service was very warm and you feel very comfortable at Katse Kato. Had a wonderful evening there The newly designed terrace is comfortably furnished and the view of nature is truly breathtaking. Will be back to eat soon.

We had reserved a “Greek table” and were thoroughly pleasantly surprised. Delicious and, above all, lots of food was brought to us. Start with starters, main course and dessert. Including a small bottle of Ouzo :)

Great concept with dishes that can be put together individually like in Greece. As you can see from the other reviews, there is top food here at prices that I no longer know given the quality of the food.

We had a Greek table and were just thrilled. Sensational Greek food. We can only recommend it, a bit inconspicuous from the outside but you shouldn't let that fool you. Food & service were top.

Very cool location. Greek with a difference. Rather inconspicuous from the outside. Cozy inside. The boss is in service, the boss does magic in the kitchen. Very nice, relaxed Franconian Greek. The food is really great, very authentic. There are dishes here that I otherwise only know from original Greek taverns. Top! If you're looking for a village plate or the usual Metaxa plate with tomato rice, you're in the wrong place :-) The price is also fair and reasonable. Will definitely come back.

We have been coming here regularly for family dinners for a few years and always leave the restaurant full and very satisfied. The innkeepers are friendly and the cooking is fresh and authentically Greek with passion. Since two of us are vegan, we always pre-order a few days in advance. Reservations are recommended anyway because the owners only manage the kitchen and service with two people. From the very beginning, Tanja and Alex were very knowledgeable about the term vegan and are always conjuring up new dishes and always many traditional starters from Greece that are inherently vegan: stuffed grape leaves, Greek beetroot salad, eggplant salad, skordalia (garlic cream). just to name a few classics. It tastes so delicious that even our non-vegan parents like to eat it too. In addition, the price-performance ratio is very fair. Thank you, Tanja and Alex, for the many wonderful evenings at Katse Kato.

Очень гостеприимные хозяева, мы заказывали греческий стол, было принесено 17 блюд и каждое было очень вкусным. Это был праздник живота!!! К тому же качественные напитки и низкие цены.

Wir hatten heute den griechischen Tisch für 7 Personen und es war einfach nur super! Entspannte Gastgeber, super leckeres Essen, schönes Wetter, entspannte Gäste, nach dem Essen ein lockeres Pläuschchen und der Preis ist einfach unschlagbar. Vielen Dank für dieses Erlebnis

Essen sehr gut, Wirte sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend

Durch das Katse Kato hat man in Deutschland nun endlich die Möglichkeit, richtig authentische griechische Küche (vor allem mit dem buchbaren griechischen Tisch) zu genießen. Unvergleichbar ist auch deren Sommerterrasse, mückengeschützt durch Fliegengitter (!), auf der man beim Restaurantbesuch sogar Urlaubsfeeling bekommt ! Bitte unbedingt vorher reservieren !

Das Essen war sehr sehr lecker 😋 und alle total nett gewesen. Hier möchte ich auf jedenfall wieder kommen.

Great host and excellent service. We ordered a special meal service that offered a variety of different dishes. Food was delicious and plenty. The host took time out of his way to talk and make us feel at home. Definetly a place we will be returning to.

Das beste griechische Essen das ich genießen durfte! Der griechische Tisch als Menü ist so reichhaltig und lecker! Einfach nur zu empfehlen. Parkplatz auch direkt vor der Tür!

Wir waren gestern zum ersten Mal im "Katse Kato". Da wir schon oft in Griechenland waren, wissen wir, wie original griechisches Essen schmecken muss. Unser Fazit: Wir können die zahlreichen positiven Kommentare nur bestätigen. Leckere, typisch griechische Gerichte, wie man sie von kleinen Tavernen auf dem Festland oder den Inseln kennt! Viele Komponenten der Speisekarte kann man sich selbst zusammenstellen. Der Wirt ist dabei gerne behilflich. Zugegeben, das Ambiente der Gaststätte ist zwar nicht das Schickste, aber hier zählen zwei wichtigere Dinge: Gastfreundschaft und typisches, extrem leckeres Essen! Wer hier die gewohnten "Kreta-, Santorini- oder Dionysos-Teller" sucht, ist hier verkehrt! Das "Katse Kato" ist bereits nach dem ersten Besuch zu unserem Lieblings-Griechen geworden. Wir kommen wieder!

Einfach toll, schmackhaft und abwechslungsreich. Kann man mit anderen nicht vergleichen. Unbedingt die griechische Platte für min. 4Personen testen

DAS, ist griechisches Essen! Nicht diese 0815 "Saloniki Teller" die man überall bekommt. Klare Empfehlung!

Megaaaaaa! Endlich mal nicht das typisch giros-calamari Gedöns, sondern echte typische griechische Feinschmeckerküche! Viele kleine, feine, hausgemachte Varianten von Fisch bis Fleisch, Gemüse und Cremes........bunt und lecker! Alexi und Tanja ( die Inhaber) sind extrem bemüht und ausgesprochen gastfreundlich. Danke für den wunderbaren Abend! Auf ein baldiges Wiedersehen......

Waren gestern zum ersten Mal in der Taverne. Sehr netter und bemühter Wirt. Er im Service / seine Frau in der Küche. Essen war sehr lecker und authentisch. Unbedingt vorher anrufen. Wir werden wiederkommen.
