The best kumpir I've ever eaten!!

Yesterday we came by this place during a vine tour and everyone got the veggie potato. It tasted great and there were so many differently kind of flavour. But all super fresh and tasty. I will definitely come back again and can highly recommend the potato.

The Kumpir is very tasty and filling, the price is within the normal range. The Kumpir can be ordered in different versions, such as vegetarian, with tuna or, for example, with sucuk. The staff is very friendly!

I went to Kara Kazan for the first time today and ordered Kumpir Ton Ton. It was very, very delicious and I recommend everyone to visit there!

8.90€ for a Cigköfte wrap (declared on the homepage for 7.50€) 💀 It wasn't really well filled either, there wasn't even mint or fresh lemon in it..

Turkish street food: Kumpir! I must admit, this was one of the best Kumpir's that I have ever tried in my life (Turkey included). It is a must try place! My suggestion: Kumpir with Kavurma

Surprisingly delicious baked potatoes. Wow! I'm excited. I even really like the quinoa and beetroot here. The eggplant paste and the orange ajvar cream were particularly excellent. Only the couscous could be a little more exciting. The ingredients are fresh and healthy, the staff was friendly. Overall, absolutely recommended as long as you don't have a date afterwards.

Durch deren super leckeres Catering beim TEDxTUM Event ist mir Kara Kazan aufgefallen und ich wollte unbedingt zum Laden kommen, um vor Ort zu essen. Ich kann nur sagen: ABSOLUTE EMPFEHLUNG!

Their catering for the TEDxTUM 2023 was absolutely excellent - from quality of service to the homemade toppings for the Kumpir. Delicious food and friendly service - strongly recommended for personal and corporate events :)

I tried the food at TEDxTUM event, it was super delicious and quite heavy!

Went there with a turkish friend, no words express how good the kumpir is. It is pretty big and heavy, satisfies hunger. A few important notices, the menu is slightly limited to the great kumpir they offer and some two or three other meals. They are vegan and vegetarian friendly. Expect some delays during lunch and dinner times. Seats are limited, not very convenient for large groups. You can call and preorder. They take cash and cards. The personnel is very friendly.

Superleckere Kumpir und Manti, mit sehr viel Liebe zubereitet. War mehrere Male beim Mittagessen draussen. Sehr nette Bedienung. Empfehlenswert!

Sehr leckere Kumpir, ordentliche Größe, selbst meinen Freund (kein Kartoffelliebhaber) kann ich von Kara Kazan begeistern. Lediglich die Dips könnten etwas mehr Geschmack/Gewürze vertragen.

Das Essen ist gut aber 45 Minuten Wartezeit in der Mittagspause ist echt inakzeptabel.

Ich war heute mit meiner Mutter zu 2 hier essen uns beiden hat es sehr gut geschmeckt. Für einen guten Preis kriegt man sehr große Portionen. Auch die Angestellten sind wirklich sehr freundlich. Wir können es nur wärmstens weiter empfehlen 👍

Food is 10 / 10 and a MUST try. Seating area is unfortunately not so nice. They serve Kumpir ( a well known dish in Turkey) which is a big potato filled with different additions as well as a plate with different dippings. Very tasty and worth trying several times.

Mega lecker! Hatten eine Portion mit Tunfisch und eine vegetarische. Alle Meze waren auch top. Wurden sehr freundlich bedient und am Ende wurde ein Cai angeboten. Preis-Leistung für die Größe der Portion und die Qualität auch optimal. Werde mit Sicherheit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank 😋

Best kumpir ofenkartoffeln and vegan çiğköfte in town. It is perfect place for vegans and vegeterians. Imam bayildi Turkish vegan aubergine dish was also so tasty.

Really nice place and the best Kumpir I ever ate. A lot of young people go there (university is near).
