Excellent greek food - hearty portions and great taste. We took the Tzatziki appetizer and the gyros and souvlaki platter with some greek red wine and everything tasted superb. The decor is very charming overlooking an amazingly picturesque location and the staff are nice and friendly. Definitely give this authentic place a try.

Not everything is what you want)

Brash, bold, am... We ordered a table for two via the restaurant's website on December 29th at 7:30 p.m. Since it was extremely foggy, we were late and entered the restaurant at 7:42 p.m. This was completely empty and didn't give the impression that anyone had been there before us. We were immediately told by the lady of the house that there would be no more food. She claimed to have canceled on us via email. This was a ... (I'm avoiding the appropriate term and saying untruth, since no such rejection had been received in the spam folder). Rather, we had received an email, which I am attaching to the report, in which our reservation was confirmed with a time period from 7:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. When we were told that we had not received a cancellation, the lady replied that we were 12 minutes late, which meant we could no longer be served. Mind you, we didn't arrive at 8:42 p.m. or 9:42 p.m., but at 7:42 p.m. Given that the journey takes over 30 minutes, I find this behavior to be an absolute disgrace! Very good kebab. Price performance is a 10/10.

After months of closure, the Esslingen ship has finally set sail again: as a trattoria and pizzeria under a new flag and therefore with Italy as a new destination. First impressions of the opening evening: food (grilled vegetables and imaginative and tasty pizza) as well as the wine were very good, the team was friendly and attentive, the atmosphere was now more modern and brighter. The prices? A little higher than the usual Italian restaurant around the corner, but a lot lower than any trendy posh ristorante.
