Kaplan Döner in Berlin

I ordered the mega döner for €8. It had twice as much salad as meat. I feel completely cheated. This döner should be called "döner with salad and some meat".

Misunderstanding this lahmacun there

The lahmacun was awful. It was a dry flatbread with tomato sauce. It didn't even compare well to the lahmacun. My grandmother, who's never been to Turkey, could have made it better.

The exhaust air smells so disgusting I have no idea how you can eat here, you immediately feel sick

We're coming from Austria and wanted to try the Berlin kebabs. After two days of trying kebabs, this one was definitely one of the best! Very tasty.

This kebab shop really impressed me! The food was delicious and freshly prepared. You can tell the cleanliness of the place. The staff is friendly and you feel welcome. I'll definitely be back and can only recommend the shop!

I ate at Kaplan Kebab, and it was absolutely worth it! The meat was really tasty and juicy (and halal), the sauces went perfectly with it, and the bread was nice and crispy – just as it should be. Everything was fresh and full of flavor. I can definitely recommend it if you're in the mood for a really good kebab in Berlin!

The staff are always friendly, the kebabs are of decent quality and tasty. I don't know if anyone else here is complaining at all.

Sauces don't taste good. Meat tasteless. Unfortunately I can't highlight anything positive about the kebab.

Food mediocre, kebab costs €6 according to the prices above the counter, I ordered one with cheese and they either wanted €8 incorrectly, or they seriously want €2 for a spoonful of cheese.

It's nice that Seitan is offered. It's a shame that only 2 tiny pieces of Seitan are sold together with a pile of cabbage for €8 as a "large Seitan box". It doesn't make you full, it just makes you poor.

To charge 8.00 euros for a Dürüm, which is too expensive for this standard, is outrageous, unfortunately they don't wash their hands before preparing the food either.

My daughter ate a kebab from Kaplan yesterday. It made her vomit all night long. And she likes kebabs. Not recommended to eat with it.

I ate a kebab today, it costs 3 euros, it's very little meat, if you don't want to give a discounted kebab when it's made at the normal price, I'll never go there again.😝

Unfortunately I can only agree with the reviews, from a negative point of view. They are consistent with my experience. You didn't feel welcome. Meat was gristly and simply didn't taste good. Price-performance ratio is not right here at all. On top of that, I still had severe stomach pain afterwards, which is always an indication to me that the meat was of inferior quality. Unfortunately, I can't recommend the store at all, and I live in Wedding 😵‍💫 I don't mean anything bad to anyone, but as an owner you should always work to provide good service and unfortunately that doesn't happen here. Many friends and acquaintances have had the same experiences as me. The positive reviews are questionable. Either bought, sorry I come from an industry where people are bribed for positive comments, e.g. this or that for free. Or are people who have never eaten a “good” kebab. Sorry 2 say 😅

Keine Ahnung warum die Leute Schlange stehen. Formfleisch Dürümdöner für 7€, unhygienisch eingepackt mit Haar inklusive. Aufgegessen hab ich den natürlich nicht

Von eurem wiederlichen, knorpel enthaltenen Döner bin ich in die Notaufnahme wegen einer Lebensmittelvergiftung gekommen, einfach nur ekelhaft da sollte maö das Gesundheitsamt vorbei schauen.

1 stern noch zu viel, am liebsten würde ich 0 Sterne vergeben. Die scharfe Sauce bringt mich zum weinen, doch ich weine nicht nur wegen der sauce, sondern vielmehr aus Enttäuschung.

Big Döner ist kleiner als normal

Früher mal wegen des knusprigen Brots mein Lieblingsdöner, leider hat die Qualität stark abgebaut. Habe ihm immer wieder eine Chance gegeben und wurde zum wiederholten Mal enttäuscht. Daher leider keine Empfehlung mehr.

Lieblingsdöner in Berlin. Die Jungs sind freundlich, der Döner lecker. Hier macht man nichts falsch.

Fettiges Fleisch. Kein Geschmack, unfreundliche Bedienung.

Klassischer Döner, gut und solide.

Ich muss mich hier leider den Vorrednern anschließen, was abnehmende Qualität und Freundlichkeit betrifft. Gerade die wirklich schlechte Kundenfreundlichkeit hat mich jetzt schlussendlich vergrault. Dafür gibt es dann doch genug andere Läden im direkten Umfeld.

Studentenpreise döner 4 € Brot 9/10 Sose 9/10 Fleisch 10/10 Freundlichkeit 8/10 Salat/ frische 9/10 Komme wieder.

Super Döner, sehr lecker und für die Größe auch preiswert. nettes Team, gute Handwerkskunst!!

Preise sind ok, der Verkauf ist hoch. Ich habe allerdings die Fleischerei gesehen, da vergeht einem alles !!!

Hier schmeckt mir der Chicken Döner am besten. Vor allem gehen die Mitarbeiter auf jeden Sonderwunsch ein, wofür ich sehr dankbar bin. Preis ist verhältnismäßig etwas über dem Durchschnitt, aber zumindest für Studierende und Azubis gibt es 50ct Rabatt

Ich hatte früher immer gern hier gegessen, aber die Qualität ist mittlerweile inakzeptabel. Wir haben 2 Dürüm, 2 Dönerboxen und einen Döner gekauft und alle (!) haben Durchfall bekommen. 3 haben sich die ganze Nacht übergeben. So eine Sauerei! Ich esse hier nie wieder! Ein klarer Fall fürs Gesundheitsamt!

Haben auf eigene Kosten gratis Döner an Leute verteilt die sich nebenan impfen lassen. Ehrenhaft!

Richtiger Saftladen. Kann ich keinem Empfehlen. Essen ist grauenhaft. Auf das Ihr euren laden schliessen müsst 🙏

der Döner hat sehr nachgelassen zu dem versteht hier kaum einer deutsch Rauchen Schnauben sich die Nase ihnen Hände zu waschen bedienen die dich lauter Ratten und Mäuse und herum

Saurer Rotkohl, langweilige Soße, pappiges Brot und kein bisschen Salat. Schlechte Erfahrung für einen Preis von 4€. Kann ich nur von abraten.

Unfreundlich, eine Schwarze Person nach mir wurde rassistisch diskriminiert ("erst Geld, dann Döner". Normalerweise machen sie erst den Döner und wollen dann das Geld). Sehr kleine Portionen. Unhygienisch und eklig, sie fassen mit ihren Händen das Geld und dann das Dönerbrot an.

Schmeckt nicht, Qualität hat rapide abgebaut innerhalb der letzten Monate. Personal zu 90% unfreundlich und für das was man bekommt ist es definitiv viel zu teuer.

Gibt viele Döner hier in der Ecke, aber Kaplan ist der Beste! Fleisch lecker, Soßen super, das Paket ist ordentlich! Hier ess ich gern!

Dürüm war kalt, kein Geschmack und Salat Fleisch Soße nicht gemischt. Beißt man rechts rein nur Salat links nur Fleisch.

Gammelkante. Wieder mal ein Dönerladen, wo man das Fleisch von der Unterkante des Spießes bekommt. Können nicht mit mit ihrem Messer umgehen oder es ist ihnen einfach völlig egal. Kotzreiz garantiert. Ekelhaft.... Can't handle the knife. Thick as gyros. Basically chewing gum with meat taste. Absolutley not recommendable. Disgusting...

Lauwarmer Döner. Zuviel Salz an einer Stelle.

Der Dürüm war vor Fett triefend, das Gemüse war nicht frisch.

Total teuer und schmeckt gar nicht gut! Aufpassen die verarschen mit dem Preis!

Es waren extrem viele Knorpel im Fleisch und das in einem 5 € Dürüm (für Berlin teuer würd ich sagen). Ich wünschte ich wär Vegetarier.

Dönerfleisch nicht durch schmeckt nach nichts und nach gammelfleisch , und die Pommes sind nach dem Geruch her zu beurteilen mit altem Öl frittiert , einmal und nie wieder !

Zum vor Ort essen ist der Standort nicht angenehm, dafür ist der Rest um so besser. Der Chicken-Döner ist mein Favorit. Super lecker, in knusprigem Brot und knackigem Salat. Das Personal ist freundlich und sehr schnell. Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis stimmt.

Donner gut. Zocken Studenten aber ab. Er fragt nach: wer möchte noch ein Döner. Ich sag ich wil normalen Döner. Er macht big Döner. 1€ mehr obwohl begründet. Einfach nur assi sowas.

Sehr leckerer Chicken-Döner mit knusprig-dünnem Fladenbrot. Preise sind auch moderat für die Qualität. Personal ist freundlich und der Laden ist sauber, sodass ich immer gerne wiederkomme!
