Don't have to say much except: Very tasty! Nice atmosphere but the woman who served wasn't very friendly. Otherwise TOP!

I highly recommend the sushi at Kaiso! The food was incredibly delicious – every bite was a delight. I was really impressed by the fresh ingredients and the creative preparation. The service was also excellent; the staff was friendly and attentive, which made the entire experience even more enjoyable. If you like Asian food, you definitely have to eat at Kaiso! An absolute must!

Four of us were there and the food was good so far. Service, yeah. Half an hour glass empty for all 4 no one comes and asks if they want anything else. In the women's toilets. Well not really clean lamp full of flies very unappetizing

The service, the ambience, cleanliness are all very good, there is nothing to improve. We felt very comfortable. The quality of the food is also very good. However, the food didn't meet my personal taste. I had the teriyaki chicken. Yes, teriyaki is supposed to be a little sweet, but at the same time a little salty. Unfortunately it was just sweet here. I felt like I was eating dessert. And I didn't taste anything other than sweet. No salt, no spices. Despite or perhaps because of the sweetness, it tasted quite bland. Another drawback, at least for me, is that the salad is served on the same plate as the main course, a deep plate. So the flavors mix a little and I have hot and cold food in one plate. I personally can't stand that at all. In addition, the salad was completely over-seasoned. Unfortunately, the homemade iced tea was far too sweet and I couldn't finish it. In summary: service, quality, cleanliness top! Unfortunately the taste is not my thing at all. Much expensive in terms of price.

The sushi was quite nice and the place had a great ambience. The place seems to be a bit understaffed though, as we had to wait quite a long time for our order and the waiters looked very stressed. Also, it turns out that the online reservation system on the website doesn't really work and our reservation was not accepted.

The restaurant is busy from late afternoon onwards. Reservation is an advantage. Food tastes A1. I have never eaten such delicious mini rolls with vegetables and crabs! The sushi was excellent, freshly prepared and came beautifully presented on a platter. The seating and tables are well maintained. The decoration matches the ambience and enhances the stay. The employees make an effort and are friendly, although the service was a bit lacking: dishes were put together - the employee walks past and doesn't take them, but she does from the table one further away. I also understand that the restaurant is about to close (30 minutes!), but it's rude to ask, "Can I cash in on you already?" The toilets are clean and tidy. The restaurant definitely adheres to hygiene! Overall it was still nice and we would love to come back.

By far the best! The food is always fresh and delicious. Yes, honestly at first glance the waitress doesn't look that friendly, but she does her job absolutely right, quickly and professionally 😌 After 2 years of orders and reservations, I'm now used to her relationship 😆 We are people and have different temperaments. P.S. it is always totally clean in the restaurant 👌🏻

Kaiso is a great restaurant with many options from a good bowl of noodles to fresh Sushi. I think the price is very good and the portions are large.

We have eaten at KAISO several times now and as always we were very satisfied!! The portions are very large and the sushi is simply perfect!! We always love coming back!!

Very nice service and accommodating. The ambience and decoration such as the cherry tree and the plants on the walls ensure a good sense of well-being. Although there was no air conditioning in the restaurant itself for the hot weather, it was still compensated with many fans. The food came quickly and was excellent both in terms of taste and appearance.

Even without a reservation, we were assigned a table at short notice, thank you for that Service was very quick, if there was a mistake when sauces were mixed up, there was an immediate apology, very exemplary. We liked the food, nice, varied selection, there was also enough for vegetarians. We'll definitely be back. You can park directly under the restaurant in the public underground car park, and it is only 50m to the market square in Leonberg.

Update May 7th, 2022: In the last 2-3 months the service has become very good. I continue to order my sushi to pick up every week. You now receive realistic times for collection, so that you have minimal waiting times. The quality of the sushi is still consistently good, the prices remain high, but fit the overall package. I can now give KAISO a full 5 stars and am pleased with the restaurant's very good development. Keep it up !!!! Update January 28, 2022: We now order our sushi from Kaiso every weekend and pick it up to eat comfortably at home. I pre-order it every week and am given a time each week when it will be ready. I'm there on time every week to pick it up and every week I have to wait 5-15 minutes for it to be ready. The quality is good, the price is high, but the service is still not up to par even after months. Did the chefs overestimate themselves at that time? Once the staff takes care of you, it's nice and friendly... but you also have to stand around in the entrance for 5 minutes before you're even spoken to - unfortunately a greeting isn't a given either. A pity! Original: The selection and quality are very good. Unfortunately, everything was very squashed when packing, I would have liked a more visually appealing design. Many of the sushi also stuck together due to squeezing and therefore fell apart when picked out. I would have preferred this to be divided into two boxes.

I think it's really nice here, I'd love to come back! I had the Pho for food, which was really sufficient in quantity. It also tasted great, personally I would have liked to have had (more) vegetables in it. The Pho only consists of noodles, soup and bean sprouts, I also used tofu - beef or chicken is also possible. And that's why I think it's a shame that there aren't any other vegetables included. Next time I'll take a different dish. But otherwise everything was great!

We ate delicious sushi and drank a great lemonade. It was moderately busy at lunchtime, cozy, the only purely personal drawback was that it was quite cool in there.

The food there is very tasty and the service is great too! What bothered me, however, was seeing an employee in the kitchen using his cell phone with the same gloves he used to prepare the sushi! Pretty unhygienic, especially with sushi!

To go bestellen in diesem Chaos Laden können wir niemanden empfehlen. Bestellt heute auf 18.00Uhr. Noch nicht fertig. 18.30 Uhr wieder im kaiso. Abholer erhält einen Salat für 85.20 Euro. Bei Reklamation kommt die Antwort oh falsche Bestellung mitgegeben. Also 3. Mal hin um die 85.20 Euro wieder abzuholen. Fazit schlechte Organisation, viel Arroganz, keine Service orientierte gastro. Hände weg von solch grosskotzigen Gastronomen die keine Ahnung von Service haben
