Kaiserhof Gastronomie GmbH in Nördlingen

We had Schäufele (shoulder of pork), which was very good. The other dishes weren't as tasty and were poorly prepared. Our "waitress" was a disaster.

Went for lunch today. My wife had the salmon salad which was OK, I had Italian tagliatelle with pesto. The pasta was completely cold! When I asked, it was taken back and just 2 minutes later I had a "new dish". Mind you, it took 20 minutes for the pasta to arrive at the table for the first time. I asked the waitress if the food had been heated in the microwave and where the hair on the pasta had come from, but she couldn't give me an answer. I sent the food back and didn't want any more. 5 minutes later the owner of the restaurant joined us. In a sharp tone of voice he asked me what was wrong with the pasta. I explained everything to him and in a condescending tone as he walked away he said, "Aha, another hair too". Never again!!
