Kaiserhof Biergarten in Hannover

Very nice location. But the tables were dirty. Milk drinks like latte macchiato or cappuccino were no longer available at 4 p.m. The iced coffee was unappealing. It was already very expensive... but it wasn't acceptable!

Great lunch and a pleasant atmosphere. The service was friendly and quick.

The Kaiserhof Café is very warm and cozy 👍🏼 It's nice and quiet, and you can hear the person sitting opposite you clearly without having to strain 💪🏽 The cakes and tarts are delicious 👍🏼 The service is very pleasant 👍🏼 Prices are rather high

We went in to have a beer, sat outside. After 10 minutes of waiting, we went inside and called a waiter. The waitress came, cleared the dirty dishes from the table, but did not wipe the table. After another 15 minutes, they finally brought the beer and put it on the unwiped table... Terrible service, but they don't care. The place is central, people are pouring in...

I wanted something quick to eat. The service was very slow; I waited a long time before my order was even taken. The first Caesar salad had a huge hair in it. I reported it. I got no apology, nothing at all. The second Caesar salad had another hair in it. I had another Coke, but they charged me anyway. I would have expected at least a first apology and a Coke on the house. Such a shame.

The seating is comfortable, but unfortunately, the waiter still hadn't come to take our order after half an hour (there were only three tables occupied). So, unfortunately, I can't comment on the food.
