Kaiserhof Biergarten in Hannover

Great lunch and a pleasant atmosphere. The service was friendly and quick.

The Kaiserhof Café is very warm and cozy 👍🏼 It's nice and quiet and you can hear the other person clearly without having to make any effort💪🏽 The cakes and tarts are very tasty 👍🏼 Service very pleasant👍🏼 Prices are rather high

We went for a beer and sat outside. After 10 minutes of waiting, we went inside and called the waiter. The waitress came and removed the dirty dishes from the table, but did not wipe the table. After another 15 minutes, they finally brought the beer and put it on the uncleaned table... Terrible service, but they don’t care. The place is central, people are pouring in...

Wanted to eat something quickly. Service was very slow, I waited a long time until the order was even accepted. 1. Cesar salad - a huge hair inside. I reported this. There was no apology, nothing at all. The 2nd Cesar salad - again 1 hair inside. I had another Coke, which they still charged me for. I would have expected at least one apology and a Coke on the house. Very unfortunate...

It's nice to sit there, but unfortunately the waiter didn't come to take the order after half an hour (there were only three tables occupied). Unfortunately I can't say anything about the food.
