As always, but not too often, very good.

The tables were unfortunately very close together, making it difficult to move from the long row of tables. The chair covers were so sticky that it was hard to walk past them. "Sticky" here doesn't mean dirty, but rather that it's due to the fabric. The food was excellent again, and we'd gladly come back. However, we'll come back at a quieter time next time ;) It was already at maximum capacity, which was also noticeable in the staff.

For many years I have always enjoyed being able to eat here.

We had reserved a table for 7:00 PM! At 7:30 PM we were still standing in the entrance.

We used to be regulars and were always satisfied. After a long break, we returned and were surprised by the superficial and unfriendly service, in contrast to the previously always friendly demeanor, which alone was worth the visit. Now, despite a generous tip, there was no reaction to our "goodbye." Nothing, just ignorance. The food, for over €20, was just okay, with a sufficient selection, but the sauces were very thin and flavorless. The fries were soggy, and many dishes were only lukewarm. Expensive drinks. Unlike before, there's no reason for us to go there regularly anymore.

I was absolutely thrilled with the Kaisergarten in Herborn! The ambiance is truly inviting and tastefully decorated—you immediately feel at home. The staff was consistently friendly and attentive, which made my stay even more pleasant. I'd particularly like to highlight the buffet: The selection is diverse and leaves little to be desired. I especially loved the fact that you can individually select fresh ingredients and have them fried right away—a real highlight! The prices are also absolutely fair for what's on offer. I'd definitely be happy to come back.

Super delicious Chinese buffet with great dessert.

2 years later...nothing has changed. The food is still bad and the drinks are overpriced. €4.20 for 0.4 liters of lemon iced tea that tastes as if it had been diluted with water. That was definitely the last time! All sauces were far too liquid. Duck meat too dry. Breaded squid rings only tasted like the breading. The fried vegetables were cold. The jelly pudding is way too hard. The vanilla pudding looks like it has been sitting for 3 days. All in all...👎👎

Typical Chinese all-you-can-eat. Nothing special, but nothing bad either. Fast conditions and plenty of parking spaces. We'll be back.

Großes chinesisches Buffet und extrem freundliches Personal. In sehr sauberer Umgebung kann man hier wirklich gut chinesisch essen. Die Auswahl der Speisen ist groß und die Preise sehr moderat.

Nicely furnished, a bit of a wait at the grill when it's very busy at lunchtime, but it's not a problem so you have a little break to digest. The robot then brings the grilled food to the table 😄. Varied and varied selection of dishes - breaded as well as fresh. Nice selection of raw vegetables for salad, the sushi was delicious and there was also a small selection of fruit. Baked banana and pineapple with vanilla ice cream and honey was our highlight at the end, this tip came from a nice waiter who served us really well and even informed us that the baked bananas had been refilled. 😁🥳 We enjoyed the all you can eat buffet there. We paid €100 for 4 people with drinks and tips included and were there for over 2 hours. If I were near there again, I would go there again to eat.

Food was good. Was very busy on Saturday. I think it was because the cook at the fresh grill had problems reassigning the selected dishes to the correct plates. We had things on it that we hadn't chosen and things that we would have liked to have on it. Even at the hot buffet, the queue was so big that the food was only lukewarm by the time you were done and could go to the table. We will definitely test it again to see if it is always the case. Otherwise it was delicious. The service was attentive and quick.

The staff was very friendly and the food was fresh and warm. Nothing to complain about! Because it is very spacious and large, it is a bit louder. But if you expect that, you will enjoy a great buffet with a great ambience.

Were there on a Wednesday. The food was good but sometimes not very hot, unfortunately, as always, far too greasy. We've been there many times now and it was noticeable that this time a few items were refilled very slowly, especially the mixed fish, which stood empty for a long time at lunchtime after about half the opening time and we didn't see it being refilled. Only when asked was a container refilled for dessert, which meant a longer wait. There were no signs in many places about what it was about, which should actually be normal in general, even for the dessert/salad buffet. But you can't complain about the price. Different music would be nice. Service was quick and friendly.

We ate there for the first time last week and I have to say, I expected a lot more for the price. The selection wasn't really diverse, and unfortunately the finished items at the buffet were only lukewarm. What was actually super tasty and hot was the Mongolian grilled dish. Dessert was manageable. Maybe you could portion the ice cream in advance and put it in small bowls. All in all, if you don't expect too much it's ok.

2 people, lunch, buffet, Fridays, full house. Food just standard. Nothing special or unusual. No duck, no sushi. Service is also just about standard. But the quality of the food served is definitely good. A little less breading on the meat and the few cooked fish and there are 4 stars for the food. 2x Buffett, 3x 0.2 Cola-light together 32.20 euros... Unfortunately not such a nice atmosphere. So in my opinion this is the best place in the whole world! I have never eaten such delicious food in my entire life as I did here! My personal favorite is the shrimp, I can't get them out of my head day and night. Every night when I'm hungry or at school, the only thing on my mind is this place! I truly love everything about Kaisergarten, from the staff to the food! Really very friendly. I'm not going back here for another month but I don't think about anything else every day. I'm so happy that I look at photos of the buffet every day. I also go on my birthday, because the best present I could get for my birthday is a visit to this restaurant. If I could, I would like to give it 1000000+ stars. I pray that this place exists forever. Please Kaisergarten never close this restaurant because it is the only thing that makes me so happy

Completely overwhelmed and unfortunately unable to cope with the rush, this is the poor condition and impression the restaurant leaves us with this evening. Have been here several times before, but this time was super disappointed. The refilling of the food at the buffet left a lot to be desired, from the duck to the sauce there was a constant yawning emptiness and unfortunately the food that was to be delivered to the table didn't really arrive in a timely manner. The robot moves very hygienically through the walking customers and finally brings them cold to the table! As if that wasn't enough, you then pay over €50 for two people... simply outrageous and definitely in need of improvement! No repeat for now!

From sushi 🍣 and salad as a starter, to various ready-made dishes, to the possibility of having something individually put together from fresh ingredients and prepared on site. The food is fresh and delicious. The raw meat and fish pieces are well chilled on lots of ice. I have already eaten there several times. Always tasty and well tolerated. You should only order from the menu if you have a lot of time. Sometimes a reminder is necessary. Otherwise very nice. There is also a bowling alley that you can rent.

The food was below average. The meat is very tough. Service was okay, but nothing more. I don't see any reason to visit this place again.

The shop is this typical "all you can eat buffet restaurant" the food is delicious and there is a special section at the evening buffet where you can have meat roasted. There are a few types of sushi. The price-performance ratio is good and the look of the shop inside is a bit gloomy. But overall it's a solid Asian restaurant.

The selection at the buffet is typical and varied but certainly not for calorie counters! 😉 I've never ordered from the menu here! The bowling alleys next door were also never used - but overall the store is fine.

Basically the buffet is quite good. Selection from the Chinese buffet or Mongolian buffet, salads, desserts, various types of ice cream, and the waitresses are quite friendly. The drink prices are still reasonable. But what's really annoying is my impression that on the way to the toilet you have to pass a glass house that shields the smoking area. It's just stupid that the door there is always open or the back area of ​​this glass house has the sides open where the smell of cigarettes always comes out, wonderful. And that's opposite the bowling alley in the middle of the building. The first drink comes out of the fridge, while afterwards you sweat on the counter instead of being put back in the fridge. It's better to order it with ice cubes. The drinks would be a little colder and these wooden chairs are uncomfortable. But as soon as I got home I had to go to the toilet very quickly - I don't know if it was because of the food.
