Most people probably eat the all you can eat buffet. The restaurant also has a very good menu that you can try. The products in the buffet are always fresh. The sauce selection in the Mongolian part of the buffet seems to vary.

Food very good, very nice service, everyone was on point, large selection of different dishes. Then why only one star? Zebra, camel and kangaroo meat don't have to be there, but at HAI! STOP IT AT ME! Sharks are among the endangered species, almost all of them. Most of the time, only their fins are cut off while they are alive and they are thrown back into the sea where they drown in agony! For me it is therefore an ABSOLUTE NO-GO to see shark in whatever form on the plate. If I had been there alone, I would have left immediately!

You have a buffet that leaves almost nothing to be desired. You can also have food fried/grilled and it will be brought directly to your seat. The staff is super attentive and friendly. I felt very comfortable there and the typical Chinese atmosphere rounds everything off. Parking facilities are also available. Everything is very consistent.

Some ready-made dishes contained, for example, beef, a cheaper imitation of meat (30% beef + a similar cake mix). I didn't like it very much. I discovered this in 3 dishes. The rest is really great.

Unfortunately a very disappointing experience. The choice of food was limited and much of it tasted bland and was obviously not fresh. The service also left a lot to be desired; The staff was unfriendly and seemed uninterested in making the guests feel comfortable. I definitely expected more for the price. I won't come here again

We were there last night. I would recommend calling ahead to make a reservation as the restaurant is busy - perhaps because it was a holiday. You can park both at the front and at the back, and the location is advantageous as you don't have to drive through narrow streets in Mannheim. I've been to several Asian restaurants, but this one stands out because of the large selection, especially Mongolian food. I don't usually eat anything from the buffet as the food is often either greasy or very salty. But when there is baked salmon, spare ribs and even suckling pig, you have to try it😅. The dishes were really flavorful! If the drinks were also "all you can drink" it would be perfect - but I still give full stars because there are many food choices and I was able to eat from both the buffet and the Mongolian station. The cleanliness was impeccable and the staff was friendly and hardworking. We even got a €5 voucher for our next visit, and apparently you can collect points there too.

Have to change my review from 2 years ago as the restaurant has unfortunately declined significantly in every respect. There was a hair about 20 cm long in my food (melted into the breading so it couldn't have been from a guest at the buffet) and most of the staff doesn't speak German. Maybe my standards have gotten higher in the last 2 years but I found it quite disappointing.

Typical place that’s everything is suspicious. I gave a chance and regret it. They abuse in glutamate quantity in the buffet’s foods. I had serious problems on the next few days and I wasn’t the only one. Doesn’t worth at all.

There is a great and quite big offer of options, huge buffet and different kind of foods. The restaurant is frequently full and reservation is always important if you want to get a nice table. I’ve been there twice and unfortunately, both times i got very sick from my stomach afterwards. Although they say they dont add glutamate on the food, they clearly do, and probably the amount of people manipulating food around is a great environment for bacterias… Don’t get me wrong, the taste is good, but the days after on the toilet were not that nice… if you know you have strong stomach, enjoy! Otherwise, i recommend you to stay away from the restaurant.

Unfortunately I can't believe the positive reviews. Quantity versus quality. We didn't like the food, of course taste is a personal story. What we noticed was that there was a very unpleasant smell throughout the entire restaurant, it was unclear what it was. Ok - there is plenty of choice at the all you can eat buffet - but as I said, more quantity. Drinks menu Sperlich and 4 types of beer that we wanted to order were not in stock. But well, none of that is a justification for a 1 star rating, you might think. But now comes the kicker, since it was a business meal, we wanted to have a so-called entertainment receipt when paying, but we were told this couldn't be issued. We were presented with an invoice that only stated the subtotal! Only when we made it clear that we would not pay without correct billing did we receive a receipt for the entertainment. Anyone who knows what happened is aware of what happened. Quite interesting for the tax office. We won't see you here again.

You always think that every Asian buffet is the same. In the Imperial Palace, however, I was very positively surprised by the quality and taste. So the food tastes very good, the price is completely okay, but when it's full there's a bit of a lack of staff. All in all a lovely evening with very tasty food. We're going there again 🤘
