The first time we came to the restaurant about a year and a half ago, the food was very good and the prices were reasonable, to the point that every time I saw someone, I would advise them to go to the restaurant, and of course, they came again after many years. But unfortunately, about a week ago, we had it. Firstly, the prices became very exaggerated, and even the grill plate did not come with potatoes (this is the first time I went to a restaurant that served grills without potatoes). We had to order extra potatoes, and it was about four euros and a little! And a plate of grilled meat for 16 euros and a little! This means that we are now at 20/21 euros per person, and we still have not ordered salads or appetizers, or even if one person wants to have something sweet after eating, for example.. Unfortunately, it is very, very expensive.. and the grills I got are not up to par, and even the seasoning is different than before.. and grilled and fried kibbeh also come. We are also dry, not like before.. I hope you lower the prices and also return the food as it was when you first opened it.. May God give you good health, Lord.

This restaurant should be closed and I wouldn't rule out a visit from the health department! The “cooks” wear gloves, but outside the kitchen they are also used to touch cell phones, turn over the coal from the shisha or transfer it to another, smoke a cigarette in front of the door, etc. and run around the shop with the shisha. When placing the order everything was misunderstood and you had to keep correcting it, after 30 minutes the food was supposed to be ready, which turned into an hour! In the restaurant we were told 7 times that it would take another 2 minutes, which then turned into 10 minutes. While waiting we were offered sweets with a smile on our faces. Restaurant owners shouldn't show such audacity! There is no trace of the employees' understanding. There won't be a next time!

The service was very bad, even worse than that. The order was served incorrectly and incompletely after almost an hour and a half of waiting, even though the waiter wrote down the order. When paying, the cashier was unbearably rude and seemed to have no knowledge of the basics and proper handling of customers, especially when it comes to poor service. On the contrary, he was downright hostile. As I said, the service was very bad, the treatment was even worse and the food was inedible. A disappointing experience that fell short of standards and I will not recommend anyone to visit or try this restaurant.

DISAPPOINTING!!!! Unfortunately my experience at Restaurant Juliana was very disappointing. Even though we reserved a table for 7:30pm and arrived on time, we were seated straight to our table but had to wait 20 minutes for the menus before we could order. The worst thing, however, was the long wait for our food. After we ordered, over two hours passed before our meals were finally served. This is unacceptable, especially considering we were there with a child who was also hungry and impatient. To make matters worse, the drinks we ordered were served warm. Who likes drinking warm cola? Overall the service was very disappointing. We waited an hour to get into the restaurant and another hour to return, meaning we got a wrong recommendation. It is unfortunate that I would like to give a zero star rating but this option is not available.

Five of us went to the restaurant for dinner this evening. Unfortunately, we had to wait a full 90 minutes for our food, and when it finally came, half of our order was missing. Even though our order was written down at the beginning, the staff didn't seem to know what we ordered. The food we ended up with was also poorly prepared and tasted terrible. When we expressed our dissatisfaction while paying, the staff reacted extremely aggressively and forced us to leave the store. We simply tried to explain the issues, but instead we were met with an unnecessary confrontation. I have never experienced such unprofessional treatment. I strongly advise against visiting this restaurant.

I have been in Germany for nine years. This restaurant is the best and most delicious restaurant I have eaten at. The food is very good and the welcome is excellent from the owner of the restaurant. The young people who serve tables are very polite and ethical and deserve ten stars. I went on the first day of Eid and there were no empty tables. We waited a little while and set up a table. Wir ließen uns heute das Essen liefern - leider hat es etwas länger gedauert als gedacht (60min). Das Essen an sich war einfach mega lecker! Ich hatte noch nie Pommes, die so frisch und knusprig an kommen! Mein Falafelrollo war sehr lecker und frisch, genauso wie das Mutabal. Mein Partner hatte einen Burger, der weitaus besser war als in einem Burgerrestaurant, in dem wir letztes Wochenende waren. Ich würde sofort wieder bestellen, oder sogar selber vorbei kommen :)

Sehr leckeres und authentisches Essen. Jeder kommt hier auf seine Kosten. Seitdem wir dieses Restaurant entdeckt haben, sind wir mehrmals pro Woche hier essen. Wir haben bereits jedes Gericht probiert und sind wirklich begeistert. Ich empfehle wärmstens einen Besuch, meiner Meinung nach ist Juliana das beste Restaurant in Bookholzberg und Umgebung.

Waren am Samstag Abend dort spontan vorbei gefahren und haben uns für 45€ 1 lg Grill Fleisch nach Wahl bestellt zum mit nehmen ! Wir sind auf jedenfall nächstes Wochenende dort und speisen vor Ort also so etwas leckeres und frisches kenn ich aus Köln Düsseldorf oder Hamburg aber in bookholzberg Wahnsinn super laden nette Bedienung sehr sehr sauber nur zu empfehlen
