Jou Jou’s Diner in Schneverdingen

I think they are very good and I like to order there, but this is the second time this has happened recently. The first time I got almost no change and the second time the supplier didn't give me enough because he didn't take enough money with him, but that wasn't agreed upon. I ask you to pay more attention to your suppliers so that they give enough change and returns.

The pizza was incorrectly filled and the delivery man simply came into the house without knocking. Because apparently the bell couldn't be found. In addition, the prices are outrageous... €20-25 per pizza, and not everything was included. Paid €3.50 for nothing?

One with the best snacks in Schneverdingen. Tastes very good.

Feel free to pick up, have it delivered... eating there is not inviting. Small and loud (kitchen noises and constant telephone...). Legga at least pizza... I had other things

We are absolutely thrilled with the completely clear and uncomplicated option for ordering online. That worked great. Special requests were also taken into account. The food was ready for pickup at the requested time. It was warm and super tasty. Price-performance was also good.

Unfortunately, the lasagna we ordered today was always a disappointment and was much too watery (actually it's already ready-made and I really don't know what could be wrong with it that it tastes so horrible). We've ordered it several times and once the wrong drinks were given to none of us Drinks were delivered to both of them as well as food that wasn't appetizing at all.!! We won't order from you again, we'll only order here today because no other supplier delivers today!! Very disappointing

We order regularly because the delivery times are very reasonable and it was usually delivered earlier than stated. The food has always been delivered hot and there was nothing to complain about in terms of taste - on the contrary: the burgers and pizzas are simply amazing!!! The pizzas have a loose dough and special toppings. Simply great!

Really really bad customer service. I wrote down in the notes that I wanted the pizza without meat. Apparently this note never arrived. I can't do much with the pizza now. In a phone call I was told that the boss had said "she couldn't do that anymore". I regularly order from Jou Jous, this reaction is simply inappropriate. I ordered there last time. A pity.

Food was delivered super quickly and the pizzas were very tasty. Nice personel.

I have never eaten such a good and delicious cheese crust pizza (no matter what flavor) better than any pizza or trattoria. Hats off !

A pity, We really enjoy ordering here, but as a regular customer you notice certain things. The food is great, but there is no longer even sauce for the fries or twitters, you have to order them separately and pay what is included in every other restaurant. Furthermore, we have often had problems when ordering wings. Well, if that doesn't bother you, you can still eat well here.

Telephone service super helpful. Great food, hot and delivered to Neuenkirchen quite quickly. Ingredients tasted fresh. Driver was super friendly.

Unfortunately, the delivery service has declined massively and leaves a lot to be desired. The last few times there was something wrong with every order. From cold burgers, soggy or cold fries, cold chili nuggets etc. The first few times we thought "OK, that's happening" and a replacement was delivered promptly when we complained about it over the phone. But the last order was the last straw. We didn't feel like complaining about this order again because we were in a rush and don't want to wait any longer. The owner should take the reviews to heart and change something quickly. From now on we will no longer order there and save ourselves the money. What a shame actually!

I can't say anything about the food, we left because no one took any notice of us. Few seats, very drafty. I would like to order food there. But eat there, NO THANKS

50 cm pizza half Margherita (15.90 €) half tuna with onions (24.90 €) was charged 24.90. It has now become far too expensive for the quality of the food.

Very quick and always delicious

The pizzas were delivered faster than communicated and on a Saturday evening! Among other things, we had a gyro pizza. We can definitely recommend this! Deliciously crispy and well topped. We always order here when we visit friends in Schneverdingen.

Ich muss sagen ich bin immer wieder begeistert seit langem bestelle ich bei euch und jedesmal was anderes aber fast immer das selbe und ich muss sagen das Essen ist perfekt ein Gaumenschmaus vom Schnitzel bis zur Pizza oder Auflauf immer 1A! Weiter so 🔥

Es war mal besser. Seit er sein 2 landen hat schmeckt es nicht mehr so gut. Viele Speisen schmecken nach Curry und das find ich echt schade. Und sehr teuer ist er auch geworden.

Also im Diner direkt kann man schön essen. Das nach Hause liefern lassen sollte man sich allerdings echt 2 mal überlegen. Wir haben es mehrfach versucht, denn Fehler macht jeder mal. Aber es passiert öfter das puizzen nicht genug gebacken oder Pommes nicht durch frittiert sind, die Hälfte fehlt oder die Aussage „das und das war noch nicht fertig“ kommt.. da warte ich lieber 20 Minuten länger auf meine Bestellung aber dafür passt alles Start dass zwar das Essen in 15 Minuten da ist, aber etwas fehlt. Wirklich verbesserungswürdig.. wenn aber alles dabei ist und auch durch.. dann schmeckt es super.

Die Burger sind ok und die Pommes ist gut. Lasagne, Auflauf und Pizza schwimmen in Öl. Lasagne hatte viel zu viel Fleisch und in meinem Gyros Auflauf hab ich nur 2 Stücke vom gyros Fleisch entdeckt. Lieferungen kommen dafür sehr schnell und dass Essen ist meistens warm.

Es wurde leider nicht alles mitgeliefert und es war Papier in meinem Auflauf. Sehr schade und der kostet dazu noch 10€ für die Qualität leider schade!

Ich bestelle schon seit einem Jahr dort und muss sagen das die Qualität sowie Quantität der Gerichte immer hervorragend ist. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist top und das Essen ist immer sehr lecker und kommt schnell an. Die Fahrer sind auch immer sehr freundlich. Kann jedem empfehlen hier zu bestellen, ist der beste Platz in schneverdingen um Pizza, Bürger und Baguette etc. zu bestellen.

Die Pizzaschnecken haben mich einfach weggescheppert 🤯 sehr stabil

Wir haben in den letzten 2 Jahren, seit dem wir in Schneverdingen wohnen immer gerne bei euch bestellt. Mit dieser Preiserhöhung, war es heute unsere letzte Bestellung. Die beiden keinen Pizzen waren sehr lecker, aber dafür knapp 30 € bezahlt. Ich weiß man soll nicht mehr umrechnen, die DM ist ewig her,aber bei knapp 60,- DM für 2 kleine Pizza da hört es dann doch bei uns auf. Alles Gute für Euch

Trotz der zahlreich schlechten Bewertungen habe wir heute 3 mal Pizza und ein Auflaugericht bestellt. Uns hat alles geschmeckt und die Lieferung war komplett und super schnell. Ich würde hier wieder bestellen. Punktabzug nut wegen der Auswahl bei den Pizzen. Zu viel Pizzen mit ausgefallenen Namen. Standardpizzen wären besser.

Habe mir einen wrap bestellt, war lecker aber die schmerzen die ich danach 4h auf der Toilette hatte, hätte ich mir lieber gespart, die pommes waren steinhart.

Das Essen war sehr Lecker! Bei der nächsten Gelegenheit kommen wir wieder. 😁

Die Lieferung ging schnell, jedoch war mein Baguette wirklich kaum warm aber die Pommes waren warm, könnten ein Moment länger da sie mir etwas roh vorkamen. Ansonsten speckt es lecker!

Super Pizza in allen Varianten,für mich die beste in Schneverdingen

Freundlich, lecker, zuverlässig. Auch ich als Personal Trainer und Fitness Coach gönne mir hin und wieder was (Ja man kann auch mal „Pizza und co“ essen und trotzdem sein Wunschaussehen erreichen oder halten, zumindest wenn man weiß wie 😋) dann fällt meine Wahl sehr oft auf Jou Jou‘s Diner.

Die Pizza ist frisch und lecker

Hier gibt es köstliche burger und pizza und so stuff halt, ich muss ergänzen, dass es so so soße gibt also für pizzarand aber ich habe schon von zwei fällen gehört, in denen jemand irgendwelche fritierten insekten auf der pizza hatte

Man bekommst ständig falsche Lieferungen, die Abrechnung stimmt oft nicht und eine Rechnung wurde letztes Mal vom Fahrer verweigert. Jetzt selbst abgeholt und wieder eine falsche Pizza... Langsam nervt es ungemein. Essen dort schmeckt zwar, aber wenn man so häufig etwas falsches geliefert/ausgehändigt bekommt... Werde jetzt wieder bei Pascha bestellen. Schmeckt genauso gut und machen keine Fehler. Nie wieder Jou Jou's

Wenn wir Pizza bestellen dann nur noch dort. Nette Leute und gutes Essen.

Habe heute dort das erste mal mit meinem Freund dort Essen bestellt. Wir sind sehr begeistert. Pizza schmeckt Hammer und sehr saftig. Hier werden wir definitiv öfter bestellen.
