The restaurant is highly recommended. The service and food were excellent.

Incredibly good. Everything was just perfect. The service was outstanding - friendly and super attentive. We had to wait a short time for the reserved table and got a drink on the house while we waited. The food was of very high quality, the portions were very generous, well prepared and simply very tasty. We eat out often and love good food. We definitely liked this restaurant with its feel-good atmosphere and if we are in Berlin again, we will definitely come back. Thanks to the great team for the perfect evening :-)

Absolutely deserves 5 stars. Service very friendly and attentive. The drinks came quickly and were well prepared. The selection is just right and there are many alternatives. We had schnitzel and were all very satisfied. The portions are generous and you will be more than full. We look forward to the next visit.

Very friendly waiter, otherwise unfortunately a failure. We waited 45 minutes for the food, the pasta (certainly not homemade as advertised) was absolutely average, Caesar salad with fried chicken was of really poor quality (for 22 euros), the burger was okay, but unfortunately only came when the other guests were already finished... overall very disappointing for the quality standards we set ourselves...

Good food, but For some reason some of the waiters didn’t treat their colleague young waiter very well, who was just working hard and trying to be nice.

Wow - just wow! As a foodie, I like to eat out a lot, but I haven't been this impressed with the service, location, hospitality, drinks and food in a long time. For all schnitzel, truffles, spaetzle and espresso martini lovers - a real gem 💎 in Berlin City!

We had dinner here with friends and had a really good time! The food was great - there were eight of us and each of us ordered a schnitzel. It was perfect, none of us had anything to complain about - we were absolutely thrilled. What we found particularly impressive was that it was incredibly quiet in the corner of Berlin Mitte, which was incredibly good. Many thanks for this, dear Jasper’s team and to the nice waiter from beautiful Meran! We will be back!

Considering that the schnitzels have such a prominent place on the menu, they really aren't good. A solid, but not outstanding schnitzel (for that it would have to be fried in lard and butter) and ready-made convenience potato salad, which is garnished with a little dill and radishes to look homemade, are not worth €26. The espresso martini tasted more like cold coffee with too much sugar syrup. Unfortunately, a real failure.

Wir waren zum ersten Mal hier. Service: Wasser sehr nett und freundlich. Als es jedoch um die Getränkebestellung ging, wurden nur von zwei Personen die Getränke aufgenommen und drehte sich die Dame um und ging los, und ich musste sie erneut ansprechen, dass die andere Person am Tisch auch noch ein Getränk bestellen möchte. war nicht weiter schlimm jedoch kommt das beim Gast nicht so gut an. die Dame war aber äußerst freundlich und auch das restliche Personal. Die Portionen sind angemessen und üppig.  Zum Schnitzel hatte mein Mann Champignons mitbestellt, was wir hier dran sehr gut gefunden haben ist, dass die Champignons extra serviert wurden und nicht auf die sehr gute Panade des Schnitzels drauf lagen. Das machen leider viele Restaurants  und dann ist die Panade sehr aufgeweicht.  Wir hatten noch eine Spargelcremesuppe und die Garnelen mit Bambus schwarzer Asche paniert. Die Garnelen sahen etwas komisch aus,wegen der schwarzen Farbe (Panade), aber sie waren sehr köstlich, und ich kann es nur empfehlen, dieses Produkt einmal zu probieren.  Was etwas störend war, war eine große Gruppe mit acht Personen, die sehr laut Englisch sprachen.  Es störte auch ein anderes Paar sie haben sich  in den vorderen Raum umsetzen lassen.  Aber deshalb würden wir das Schlecht nicht schlecht bewerten.  Wir kommen sehr gern wieder und freuen uns schon auf die nächsten kulinarischen Köstlichkeiten. Wir können euch nur weiter empfehlen.

Essen war wie immer lecker. Der Service war leider nicht so gut und für den Drink der laut Karte Himbeeren und Minze hat gab es keine Himbeeren 😕 sehr schade. Sonst war es immer super!!

The Jaspers in Charlottenburg is so much better - the visit to Mitte was all the more disappointing! The espresso martini was really not good - no crema for €10.50, really not good overall. The waiters weren't particularly friendly either and the food (Caesars salad with fried chicken) for €22 was a joke. Not adequate value for money.

Schnitzel mit Pilzsauce ist himmlisch!! Pommes waren schon fast überflüssig bei diesem riesen Schnitzel. Zur Vorspeise hatten wir die Kuro Garnelen in Bambus Asche paniert mit dem Limetten-Dip - ebenfalls seeeehr lecker! Service war freundlich und für ein Spässchen zu haben.

Unfortunately, we were treated very unfriendly by the staff and even though there were only two other guests there, they hardly paid us any attention. It's far too expensive and it's very uncomfortable to sit at the tables (inside) that are far too deep.

Die Speisekarte konzentriert sich auf vier Säulen: Salate, Burger, Spätzle, Schnitzel. Die servierten Gerichte waren ok, das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis eher günstig. Sehr leckere: die Biere vom Fass (Pilsner Urquell und Tegernseer Helles). Angenehme Atmosphäre bei geringer Auslastung des nicht allzu großen Gastraumes.

We were there for dinner. The joy was dampened because the staff wasn't very attentive and there was also a lack of warmth. I ordered the veggie schnitzel with mushroom cream and fries. Unfortunately the price is far too high (classic convenience patty with convenience fries). The portion was very large (3 veggie schnitzels), which was impossible, probably to somehow justify the high price. Cozy atmosphere in the back of the restaurant. We sat right at the entrance area, very narrow. You sit too high on the chair and the table is too low. All in all, a rather average experience.

The burger in the restaurant was incredibly tasty and worth every penny! We will come back in any case. The only thing I didn't like is that the chairs (inside) are too high for the table and the table is very low, which I found a bit tiring in the long run.

Such a lovely restaurant. Nice chilled atmosphere and excellent service. The staff specifically our waitress really made the dining experience fantastic. Food was really nice too, a credit to clearly very skilled chefs. Would certainly recommend and visit again on our return trips to the city.

RESTAURANT: High proportion of convenience (prepared food): potato salad, green side salad, spaetzle, caramel sauce with Kaiserschmarrn, which doesn't do justice to the high prices. Schnitzel and truffle spaetzle were very tasty, but the Kaiserschmarrn was not our cup of tea (too floury, globby, dark). Good, nice service, but we would NOT come again due to the poor price-performance ratio.

We were very disappointed with Jasper's Mitte when we wanted to host our Christmas party there with 20 people. A menu was booked, which had to be reduced to two courses due to the high price. We were also charged extra costs for staff and the use of the room 200 euros. Communication with Mr. Jasper was condescending and rather spotty. Then 1: we were greeted with accusations that we were 1 hour late, which was agreed otherwise with Mr. Jasper. 2.: the service only spoke broken English, no German, so there were misunderstandings that couldn't be solved linguistically. As a result, the service tried to use the cash machine to collect every drink immediately, which was unusual and annoying. By the way, cash was not accepted. There was concern that something might be left open in the end. It was hardly possible to convey verbally that we would accept open drinks if necessary. Totally annoying cashing out! 3.: the food portions were completely inadequate. We had to overcome our shame and ask for seconds so that we didn't have to order additional food. Thank God the second helping came and the food was also tasty and good. 4th: The staff wanted to finish work and cash in again at 11 p.m. 5th: We were finally thrown out by the head chef, who complained to us that he hadn't had a day off for two weeks. As a guest, I felt sorry, but also thought that I wouldn't want to be put in such an emotional situation at my Christmas party. 6. The final communication via email and telephone with Mr. Jasper was purely related to the invoice and without asking whether we were satisfied. The answer would have been clear: No, never again!

We found the store on the Internet and when we went and saw that it had a table, they informed us that it was reserved. Then they tell us that the kitchen closes in half an hour while on the page it said it closes 4 hours later. Then we decide to resign and leave and behind us came a couple who wanted to sit and they were told the same but in the end they made them sit at the table that was reserved and when we went again and told them this he spoke to us very aggressively and she told us that this table was for them while a little while ago the other girl had told them the same thing she told us. Unacceptable behavior even racist!

Delicious schnitzel, and finally a really quiet restaurant. The price is on the higher end but the quality is also very high.

A very nice comfortable room and the staff was very friendly and ready to help where needed. The walls are extremely thin however and I personally would like a way (a door hanger for example) to indicate the need of new towels. Me and my partner had a really nice stay.

Evaluation of the hotel room: The room was generously sized, noisy, the furnishings were more like an upscale Airbnb room, the floor creaked a lot, the handle of the shower fitting was loose and constantly fell off when being adjusted, the toilet seemed unkempt, shower gel was available, but apparently no shampoo, the toilet paper holder had fallen off and was under the sink, the WiFi didn't work, the kettle didn't fit under the tap, there was no socket where it was. So a well thought-out, intact and functional room is clearly different. Partly suitable for families with babies/toddlers and strollers, as the rooms can only be reached via stairs (no elevator). The confirmed baby bed in our case was missing! If you arrive after 10 p.m. and can't reach anyone by phone or chat to ask about the missing baby cot, that's absolutely a nuisance. This is unprofessional and there can be no question of good service here at all. Not recommended!

I was a guest at this restaurant from Düsseldorf for my 30th birthday and I have to say that I was very positively surprised. Service and quality of the food are very good. The prices are more than fair. A visit is definitely worth it. The schnitzel with the truffle fries is particularly noteworthy!! 10/10

There is a top-class Wiener Schnitzel here, funny people, very pleasant company and at the end an extra delicacy that makes you want to come back.

We were here for a cozy evening with company. The service was great, we were warmly welcomed and the staff were always attentive without being intrusive. The food was excellent, I had the truffle schnitzel, but my colleagues were also very happy with their burgers and schnitzel. The beer was light from Tegernseer and pilsner from Pilsner Urquell :-)

Wir sind hier nach einem langen Schulungstag als größere Gruppe von Arbeitskollegen eingekehrt und es hat uns allen sehr gut gefallen. Tolle Atmosphäre, sehr gutes Essen und freundlicher Service, der allerdings noch ein wenig aufmerksamer sein könnte.

Ich wurde sehr freundlich empfangen und habe auch ohne Reservierung sofort einen Tisch bekommen. Den Stern Abzug gibt es für eine etwas längere Wartezeit und weil das Backhendl etwas trocken war, mit extra Preiselbeeren ging es dann aber

Die Reservierung war unkompliziert, der Empfang herzlich. Ich bin mit einem guten Freund für eingekehrt, wir haben gerade unsere Bestellung aufgegeben, da bekam er die Nachricht eines Notfalls in der Familie. Wir mussten die Bestellung rückgängig machen. Die zwischenzeitlich eingetroffenen Getränke wollte man uns nicht abrechnen, das rechne ich ihnen wiederum sehr hoch an.

Jasper's ist das beste Restaurant am ruhigen Arkonaplatz. Die Spätzle, Schnitzel und Burgervarianten sind alle samt hervorragend und der Service sehr freundlich.

Trüffel Schnitzel ist ein Traum und auch die Spätzle sehr sehr lecker

Die komplette Bedienung war vermutlich komplett um die 20 Jahre alt und sehr unerfahren. Sie waren nett, aber eben keine professionellen Kellner. Als Kinder haben wir oft Restaurant gespielt, so kam es uns vor… es war kein einziger Profi dabei. Am Ende kam ein Mann in Jogginghose und Sweatshirt-Shirt. War das der Chef? Essen war aber sehr gut.

Went here at their restaurant two times during my trip to berlin, and both times was a good experience! Very good authentic german snitzel and spätzle with a good atmosphere. Also friendly staff who definitely made the experience better.

Inspiriert vom TV Auftritt des Schwesterlokals in Charlottenburg hatten wir gehofft, ein vergleichbares Niveau vorzufinden. Leider war das nicht der Fall. Der Service war super und die Speisenauswahl auch. Aber die einzelnen Gerichte haben uns nicht abgeholt. Der Spargel war holzig, das Burgerpatty schmeckte fad. Der Kaiserschmarren ist etwas anders gemacht mit viel Karamell aber sehr lecker und reicht locker für 2-3 Personen !

Die bestellten Speisen waren hervorragend, einziges Fragezeichen: das Trüffelschnitzel war bei gleichem Preis ( 39,00) ohne echten Trüffel zubereitet, was nicht in der Karte stand und auch nicht bei der Bestellung erwähnt wurde. Gerne wieder, es gibt noch viel Kulinarisches zu entdecken.

Wer ein authentisches Schnitzel in italienischem Ambiente wünscht, ist hier genau richtig.

Wunderbar! Wer einen perfekten Abend, in toller Atmosphäre, bei ausgesprochen netten Gastgebern mit dem besten Wiener Schnitzel verbringen will, der ist bei Jasper‘s genau richtig. Weiter so, wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Ein tolles Erlebnis gab's im Jaspers. Der urige Keller und das authentische Essen in Kombination mit Live-Musik haben uns einen tollen Abend beschert!! Alle waren vollends zufrieden und der einzige Vegetarier in der Runde schwärmt noch immer von den Pommes und dem Kartoffelsalat. Außerdem war er noch nie in so großer Versuchung, der Fleischeslust zu erliegen! Die "Vanille-Milch" zum Kaiserschmarrn könnte Legendenstatus erreichen. Wir werden definitiv auch das zweite Jaspers besuchen!

Wir saßen mit einem Kind direkt an der Eingangstür..es war sehr störend, da Kellner, sowie Gäste standig raus gingen zum rauchen, da es dann immer wieder sehr kalt hineinzog Außerdem wurde während wir aßen dort umgeräumt ohne Rücksicht zu nehmen, scharrten Tische über dem Boden, es war sehr laut und unhöflich von den Kellnern...leider sehr schade, denn das Essen war sehr gut, das drumherum leider gar nicht
