Die Menschen dort sind absolut zuvorkommend, aufmerksam und freundlich. Das Essen war hübsch angerichtet und sehr lecker. Ich gehe da bestimmt wieder hin. また来ます。

Es war so lecker wow, die gyoza waren wirklich perfekt außen super knusprig und in der Mitte weicher. Genau wie das Hauptgericht und die Nachspeise sind super. Preisleistungs Verhältnis super.

Ich war mit meinem Partner dort zum Mittagessen. Die Kellner waren sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, und das Essen war fantastisch. Ich würde jederzeit wieder hingehen.

Wenn man auf der Suche nach simplem und hervorragendem Sushi ist, das durch Qualität und authentischen Geschmack überzeugt, dann ist man hier genau richtig. 🍣 So einen freundlichen und aufmerksamen Service wie hier, findet man selten. Tokyo Düren ist auf jeden Fall mein Lieblings-Sushirestaurant. Absolute Empfehlung. Wir kommen gerne immer wieder!

Wir hatten verschiedene Vorspeisen. Die Portionsgrößen und die Präsentation hinterlassen bei den Preisen schon ein Fragezeichen. Geschmacklich aber noch im akzeptabelen Bereich. Die Hauptgerichte hingegen waren nicht nur lieblos angerichtet sondern auch geschmacklich bei weitem nicht überzeugend. Da geht man besser zum asiatischen Schnellimbiss um die Ecke. Qualitativ war das Essen insgesamt wirklich fragwürdig. Bei jeder Gelegenheit versuchte man uns zusätzliche Getränke als auch Speisen anzudrehen und uns von der Qualität verbal zu überzeugen (wir hatten uns bis dato noch überhaupt nicht geäußert )Selbst als wir um die Rechnung gebeten haben hörte man mit dieser Art und Weise nicht auf. Ich habe mich selten in einem Restaurant so unwohl gefühlt wie hier. Die guten Bewertungen sind uns ein absolutes Rätsel und nicht zu erklären. Leute fahrt nach Düsseldorf und überzeugt euch selber von der guten japanischen Küche. Hier in Düren bekommt ihr sie nicht.

Wir waren gestern das erste Mal hier essen und es war sicherlich nicht das letzte Mal. Das sushi war hervorragend. Die Empfehlung des Hauses hat es mir sehr angetan. Meine Frau hatte gebratene Nudeln und war ebenfalls begeistert. Leider lief mir dermaßen das Wasser im Mund zusammen, dass ich leider keine Bilder gemacht habe. Diese folgen aber beim nächsten Mal. Der Service verdient auf jeden Fall 10 Sterne. Wurden noch nie so höflich bedient. Vielen lieben Dank.

Wir sind spontan vorbeigekommen und wurden als familie mit 2 Kindern (4 / 8) super freundlich empfangen. Der Kellner hat meinen kindern liebevoll die Stäbchen präpariert mit einem gummi, dass sie wie eine Zange damit essen konnten. Das Essen war übrigens super mega lecker. Wirklich gut. Man hatte das Gefühl, dass man bei einer Familie zuhause eingeladen ist zu einem besonderen Anlass und die Oma ihr Geheimrezept ausgepackt hat um ein besonderes Mahl zuzubereiten. Alles frisch und selbstgekocht. Sehr lecker, wprde ich aus Japan kommen wäre der ausdruck "ich fühle mich wie zuhause" passend. Toll wir kommen gerne wieder.

War mit meiner Frau jetzt schon zwei mal dort und definitiv nicht zum letzten Mal. Wer die freundliche Art und den guten Service der Japaner einmal erleben will, ohne 9500km fliegen zu müssen, sollte hier auf jeden Fall mal vorbei schauen. Sehr zu empfehlen sind das Sushi und die Ramen. Meine Frau liebt die Takoyaki als Vorspeise, die sind jedoch grundsätzlich nicht jedermanns Sache.

Wir waren gestern das zweite Mal dort. Alles was wir bisher probiert haben, speziell die verschiedenen Sushis, schmeckt außerordentlich gut, frisch und ist auch optisch ein wirklicher Leckerbissen. Der Service ist sehr gut und Alle sind sehr freundlich, ruhig, und sehr um den Gast bemüht. Ganz ganz toll, eine klare Empfehlung. Wir freuen uns schon jetzt auf unseren nächsten Besuch.

Sehr guter Service. Fragen zu den einzelnen Gerichten wurden beantwortet und gut erklärt. Wir hatten Sushi. Sehr lecker!!! Preis/Leistung sind hier vollkommen in Ordnung. Wer japanisches Essen mag, sollte auf jeden Fall hier her kommen.

Wir waren ohne Reservierung auf gut Glück dort und haben auch gleich einen Tisch für 2 Personen bekommen. Leider hat die Bedienung lange auf sich warten lassen. Das Essen kam leider nur lau warm an. Da eh schon alles sehr lange gedauert hat, haben wir nichts beanstandet. Der Kellner oder Besitzer, war sehr Erklärungsbedürftig. Zum Guten Schluss bekam man beim bezahlen die Taste der Trinkgeld Funktion ausgiebig erklärt. Ich denke nett und höflich gehört zu jedem Service, aber das ist bzw. war für mich etwas zu aufdringlich.

Mega, auf Empfehlung hier hin. Das Essen ist super frisch und sehr authentisch. Und Preis Leistung ist top. In Düren gibt es kein besseres Sushi und ich hab ziemlich jeden probiert. Service auch extrem zuvorkommend, eine Freundlichkeit wie die Japaner es leben.

Unfortunately, my visit to this restaurant was disappointing overall. The only positive aspect was the nice ambiance. However, I didn't enjoy the sushi and it was too salty. Furthermore, the fish portion was too unbalanced for me (i.e., too little rice, too much fish). When I asked to take the rest to go, I was repeatedly asked to continue eating. This was very unpleasant, as I no longer had an appetite. So, unfortunately, this was my last visit. What a shame.

We were absolutely thrilled with the service and the food! The sushi is top-notch and absolutely amazing! For me, the best sushi in Düren! No other place in Düren can compete with it. The appetizers were top-notch: miso soup with fish, and the BBQ chicken stew was delicious. And a delicious Japanese beer.

Right at the beginning of the pedestrian zone in an arcade on the first floor. Very polite and courteous staff, they constantly ask if everything is OK and bow to you. You can watch the sushi master. Very tasty teriyaki sauce, free rice if needed, matcha ice cream also very tasty, and plum wine to finish off the meal. Simply delicious and so friendly. We were here on vacation; otherwise, we would have come back immediately. Highly recommended. Absolutely excellent value for money. Thank you very much.

We visited the Tokio restaurant for the first time today and were thrilled! The food is simply amazing.

At first, we were skeptical about the sheer number of 5* reviews online... ...but then we saw for ourselves. The two of us tried the appetizers and sushi selection and were consistently impressed by the quality and taste. The kani korokke, or crab meat croquettes, were particularly recommended. The sushi was made fresh for us, and we had to restrain ourselves from ordering the entire menu. Our dessert of matcha ice cream and homemade daifuku mochi also impressed us. Vegetarians will also find a good selection of dishes here. The service was very friendly, polite, and attentive, but by no means intrusive. We felt very welcome and will definitely return, looking forward to trying more Japanese classics like katsu-don or ramen.

Was delicious 👌🏻 took a very long time (1.5 hours) but was announced in advance. Charged for a bottle of water while I had a glass. Wrong miso soup was corrected on the receipt. But it was very delicious and never seen such friendly service. ☺️

I was here for the first time today. Before, I thought the good reviews were almost absurd. But now I've been there, and I can only agree with them completely. I've never experienced such friendly and polite service. We were truly treated like a guest, and we were given detailed information about the food. The ambiance is entirely Japanese and very bright and tasteful (you don't notice the shopping arcade in which the restaurant is located). For starters, we had a delicious fish miso soup and an exciting fermented Japanese specialty, simply fantastic. The sushi that followed was very high quality, and the dessert perfectly rounded off this Japanese experience. Thank you for allowing us to be your guests this evening. We'll definitely be back ☺️

Because we had our dog with us, we were allowed to sit downstairs at a table near the entrance. The service started a bit slow, but the Sushi, Sashimi and noodles were excellent.

Today we were taken by friends to this slightly hidden “Düren insider tip” for the first time and we were thrilled. The food is super tasty and the service is extremely friendly. Our friends have just returned from a trip to Japan and also say that Tokyo in Düren can compete with Tokyo in Japan in terms of both service and food. We will definitely come back.

Best Japanese restaurant in the surrounding area. 😍 For comparable taste experiences you probably have to go all the way to the Japanviertel in Düsseldorf. They offer numerous well-known dishes and delicacies that you would know from Japan if you have ever been there yourself. We are already looking forward to our next planned visit soon 😊

We ordered sushi and picked it up - so I can't rate the service and ambience. The sushi was disappointing - even compared to 6 months ago. The price is absolutely excessive compared to the quality. Very small portions, poorly rolled, taste okay but not great, fried too greasy. The portion of edamame was the smallest portion I have ever seen when ordering sushi, and the same goes for the salad.

First of all: we have been eating Japanese food for a long time - in Cologne and Düsseldorf. The extremely positive reviews here made us decide to visit Tokyo - Birthday Party. The ambience was unspectacular, with a Japanese touch. We ordered some appetizers and a sushi platter. Service is very friendly - but also a bit unprofessional - when it comes to serving at the table. Unfortunately, we cannot fully understand the overwhelmingly positive reviews. The food was ok, but not outstanding. We've actually eaten better sushi, for example at Asakusa in Euskirchen. The yakitori skewers, the kimchi or the shrimp croquettes also didn't really impress. The seaweed salad was delicious. All in all, it was ok, but not top notch. But as I said, we also had high standards - not least because of the reviews.

An absolute love letter to Japanese cuisine and service!! From appetizer to dessert, EVERY dish was a 10/10! My clear highlight was the starter with fermented soybeans, egg yolk and tuna! A taste experience that is incomparable and definitely worth trying!! It's sooo special and delicious. 😍😍 For me, the sushi is definitely the best in Düren and the kimchi had the perfect mix of crunchy and spicy. Every question about the dishes and ingredients was explained competently and friendly. I have truly never experienced better service. Gladly again! 😍

Wow what a great experience. You will find such a beautiful oasis in the service desert of Germany. It's rare to find such great service and food. The staff is very respectful, courteous, competent and very friendly. The dishes are an eye-catcher, beautifully prepared and, above all, super tasty. We had sushi and never had so much fish in the makis, on the nigiris and the sashimi Moriawase was also overwhelming. Many thanks to the great team at TOKYO Düren. Delicious! Very authentic food, that's how it tastes in Japan too. The service also makes you feel as if you are sitting in a good restaurant in Tokyo. The prices are definitely worth it and are comparatively cheap. There is no compromise on quality or friendliness. Always good for a nice evening!

👍🏻Big surprise, hidden in the old passage. Incredibly delicious sushi creations and sashimi of the highest quality - who would have thought that here in Düren. We don't advertise, we ended up here just because of a recommendation, the atmosphere is relatively simple (but of course very clean) but that's not the deciding factor, it's the kitchen that completely convinced us. The four of us ordered various appetizers, all kinds of sushi and a ramen with beef (🤌🏻🫶🏻my best ever). Something different and special but a real culinary delight was the Sake Kawa Maki Sushi with grilled salmon skin, the crunch and the delicate taste were unbelievable👍🏻. Everything was really delicious and surpassed some of the top sushi places we had already eaten at. The whole thing was surpassed by the kind of friendly, attentive and lovely staff that is rarely found in Germany. Will definitely 💯% come back and recommend it to others. Chapeau and thanks to the Tokyo team!
