Jan Tabac in Bremen

We were in Vegesack for the Maritim Festival and eight of us stopped at Jan Tabac's. Great service, nice atmosphere and a small menu on which all the dishes we had were great. The starter Lobio was a surprise, a Georgian bean stew, which was rounded off with fresh coriander and simply delicious. We were also very surprised by the homemade Metaxa sauce for the chicken breast fillet, which was spicy and very delicate. Our recommendation: you should be hungry, as the portions are not only impressive in terms of quality and taste but are also very generous. Thanks for the great service and good food! We'll be back.

Delicious, fresh and great service!

Today Jan Tabak, under new management, visited for the first time. The very friendly service and the cozy atmosphere were just as convincing as the quality and selection of the food. The price-performance ratio is excellent and the portions are really generous. I'd love to come back.

Wir waren heute das erste Mal im wiedereröffneten Jan Tabac. Das Essen war wirklich herausragend und der Service sensationell. Die neuen Pächter sind ein eingespieltes Team und der Abend war einfach perfekt. Köstliche Vorspeise (Meerettichcremesuppe), ideal gebratenes Steak (Black Angus Filet) und ein Nachtisch der einen verzaubert hat (Haselnuss-Parfait). Ein Gaumenschmaus, bei dem alles gestimmt hat. Wir kommen wieder - immer wieder!

Denis und Marlien an einem anderen Ort! Die Gerichte in der bekannten Qualität, neuerdings gibt zu Beginn auch Brot mit verschiedenen Dips! Die Karte ist zur Zeit noch klein, das soll sich aber noch ändern. Dank an Euch!
