We were there on a Sunday. The employees were very friendly and hardworking. The sushi, the warm dishes and the various deserts were very tasty and there was plenty of everything. All in all, we like coming back here.

Such delicious food and just super nice and friendly service. We will be back definitely!

A really great experience! The waiter was so friendly. After I mentioned that I was on a vegan diet, he naturally explained what was available and passed it on to the kitchen. After 10 minutes he brought a large sushi platter with only vegan sushi. Very attentive & wholesome! I didn't have to pay anything extra, it was just really nice! Thanks so much! I can really only recommend it & we will be back very soon! :))

Very nice sushi restaurant with many different delicacies. However, you have to reserve in advance, otherwise you rarely have the opportunity to get a table. You have 1.5 hours to feast and that's more than enough, then you'll be completely full 😜

The endless sushi in Hamburg! Tasty, versatile, well presented and really well priced. Lunch and dinner buffets are identical. So you can choose, but you should definitely make a reservation. If you like Asian cuisine, you will really get your money's worth here. The sesame ice cream is rare but particularly noteworthy.

The food is good. Not super high quality but really good. We got a spot straight away even though we didn't make a reservation. Luckily we were able to park right in front of the house but that was really a happy coincidence. The service was also good, but not really outstanding. What I would have liked was for the dishes to be labeled so that you can identify what is fish, meat and vegetarian. Not always immediately obvious and potentially problematic, especially for vegetarians. Otherwise very nice shop, even if almost too expensive.

After looking for a running sushi restaurant for a while, we made our way to Jam Jam from Lübeck and we were more than satisfied. The selection of food is really great, especially the warm dishes. There was nothing we didn't like. Every now and then, completely new dishes even appeared on the conveyor belt. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. The price of 27.90 for 2 hours is absolutely fair. We were there at 5:30 p.m. during the week (we were 15 minutes late and were able to stay until 7:45 p.m. without any problem) PS: The green tea and the jasmine tea are also highly recommended, I found them both delicious. PS: Also possible with a stroller and baby :)

I would actually like to give an extra star for the really attentive staff in this restaurant! It's really rare to find such service! First of all, thank you for that. The sushi is very rich with a large selection of fish and veggie sushi. There were also many other dishes and desserts (the brownie is highly recommended). All in all, it was incredibly tasty at a reasonable price. We will definitely come back.

Very bad service! I was there 10 minutes before my companion because she was stuck in a traffic jam. I said that directly at the beginning. I was simply put in the corner with the baby in the carrier (nothing with them, do they want to sit down or something similar). I was asked again and again when my companion was coming. The service at the table was also poor or non-existent. Not once was anyone asked if we wanted to do anything else. After 1 hour the bowls were almost torn out of our hands (von Wegen is now over). We were then immediately asked to go to another table because other guests were waiting. I then got dressed and started carrying the carrier and baby and there he was again, constantly asking if we wanted to pay (can't you just wait for a moment until the guest is ready??) Food was neither good nor bad, average, but not worth €27.

The service was great, but almost everything was frozen goods, which were expensively included in the buffet price! This price of 27.50 is not fair. I'm actually surprised that so many people left a positive review. Personally, I wouldn't recommend this.

Just don't go, otherwise we won't get any more space. We've been there regularly since almost the beginning. Always good, staff is nice. We were there 1 year ago and disappointing. Significantly more expensive and the offer has been thinned out. Last week again, but expensive and a lot is missing. It's a shame, but at 27.50 euros, 3 years ago 19.50 euros including 19% tax, less on offer.

Running sushi is worth an experience, but the quality of the sushi was unfortunately disappointing. The other Asian delicacies were better.

Worth a visit every time. Varied, delicious buffet with sushi, warm dishes, salads and dessert. The operators are very nice and attentive. At lunchtime the selection is a little smaller than in the evening, but still worth it. The only thing I regret is that there hasn't been sesame ice cream for a while now.

Food is non-stop, but á la carte is also possible. But I think this is where 99% of people go to sit at the line and eat. We've been eating here once or twice a year for about 14 years. And every year there is news for us on the upper "warm" band. We think that the price/performance ratio here is absolutely right. Yes, the sushi doesn't blow us away in terms of taste either, hence the deduction of a whole star. But the small warm plate dishes are really good and this variety cannot be found everywhere in Hamburg and certainly not on a regular basis. We will come back here for the 15th year and be surprised by what's new on the production line.

I really don't know where all the good reviews come from. The sushi is at best comparable to supermarket sushi from the refrigerated section. Terribly boring rice and the fish doesn't taste particularly good either. The other things on the tape are okay. If the price were better it wouldn't be a big problem, but unfortunately it's still really expensive. If you expect good food you really need to go somewhere else. Unfortunately I would absolutely not recommend it.

A large selection of various sushi specialties, as well as small warm dishes and dessert dishes. Nice service, which often asked whether we were missing anything from the current offer. The dishes we used were also regularly taken away from us in between. We would love to come back...

The food is still delicious, the staff is friendly. but the prices...I think €27.50 is a hefty price In addition, there was no pistachio ice cream, but stracciatella from €25 to €27.50 is thanks to VAT. But I pay less for a visit to the steakhouse.

Great restaurant for all u can eat. My husband also came in in a wheelchair and sat at the table as normal. We didn't look at the toilet, but it should be wide enough for a wheelchair user. Information from restaurant.

Really low quality of food. You have an hour to eat and while we were chatting, 10 minutes before the final whistle they asked us to leave the table free. As I stood up, the waiter was already cleaning the table!

DANGER ! for allergy sufferers! - Food is often prepared with the same knife or something similar, which led to an allergic reaction for my girlfriend! - NO GO! (same knife for fish & orange, allergic to oranges). As a paramedic, I view something like this very critically. Otherwise I can't say anything negative about JamJam, I've been there many times with friends and family, everyone was always full, but sometimes you have to ask several times if you want something specific on the tape. But there have been days when the selection was very poor, you're used to better things. The staff is otherwise nice and polite, but the prices are quite expensive. You pay almost €30 per person plus drinks. You can also order your own portions (costs extra).

This is the second time for us there. Prices have increased. Now €27.50 for adults instead of €25 like 2 months ago. Small children now have to pay €15.50. I think to myself, what does a two year old child eat? 2 pieces of sushi and a noodle plate. The quality is good but not great either. We visited another running sushi in Hamm and the quality was significantly better.

Very nice staff! You are always asked if everything is ok and whether you are missing a dish. I would definitely make a reservation on the weekend otherwise you will only have to wait to get a place. Great selection of sushi and warm dishes, something for everyone.

Very unfriendly staff, Food rather poor midfield. The staff tried to throw us out several times after 1 hour, even though we paid for 1.5 hours. Cutlery was taken away so we didn't eat too much.

The reservation went smoothly and the staff were all very friendly and accommodating. When we asked which dishes at the assembly line sushi were vegan, an employee advised us and also prepared an extra plate for our table with vegan dishes and included them in the assembly line range. A really, really sweet shop. Highly recommended again :)

Arrogant and unfriendly staff! It can happen that all the seats are full, even if the restaurant really doesn't seem inviting. But it's not possible to just be left standing at the entrance with a "may take longer"! "How long is the wait?" -- "I do not know that either". Then we just left again. Customer service six, complete failure, never again.

Incredibly unfriendly! We were left behind at the entrance and when we asked how long it would take until we could get a table, we were given a cheeky "I don't know." At the entrance you are first greeted with the message that you are not allowed to take your chopsticks with you. You will also be charged 50 cents per piece of rice if you send it back. Conclusion: extremely customer-hostile. Never again.

Super delicious food. New morsels come onto the production line at not too short but not too long intervals. This means you always have something new to try and if you still want something, just ask the service when the table is cleared. The restaurant is comfortably furnished, but quite narrow. We were 4 people but unfortunately the table was a bit small. Unfortunately the table was a bit too full with sauces and plates. The number of tables next to the neighbors was also quite small, probably due to the fact that there weren't enough people for two treadmills, but too many for one treadmill... The prices are normal. It's sushi and you pay a little more for it than you would for a pizza at an Italian restaurant, etc. You can expect adults to pay around €30 for two drinks, which we think is very worth it! Still very tasty food and overall definitely worth a visit and a recommendation to eat out with friends or family.

Mega netter Kellner. Teller wurden schneller wieder abgeräumt als wur hätten stapeln können. Top Service! Super Auswahl an Sushi und an warmen Speisen. Laufband war immer gut gefüllt und alles kam mal dran, wenn man sich ein bisschen geduldet hat. Also preis Leistung steht voll im Verhältnis. Mein Neffe und ich waren begeistert. 👍

Das Essen war sehr gut und die Auswahl war sehr gut. Die Kellner waren sehr freundlich und die Atmosphäre war sehr gut.

Es hat uns insgesamt wirklich gut gefallen. Das Essen ist sehr abwechslungsreich und liegt zwischen 4 und 5 Sternen.

Es wirkt von Außen wie eine Kneipe aus den 70 er die in die Jahre gekommen ist! Es sieht von Außen Düster aus und so gut wie die Komplette Leuchtreklame ist seid längerem Kaputt. Wenn man Spontan kommt hat man keine Chance man muss reservieren und selbst dann muss man warten. Essen ist Lecker aber die Schalen und Teller, sowie die Komplette Inneneinrichtung in die Jahre gekommen. Der Service ist eigentlich nett eigentlich

Absolute Empfehlung! Essen lecker und abwechslungsreich, Sushi und ein bisschen anderes Asiatisches, freundlicher und schneller Service. Kleine Teller auf Laufbändern, einmal kaltes Essen, einmal warmes. Reservierung ist grundsätzlich empfehlenswert, aber man kann auch ohne Glück haben, dass demnächst was frei wird.

Das Essen zum Mittagstisch ist gut. Die Auswahl ausreichend und die Fisch Qualität sehr gut. Leider konnten wir nicht mit visa bezahlen. Da wir leider nichts anderes dabei hatten machte der Wirt einen ziemlichen Aufstand. Auch wenn es am Ende unser Fehler war, fand ich den Umgang mit der Situation sehr unglücklich. Wir kommen nicht wieder.

"Am laufenden Band" ist das Motto. Wer das mag, is(s)t hier richtig. Die Speisen sind frisch und lecker. Das Personal war freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wenn einem nicht klar ist, was man sich gerade vom Band genommen hat, wurde einem auf Nachfrage sofort erklärt. Ich bin nun wahrlich kein Tofu Fan, aber hier war dieser ausgesprochen lecker. Von der Außenfassade sollte man sich nicht beeinflussen lassen. Eine Reservierung ist sicherlich ein guter Tipp. Gerne wieder.

Halt ein solider guter all u can eat sushicircle

Ich bin über viele Jahre immer wieder gern hier gewesen und habe das Restaurant oft empfohlen. Gestern war dann leider vorerst das letzte Mal. Trotz Reservierung, die scheinbar nichts bedeutete, mussten wir 20 Minuten warten, bis irgendein Tisch frei wurde. Das Sushi schmeckte zwar überwiegend okay, aber nicht mehr so gut wie früher. Und ein Stück Lachs schien mir nicht mehr frisch zu schmecken, ich hab mir aber nicht so viel dabei gedacht (wegen der vorher immer sehr guten Erfahrungen). Nun habe ich Durchfall... War wohl doch keine Einbildung. Schade. Vielleicht gebe ich dem Restaurant in ein paar Jahren mal wieder eine Chance.

Lasst euch nicht von der Fassade täuschen. Tretet ein, lasst euch nieder und genießt das familiäre Ambiente. Trinkt einen Tee und lässt euch von den vorbeifahrenden Speisen verwöhnen. Nehmt euch was ihr am liebsten esst und das so oft wie ihr es schafft. Das vielfältige Angebot und die Präsentation der Speisen erinnern zunächst an Häppchen zum probieren. Schnell kommt man auf den Genuß dabei auch Mal etwas neues zu probieren. Einfach genial. Wir können es wirklich jedem empfehlen. Wir gönnten uns den Aufenthalt im Restaurant vor dem Babymetal Konzert in Hamburg um uns ein Stück Japan näher zu bringen und im Herz zu bewahren. War wirklich sehr schön. Schade dass man so weit weg wohnt. Dem netten Team weiterhin gute Geschäfte und viele nette Stunden.

Der service ist wirklich sehr gut. Die Kellner sind allesamt sehr nett, haben immer ein Lächeln offen für einen (was in der Branche selten geworden ist) und sind sehr aufmerksam und bemüht. Das hat den Aufenthalt deutlich besser gemacht. Das essen war leider mal besser dort. Es gibt zeiten, wo lange zb muscheln und ente rumfährt, dann gefüllte teigtaschen, wenn man diese in dieser zeit nicht isst, kann es sein, dass man 2 std warten muss, bis es sowas wieder gibt. Einige sachen kamen öfter rein, gyoza zb nur am anfang. Das finde ich sehr schade da ist es bei einem Buffet doch besser gelöst jederzeit alles verfügbar, egal wo man sitzt. Fairerweise muss man aber auch sagen, dass der Service wie gesagt prima war und man konnte nachfragen, wenn man etwas bestimmtes wollte dann wurde das Band wieder damit bestückt. Sehr zuvorkommend. Insgesamt finde ich es leider zu teuer ich hatte am abend trotz all you can eat wieder hunger weil die auswahl so klein war und ich die ganze zeit quasi dasselbe gegessen habe, konnte ich nicht so viel essen wie ich es von buffets gewohnt bin. Ich habe sonst nie hunger am selben Tag. Ich werde es in ein paar Jahren nochmal probieren. Fürs erste ist es meiner Meinung nach zu teuer für das was geboten wird.

Gehe immer wieder gerne dort Essen die Portionen haben eine gute Größeund schmecken sehr lecker. Die Auswahl ist sehr groß.Man kann sich vom Laufband das nehmen was man möchte was ich sehr gut finde. Wenn man Wünsche hat weil eventuell auf dem Laufband nicht das was man möchte zu finden ist wird dieses persönlich zubereitet und zum Tisch gebracht was ich echt super finde.Das Personal ist auch sehr freundlich😊

I was invited here by a friend who already tried this before. I was surprised by the variety of food that you can try here. It is not only sushi but also other Asian food and dessert. The top level of the conveyor belt is reserved for hot food while the lower level is for cold ones - sushi comes running in the lower level. We are not from Hamburg but I will surely visit this place again whenever I will pass by Hamburg.

Meine Bewertung, Typisch norddeutsch, man kann nicht meckern. 😆 Ein running sushi, die Bedienung räumt immer wieder schnell ab, Geschirr bleibt nicht lange am Platz. Auswahl ist typisch und schmeckt. Und Preis, es ist ein All You can eat. Also auch in Ordnung.

Preis Leistungsverhältnis ist super. Qualitätsmäßig nicht so gut wie normales Sushi, dafür aber deutlich günstiger und und eine riesen Auswahl.

Ich war nicht so zufrieden. Reservieren für einzelne Leute ist nicht mehr möglich. Man reist also alleine auf gut Glück an. Dort angekommen wird man meist auch abgewiesen. Nach langem hin und her durfte ich gnädiger Weise für eine Stunde da sitzen. Der Laden hat ein zweites Band warum wird es nicht angemacht dann staut sich das auch nicht. Essen war ok. Aber dieses abgebügelt werden geht nicht. Schämt euch so mit euren Gästen umzugehen. Ich empfehle euch daher nicht weiter

Ja, die Einrichtung ist seit Jahren, die gleiche und könnte mal eine Überarbeitung vertragen … aber auch die Qualität des hier gebotenen Service und Essen ist seit Jahren gleichbleibend gut. Wir kommen seit Jahren bei jedem Besuch in Hamburg an einem Abend hier her und sind noch nie enttäuscht worden - so auch heute nicht 😀 Freundliche Bedienung und leckeres Essen. Wer ein abwechslungsreiches asiatisches Buffet (am Band) sucht, ist hier richtig. Auch für Sushi Fans gibt es einige Leckerbissen - wir hatten heute z.B. jede Menge Thunfisch Nigiri 🍣, die wirklich alle sehr lecker waren.

Kommen seit ca. 2007 regelmäßig hier essen. Unser Lieblings-Sushi-Restaurant. Man hat eine gute Auswahl. Was z.B. gerade nicht angeboten wird, kann man einfach Bescheid sagen und das Gewünschte wird direkt zu einem gebracht. Wohnen mit dem Auto leider eine Std. entfernt, sonst würden wir öfters kommen.

Es war mein erstes Running Sushi und wir waren zu dritt an einem Samstag Abend mit Reservierung dort gewesen. Nach kurzer Wartezeit wurden wir an unseren Tisch gebracht und konnten direkt loslegen. Getränke kamen zügig und die leeren Schälchen wurden regelmäßig abgeräumt, bevor der Turm zu hoch wurde. Die Qualität des Shushi war für den Preis in Ordnung. Nigiri war gefühlt lediglich Lachs vorhanden und ganz selten mal was anderes. Wir saßen als zweiter Tisch direkt zu Beginn des Bandes. Wer ohne viel Warten schnell viel Sushi und asiatische Speisen essen möchte ist hier richtig. Mich persönlich hat das Konzept vom Running Sushi nicht überzeugt, aber da kann der Laden nicht für. Sollten mich Freunde wieder mitnehmen wollen, wäre ich dennoch dabei, da wie gesagt Preis/Leistung stimmt.

Das Essen ist gut, wobei uns warmen Speisen am besten gefallen haben. Allerdings wirkt das Ambiente des Ladens sehr oldbaksch und es müsste mal renoviert werden.

Ein beliebtes Lokal wo man am Tisch sitzen kann und ein Band mit köstlichen Speisen auf 2 Etagen läuft vorbei. Man nimmt sich was man essen möchte. Und nach ca. 2 Stunden bezahlt man seine feste Summe fürs Essen + Getränke und ist glücklich. Man sollte vorher Plätze bestellen sonst wird es problematisch.
