This place is amazing. The food is absolutely amazing and they put out different kinds all the time so there is great variety. Everything was fresh and super tasty.

Very tasty and definitely an experience. Constantly warm upstairs and constantly cold downstairs, on a conveyor belt. Definitely a cool thing. It's best to reserve in advance by phone – it's very busy here, especially in the evenings.

I was truly disappointed with this restaurant. The food neither tasted good nor was the quality convincing. For the price, it's absolutely not worth it. Furthermore, the staff was very unfriendly and, at times, downright rude to the customers. After the meal, I felt completely unwell. We discovered this place thanks to its good reviews. Reservations are a must! When we arrived, we waited 20 minutes for a table despite having a reservation. We ended up getting a small table for two, with barely any room to put things down. The sushi was okay, but there were no exceptional rolls, and unfortunately, no dumplings either.

Unfortunately, we were very disappointed. We were here a few years ago and really enjoyed it. This time, unfortunately, everything wasn't right from the start. The service was rather unfriendly; we didn't feel welcome. The quality of the food has changed significantly and declined considerably. There's hardly any variety in the selection. There are hardly any options for vegetarians. Sushi quality, unfortunately, is very poor. The spoons for the ice cream selection are all dirty... Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend it anymore.

Well this was just no good at all. While it may have been all you can eat, the choices were limited, and there was little sushi. A little bit of salmon, but no creativity in the nigiri or the sushi rolls. Most plates had one piece of whatever, so you were going through dozens of plates. And watch out if you leave a ball of rice behind, that will cost you an extra fifty cents. Even extra hot water for your green tea will cost extra. There are two separate trains and they were not carrying the same offerings. They have no clue what a real Japanese sushi train has on it. Come down to Australia or go to Japan to see, because what you are doing misses the mark completely.

The food is very varied and there's something for everyone, and the quality is good. The service is very good at first, but at the end, you're asked to pay so new guests can come in. If you're pressured to pay, you're not even allowed to finish your drink...even if you've only been there for an hour and a half... We actually really like the restaurant, but this leaves a bitter aftertaste!!!

Jam Jam's best days are long gone. The quality has declined, and the prices have risen. Unfortunately, for some time now, they've been charging a so-called service charge of €2 if you don't order a drink. This is unprecedented. We're not going to Jam Jam anymore.

We liked the shrimp, octopus, broccoli, white chips, steamed buns, sesame balls. I didn't like the vegetable salad of cabbage, corn and tomatoes. The mayonnaise in it was sour. Apparently, it couldn't stand the heat. Although we came at the opening, at 13.00. Another strange Fanta - light yellow, tasted different too. Coke was normal. We didn't book a table and were seated at the very last place by the door, although there were plenty of free seats. The doors were wide open and I was very drafty during this time. Four days of severe runny nose and sore throat. You either have to ask for another table, further from the door, or ask to close the doors. There is a toilet in the establishment, you don't have to pay for entry. Parking places can be found in the area. Overall impressions are positive.

Food from a conveyor belt, a kind of buffet served at your table. Reservations advisable, it was busy. We went there a second time, and the impression was somewhat worse. This time we sat at the source of the conveyor belt, which is also the hidden end of the service staff's route. After being shown your seat, you're sometimes overlooked for the first drink order and the subsequent collection of dishes. The selection that day was rather boring. Only once was seaweed on the conveyor belt, and very rarely was there edamame. The sushi wasn't varied or flavorful enough for a sushi restaurant. Instead, there was a lot of standard Asian fare. Among other things, the simplest jelly, cakes, and sweet potato fries, sometimes the portions were too large. The conveyor belt became increasingly empty over time, and at the same time, certain items weren't removed at all. When we were full, the food was suddenly "served." It's not a quiet place either. We heard the entire conversation at the only table next to us, not to mention the quality of the content.

Well, to be honest, I expected more from a sushi specialist. The quality is more comparable to a Mongolian all-you-can-eat restaurant, and there you even have more choice than just sushi! The sushi itself is also hardly varied. If you're really craving lots of fresh fish, you're better off somewhere else. The service was okay – as long as you do everything the way the waiter wants you to 😅 For example: Pay at the table, not at the cash register. They immediately explain to you, in an annoyed manner, how that works. In terms of value for money, I have to say: For the limited selection, it should be significantly cheaper. I would only go there if all the Mongolian restaurants in Hamburg were closed – or if someone wanted to give me a cold soup. 😉

Unfortunately, it's not as tasty as it used to be. The food was too hot, and despite having a reservation, we had to wait 20 minutes. We were told we didn't have much time because they had a break at 3:30 p.m. They could make an exception. It only took 40 minutes in total. From now on, only kofokoo or the jamjam from Eiffestraße.

We had reserved a table for four people. Unfortunately, we had to wait a while because our table wasn't free yet. But it was also very busy that evening. After we were seated, we ordered our drinks. They arrived at our table a little late. It seemed to us as if the staff were a bit overwhelmed that evening. Now, on to the subject of the food. It was the first time I had eaten in a restaurant like this. There were lots of little treats, from sweet to savory, in little bowls that you could help yourself to from the conveyor belt. At €28.50, it's not exactly cheap, but I would still recommend it to anyone who wants to try something like this.

Very nice atmosphere, nice staff, solid prices and I also liked the toilet. The treadmill system worked great, but unfortunately I didn't find the food very varied and the taste was pretty mediocre. The entire experience was very average. I had the lunch buffet and I was full. There was nothing where I thought to myself “that tasted really bad” but equally nothing where I thought to myself “wow, that’s really tasty”. You can definitely do this every now and then for €15.50. The selection is very large and because the portions are small, you can easily try a little bit of everything. By the way, there is a 50 cent fee if you still have food on your plate at the end, but I can understand that given the cheap buffet price. If you're in the area you can definitely go here, but don't have too high expectations.

The place itself can be recommended, it is very nicely decorated, but the food wasn't particularly good. We were there at lunchtime, which is probably why only this meal was served. The whole time there wasn't a single piece of salmon, no shrimp, no mussels, not those pork dumplings, not even simple makis. Some of the things that fit in that you could get at the beginning when we were there were nigiris with tuna. They were delicious. But later, when only the same things were circling the assembly line and there were only nuggets of fried noodles and such, there was a piece of tuna nigiri that had been circling there for ages since we arrived. Maybe it's because the piece of fish is so small and there's so much rice with it. I thought people shouldn't act like that, so I took it and ate it. The fish didn't taste relatively neutral as usual, but was very fishy and slightly sour. I had to make an effort to chew😖, it was probably bad. Actually, I'm not one to complain like that, but soap was also a lesson. Drinks weren't included and you didn't see any ice either. I was really looking forward to the store because I saw it a lot on Tik Tok, but it was an absolute dud. For the price it was nothing. Except for the decoration in the restaurant, which was nice. The first time that I didn't eat completely at all you can eat. It's a shame, jam jam, I was so happy. 😐😣

My girlfriend and I had dinner at Jam Jam in Wandsbek yesterday. This wasn't the first time and it was always good so far. But NOW it was the last time. We then spent 1-2 hours at home in the tiled rooms... don't want to share any details. The service was good, quick and attentive, as always. BUT after two hours, when we simply put down our chopsticks, we were asked, what felt like every 5 minutes, whether it could now be cleared away. If we stopped eating, they would have other guests who would like to have our table. Yes, you can do that, but why not just specify a time window of two hours? This is completely fine and many restaurants do this. It's also completely understandable, since it's not a "normal" restaurant where you sit nicely at the table and order a starter, main course and dessert if necessary, but rather the guests sit on the conveyor belt and serve themselves. We'll try sushi somewhere else now. Dear Jam Jam Team, please just introduce a 2-hour window and please check the hygiene again.

The food rolls past the conveyor belt, it's all good - but not fantastic. More like classic mass processing. But that's why you go to allyoucaneat. The ambience was okay - the toilet too. The clientele was extremely strange - at the table behind us people were loudly exchanging illness stories, and in front of the toilet a boss insulted and scolded his employee because of a short-term delivery. Wild mix. The service was attentive, but we were almost thrown out after our 1.5 hour reservation time. A friendly hint would have been enough, but like that? No. We won't be coming back.

It was our first time there and we were thrilled! Reservations are essential! The line in front of the restaurant was incredible! The all-you-can-eat option is definitely worth it; the food court was always full and varied... when you were completely stuffed and thought you couldn't eat any more, something new would come along and, of course, you had to try it. The price is pretty steep, but things have gotten more expensive everywhere... we'll consider this restaurant a highlight when we really want to treat ourselves :-) The waiter we had was perhaps also the owner? He was very charming... after noticing that our plates were dwindling, he asked if we were full yet... We said yes, and he said there was free ice cream at the window and we could sit there with our drinks. At first, we were taken aback, but then we realized he wanted to reserve our seats for waiting guests :-) So we did... as I said, he was charming... The plates were always cleared away in no time... In general, the whole crew was very on the ball! We'll be back!!

Unfortunately, you can't express your dietary preferences anymore, as the kitchen apparently doesn't allow it, but the waiter can't do anything about that. Our favorite Sushi All You Can Eat. We're there almost every week now. The Black Tiger prawns on skewers are highly recommended (my tip > put the prawns in the champion sauce ♡). The nice thing is that there are always new things on the band that haven't been offered before. We've probably been eating there regularly for two years now.

Weder auf der Website noch in der Speisekarte findet sich der Hinweis, dass All-you-can-eat auf eine Stunde limitiert ist. Die Teller beim Running Sushi sind sehr klein und spärlich gefüllt. Die Küche lässt sich mit Nachschub reichlich Zeit. Alles in Allem ein miserables Angebot. Nicht empfehlenswert!

When the staff recognizes you, it makes you even more excited to be there 🤭 And even though I've been there many times, there's always at least one new dish I hadn't discovered before 👌🏻 The selection is great, even for non-sushi eaters! I would only deduct one star for the ambiance, but only because it's not the newest equipment. But that doesn't detract from the food or the atmosphere. I'll be back for lunch soon. There were a lot of people waiting there who already had a reservation at 7 p.m. The waiters had no idea how many people were actually waiting for a table. In some cases, people who had booked a table at a later time were taken. We decided to leave (which was a good thing). We walked over again about an hour later and the people who were ahead of us were still sitting and waiting for their table.
