Unfriendly staff! 95 minutes after ordering, the food still hadn't been delivered. From previous orders, we'd already known that they were always a bit late, but they were always friendly. Today, however, was different. After an extremely long wait, we called again to inquire about our food. The employee on the phone was extremely unfriendly. He simply said it was a bit of a mess today. Although he took our order, he hadn't processed it yet and couldn't give me an approximate time to expect my food. By this point, an hour and a half had already passed. Furthermore, we weren't told about the maximum delivery time when we placed our order. Ultimately, it's a shame, because the food is always delicious, but such poor customer service means we won't order from there again.

I've rarely encountered such an unfriendly employee as I did here today at 3:45 PM! I haven't seen anyone so incompetent in a long time! Brazen and cheeky, never again. I've actually been there often.

Stresemannstr. 375, Hamburg, Germany, 22761 Took a really long time (45 minutes or so) at Habitat. Small portion with too much sauce. I later found out the sausage was vegan (false advertising)

Glockengießerwall 8-10The food is consistently disappointing. Everything is pre-cooked; they don't even take four minutes to fry it. There's hardly any vegetables, and it tastes very basic. However, the service was very friendly. The tables are very close together, and the chairs wobble a lot.

Eppendorfer Weg 138The pizza was good, although I personally felt the pizza rolls had too little cheese. Otherwise, they were top-notch.
