Unfriendly staff! Still no food delivered after 95 minutes of ordering. In general, it was already known from previous orders that they always came a little late, but they were always friendly. Today, however, different. After an extremely long wait, we called again to inquire about our food, the employee on the phone was extremely unfriendly, just said it would be a bit of chaos today and he took our order but didn't process it at all and couldn't I also didn't give me a time when I could expect my meal. At this point, an hour and a half had already passed. In addition, we were not told anything about maximum delivery conditions when we placed the order. In the end, it's a shame because the food is always very tasty, but such poor customer orientation means we don't order anything there anymore.

The euphoria about the new subway was initially very great. Nowadays I don't visit the branch in Bergedorf as often anymore. The employees are unmotivated, unfriendly, prefer to have their cell phones in their hands or chat with their friends who are hanging around in the store and you are not greeted at all. The behavior towards younger customers is really no longer okay. The kids are obviously being ripped off by the employee and the rest of the money is simply kept as a tip. People don't listen or do anything. I usually always order the same thing. The employee just did something. The quality is no longer the real thing either. Swap the employees or I won't come anymore
