Unfriendly staff! Still no food delivered after 95 minutes of ordering. In general, it was already known from previous orders that they always came a little late, but they were always friendly. Today, however, different. After an extremely long wait, we called again to inquire about our food, the employee on the phone was extremely unfriendly, just said it would be a bit of chaos today and he took our order but didn't process it at all and couldn't I also didn't give me a time when I could expect my meal. At this point, an hour and a half had already passed. In addition, we were not told anything about maximum delivery conditions when we placed the order. In the end, it's a shame because the food is always very tasty, but such poor customer orientation means we don't order anything there anymore.

Heidenkampsweg 51Hello, I just ordered a fish cake with boiled potatoes, the food was there after only 46 seconds.. Minus point, consequence: boiled potatoes lukewarm and 5 slices of cucumber, a joke, you don't need to go there anymore, portions are getting smaller and smaller.. there are plenty of other shops

Ohlsdorfer Str. 1-3We have always been very satisfied so far. However, from today on we will no longer be ordering here. Ordered at 8:07 p.m., received food at 9:39 p.m. The pizzas were only slightly lukewarm. I called on site and the “customer service” was at the bottom of the drawer. Too bad.
