Unfriendly staff! 95 minutes after ordering, the food still hadn't been delivered. From previous orders, we'd already known that they were always a bit late, but they were always friendly. Today, however, was different. After an extremely long wait, we called again to inquire about our food. The employee on the phone was extremely unfriendly. He simply said it was a bit of a mess today. Although he took our order, he hadn't processed it yet and couldn't give me an approximate time to expect my food. By this point, an hour and a half had already passed. Furthermore, we weren't told about the maximum delivery time when we placed our order. Ultimately, it's a shame, because the food is always delicious, but such poor customer service means we won't order from there again.

I ordered online and received the wrong fries twice. After calling (the very friendly complaints/customer service), I was told the correct ones would be delivered. Unfortunately, they never arrived. Customer service very kindly wrote me a voucher instead.

I've been a Smileys customer for a while. I wanted to redeem my reward points today, but the order didn't work. Maybe I missed something. But I followed the instructions. 1. Order pizza rolls in the shopping cart. Added the voucher code, everything was fine. 2. Order garlic dip. Voucher code not accepted. When I returned to Smiley, the rolls were no longer in the shopping cart; it was suddenly empty. And the order in my app was no longer visible. I then called the store and asked if they could help me. Unfortunately, I was disappointed because they couldn't help me. That's how rewards can disappear into thin air. As I wrote, maybe I did something wrong, but then I would have appreciated some clarification over the phone. I'll order somewhere else now. What a shame.

Schönes Ambiente, toller Ausblick. Hüttenfeeling ohne Lockdown! Die Kasspätzle waren sehr lecker - auch die Ente war recht gelungen bis gut. Weiter so... Dennoch gibt es Verbesserungsbedarf. Das Bier war etwas schal. Der Kaiserschmarrn war leider etwas lahm und hat uns nicht umgehauen. Der Läberkäse war zu kalt serviert und: Feldsalat? Why? Achtung: Die "Schnäpse aufs Haus" sind nicht umsonst!
