It's simply wonderful every time! The food is great and the service is so friendly.

Food was a bit too salty. Everything else was ok.

No alcohol available. So I had orange juice instead. It came from a carton, was sour, and undrinkable. Then, after asking twice, no one came to take my order. I finally just threw a tenner on the table for drinks and left.

Peace be upon you. Masha'Allah, the food is halal, and there are no alcoholic drinks or shisha. The service is respectful and distinguished, and the food tastes delicious. A very good restaurant and all halal service and very good food. No alcohol or shisha. I would recommend it very much for the family.

I tried: Turkish coffee, tea, qatamir, knafeh, plain lahmacun, and lime juice. I liked: Desserts. The qatamir and knafeh were perfectly balanced. The lahmacun was delicious. Atmosphere: Quiet, clean, and the lighting was soothing. Service: Fast, and the reception was respectful. Prices: A bit expensive. What makes them special: They are welcoming and hospitable, and the dishes we tasted were excellent. Would I go back? Yes, if it was on the road.

For that money, I would have expected more. We ordered a kebab plate, but it was disgraceful. The plate consisted mostly of dishes instead of food. I couldn't believe my eyes that there was so little meat. It was like I was in the wrong movie.

I was shocked. Complete disappointment. I'm used to a different kind of kebab plate. There was just a pile of cutlery in the plate instead of meat. They were very, very economical, unbelievable for the price. And that with average taste. I wouldn't recommend it. It was like a bad joke. For that money, you could definitely get something better.

We ordered mercimek soup and çiğköfte for starters, which were also served with hummus. Unfortunately, the hummus was far too sour, and some of the chickpeas were still hard and obviously undercooked. The mercimek soup tasted like instant soup and was absolutely nothing special. The çiğköfte were okay, but could definitely be seasoned better. My wife ordered manti – also instant soup, but very average in taste. I had lamb chops, and that was the biggest disappointment: Lamb naturally has a wonderful flavor, but here they used a spice that was more reminiscent of chicken spice. Instead of a subtle salt and a little kekik (oregano), the flavor was completely overpowered. Overall, it's too expensive for what's offered – unfortunately, the taste isn't enjoyable.

We saw reviews on google buuttt, Service was awful, the table was dirty, we ordered Turkish coffee without sugar but they were with sugar, kebap in the İstanbul grill wasn’t grilled enough, paid 77 for two such a pitty experience :(

Superb and incredibly friendly staff, fast service, and very reasonable prices. The atmosphere is very cozy, and the concept is incredibly sophisticated, which leads to a very relaxing experience. We tried each other's food: the chicken skewer, sac tava, and beyti, and everything tasted excellent. As a beyti lover, I have to say it was the best beyti ever 😋 Highly recommended

The interior design is nice. The white-haired guy who I think is the owner was friendly and attentive. But I can't say the same for the food. The Adana kebab was burnt and salty. The dough of the sausage pide was not fully cooked. The chicken in the mixed grill was not fully cooked, it is very dangerous. The rice in the mixed grill was the basmati rice in Chinese restaurants, it should be Baldo ya Osmancik, Asian products are not used in Turkish cuisine. When paying the bill, we asked for two slices of Baklava and a cup of tea, the guy immediately added it to the bill. Money really doesn't matter, but normally you wouldn't ask for this money from someone who pays 80 euros. Also, the baklavas were Dutch baklava made with glucose syrup, we regretted eating it. We had come a long way and hadn't eaten anything that day, so we ate most of the food because we were hungry, but when we were full we felt more regret than satisfaction.

This is the first and last time I go to this restaurant. The waitress was rude and disrespectful and annoying. She threw the cutlery at us on the table. The meat tasted not well cooked and the rice was mediocre. The salad dressing was good.

Unfortunately, my visit to Istanbul Grill was a real disappointment. The food was cold, the meat had a strange consistency and I had an unpleasant feeling in my mouth afterwards; it didn't seem really fresh. The side dishes were unloving and the service was unfriendly and disinterested. I would have expected a lot more for the prices. Overall, this restaurant is in my top 5 worst restaurants I have ever visited. I will definitely not be coming back and cannot recommend it to anyone.

It is a friendly and good restaurant where you can go with your family, where halal and delicious food is served, the service is friendly and sincere, and you will find a nice atmosphere. You go here for the service... Also, the portions are large and satisfying...

Title: No card payment possible - really disappointing! I was surprised and disappointed that this restaurant does not offer card payment. In this day and age, this is simply out of date and causes unnecessary inconvenience, especially if you don't have enough cash with you. The question arises as to why people avoid paying by card in a restaurant. Tax reasons may be obvious, but that is of course speculation. Whatever the reason, it doesn't leave a good impression on guests. A modern payment option is now standard and is expected by many customers. It would really be desirable for the owner to reconsider this point. The service is excellence. Berfin Hanım is very accommodating and child-friendly. Thank you for that.

Istanbul Restaurant is my favorite restaurant the atmosphere is simply wonderful I have been coming here since I was a child and the food is of great quality I can recommend it to anyone who is looking for a great restaurant to eat out! Absolutely disgusting. 🤮 We were there with our children. The food is actually ok, although overpriced. There is little homemade e.g. the Ayran is not homemade. Neither does the bread. The vegetables didn't look very fresh. The lamb was quite tough and the lentil soup tasted burnt. But what really disappointed me and also speaks for the restaurant's lack of hygiene. After we finished the plates weren't cleared for 30 minutes. No employee came, I finally went in to pay. Our plates were now so infested with flies and wasps that even passers-by stopped and shook their heads. When I spoke to an employee he said we can't do anything about the flies, it's just how it is in summer. I would definitely recommend not going there. If you fancy Turkish cuisine, you will be disappointed.

First of all, I would like to say at this point that I have been visiting this restaurant every now and then for years and have always been satisfied. However, everything has changed since Corona: The restaurant has opened up extremely since Corona (which may have happened to every restaurant) but at the same time the QUALITY has DECREASE EXTREMELY + you get even less than before. The more precise details: Especially with the chicken dishes, it is the case on every second plate that the cook does not cook the meat properly! THIS IS NOT BEEF BUT CHICKEN MEAT and has to be 100% cooked!!! Finally remember that! i.e. every second customer is served chicken that is sometimes not properly fried (please check your plates because this can be dangerous!!!). - In the past, one or two spoons of yogurt were included on the plate, which he hasn't done since Corona. - There used to be delicious bread and since Corona there was either cheap, not tasty bread or NO BREAD - The waitress speaks German very poorly and others have to act as interpreters... - Service incompetent and unfriendly - Meze are already extremely expensive but since Corona you pay even more and get less than before, i.e. not even 2 full spoons of meze for more than €4.8 or let alone if you buy the "Üclü Meze" (three meze).. .Insolence!!! - Our plate had improperly fried chicken which was only noticed after 3-4 bites. Waiter informed - instead of taking it away, frying it or delivering a new plate, she first had to get the cook - who also saw that it wasn't cooked through - and then offered to put the already cut up meat from my plate on the grill (by me from ok - even if not hygienically perfect) - what comes back is a half-empty plate where my fries have mysteriously disappeared, there is no more yufka bread on my plate and instead there is salad on my plate that I never ordered. The worst thing, however, is that the meat was STILL not cooked through but rather the meat had been briefly heated on the grill. Why am I sure?: One person at our table had the same dish where the meat was cooked through and was used as a reference/comparison (even the chef saw this)!!! - Since Corona, the rice has just tasted bad + bland and has absolutely nothing to do with Turkish rice - After I asked for the bill, the host (who hadn't been involved up to that point) didn't want to believe me and even wanted to see the meat that was packaged. After everything, I have to draw a line in the sand here and will NEVER visit this restaurant AGAIN and will not recommend it to anyone because I had severe stomach pain in the evening/night because of the food. It's absolutely not okay to charge more for the dishes but at the same time save on everything and as if everything wasn't enough the quality is now unfortunately just very, very poor. The service is incompetent and doesn't understand the language to order properly + not exactly friendly. As long as that doesn't change, I don't recommend anyone eating there. Find a place where quality is still appreciated and the meat is cooked properly.

They do not serve alcohol but food is delicious!!!!! They have an outdoor sitting. Environment is really relaxing. At the end of your meal they provide a tee. Only cash.

It's a place I've been going to for years. I went there for the first time with my friends and they really liked it. We particularly recommend Beyti Kebab.

The food is ok, there is a lady serving, she never smiles, it's as if she throws the plate at your head while serving, the raw meatballs were very dry, the iskender meat was good but the bread was very hard, the lahmacun was good even though the oil and sauce spilled, I think the Istanbul restaurant needs to spruce itself up a bit, but thank you to the lady there.

I suggest you try Katmer legend. This taste is hard to find even in Antep. The employees are friendly.

The only accurate review is that of Hamdo! I understand the good reviews ZERO! Overpriced, bad food that insults the wonderful Turkish cuisine! I am in Turkey every few weeks for work and love this cuisine. When the boss asked “did it taste good?” and my detailed answer about the food, I received ONLY an “INTERESTING” answer. Very pathetic... We are definitely NOT coming back!

Our visit to the Istanbul Grill Restaurant was a hit! We had a kebab plate and two grill plates, and everything was delicious. The meat was tender and aromatic, the side dishes fresh and tasty. At the end we were even offered tea. A great restaurant with friendly service - highly recommended!

Bestes Türkisches Restaurant in Rheinfelden, bester service und bestes Essen.

Das Essen war "eingedeutscht" und die Preise waren für Schweizer gemacht... Mezeplatte war sparsam belegt (15 €), unser Hauptgerichtsoptionen waren alle um die 25 € rum. Geschmacklich OK, aber haute mich nicht vom Hocker. Wenn ich das mit den türkischen Restaurants in Friedlingen vergleiche, dann liegen da Welten dazwischen.

Great authentic food. They do not serve alcohol, but have plenty of drinks available. Delicious food and service was wonderful , they do not speak English , but they did an effort to understand us, and we manage to communicate. Side note, they do not accept card payments but there is a atm literally next door. Huge outside seating and very comfortable chairs, we felt like home.

Waren gestern zum ersten mal. Soweit war alles super. Essen war gut, und lecker. 2 Kritikpunkte die man ändern könnte. Ketschup nicht auf die Pommes machen, nicht jeder mag es. Lieber auf die kleinen tütchen zurück greifen so kann der Gast selbst entscheiden. Eventuell darüber nachdenken, Kartenzahlung anbieten in der jetzigen Zeit sehr sinnvoll.

Während meiner Geschäftsreise durfte ich ein sehr gutes Geschmackserlebnis genießen, das es definitiv wert ist weiterempfohlen zu werden. Das freundliche Personal trug zu einer angenehmen Atmosphäre bei. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich die Vielfalt an köstlichen Grillgerichten, die in Kombination mit dem frischen "Acik Ayran" serviert wurden. Es ist bedauerlich, dass dieser kulinarische Genuss nicht in meiner Wohnortnähe ist.
