Very attentive service. The table was wiped down with a damp cloth between each course and at the end we were given a small cloth to clean our hands. The food was very tasty, the lamb was tender as butter. It wasn't the last time we went there to eat.

We had a birthday dinner there yesterday as a group of 11 people. The service is so bad that we regretted making a reservation there. The waitress who served us was making fun of us the whole time. It was very obvious that she didn't want to do her job or serve us. When you ordered, you didn't even know whether you noticed it or not and when you asked, you got an almost screaming answer even though the shop was empty. Something was always forgotten. You had to keep asking after orders. Apart from the waitress, the waiter was a complete disaster, quite arrogant and snobby, even though the outside terrace was completely empty he didn't give us the tables and we had to listen to some excuse in absolutely the wrong tone from a waiter. At some point our mood as guests was in the basement and we just wanted to pay and get up. We didn't even want to cut the cake we had brought with us. Absolutely no recommendation. Service is a complete disaster.

Hello dear Fish and Steak House Team, I wanted to thank you on behalf of my family, we celebrated my father's birthday, the reservation and the extras were implemented perfectly and very, very friendly service staff, the food was 10/10 and delivered warm for 25 people at the same time, even though there were all tables Once again, a big thank you and always happy. We were there yesterday to break our fast... Pure catastrophe, absolutely no planning or insight? The worst thing for us was drinking alcohol at the next table while other people were breaking their fast????? We've been to other restaurants often enough to break our fast, but things were completely different there! The cellar and waitress rarely come to the table (maybe freshen up the drinks?) After calling the waiter several times, he was asked why the waiters didn't come to the table. The answer was from a 50kg leek with pigtail hair, is it too much to do? More than 50% of the guests had already eaten, which makes me ask myself the question: high volume? FISH AND MEAT WERE DEFINITELY NOT FRESHLY PREPARED (cold) NEVER AGAIN !

The food is really extremely tasty, but it's just not enough for 5 stars. The atmosphere is like a fast food restaurant, the entire restaurant smells of cigarettes because people smoke in the “winter garden” and the windows are open. The scenery is unbearable, so loud. So the kitchen is also clattering loudly with dishes. The portion of the main course is really small. Of course we were full, but we also had a starter, main course and dessert. A total of €34 per person. €19 for the main course was just too much. Well, quality has its price, but then the rest has to be right too. Still worth a visit.

I've eaten here several times and been satisfied so far, but this time I was disappointed, especially with my guests. Restaurant was very full even though I had reserved, we got a bad seat. This could have been clarified beforehand. As a non-smoker we were offered a place on the terrace and it was very cold. I have kidney problems. It might have been possible to clarify on site whether it would be ok for us. Because there were probably still places available inside, as I could see. But to keep these free for your favorites and to put us in place when we didn't reserve. Until now I had always brought their new customers. But that's it for me. The food was also more expensive and less expensive.

Mehr als 5-Sterne für das Essen und Servicepersonal! Offene Küche mit Holzkohlegrill, alles schmeckt! Wir haben die Speisekarte hoch und runter probiert. Der Chef steht persönlich am Grill. Respekt! Ich war zwei Tage in Mülheim zu Besuch und bin aufgrund des tollen Essens und noch besserem Personals gleich beide Abende hier gewesen. Die Vorspeisen, das geröstete Brot, Lamm-Köfte, der Mokka, alles wirklich tolle Qualität und eine echte Empfehlung.

Ich liebe das Restaurant İstanbul Fisch und Steak. Essen ist dort super lecker. Die Bedienung ist sehr freundlich die Vorspeisen auch sehr sehr lecker was alles natürlich mit Liebe gemacht wird. Wenn Lust hat, kann auch da Wein trinken ärgerlich ist, dass man da nicht genügend Parkplätze zur Verfügung hat. Lieber man fährt mit Taxı dorthin und zurück somit hat man den Stress für das parken gespart . So wo du mein Steak serviert

Tja, ich kann nur eines sagen: Ich bin begeistert. Anlässlich meiner Geschäftsreise war ich auf der Suche nach einem guten Lokal und bin hier auf Tripadvisor auf dieses Restaurant gestossen. Türkisch essen war ich schon länger nicht, also bin ich hierher gekommen. ALLES, wirklich ALLES hier war perfekt. Sehr nettes und zuvorkommendes Service, perfektes Essen! Ich bin bei meinem Essen mittlerweile sehr wählerisch geworden. Aber hier kann man nichts falsch machen. Als Vorspeise aß ich getoastetes Brot mit Olivenöl, Tzatziki und einem roten, etwas schärferen Mus (keine Ahnung, was das war, aber es war gut), als Hauptspeise hatte ich Adana Spieß mit Bratkartoffeln und dazu einen Istanbul Salat. Und als Nachspeise hatte ich Baklava mit Eis. Weiter so!

Bedienung wirkte gestresst, Essen war zu fettig, Beilage spärlich, Brot war knusprig und getoastet auf dem Grill, Ambiente war okey. Nochmal, Nein Danke

Excellent place and I visit here often for lunch. I prefer the Sis Tavuk which is my favourite. Always consistent taste and goor variety with salad, bread, sauces and the sis tavuk is accompanied either with potato chips or bulgar rice. Bit pricey at around 19 euros but for me its well worth it

Eine türkische Bekannte aus Düsseldorf hat uns vor einiger Zeit auf dieses Restaurant aufmerksam gemacht, weil wir in Mülheim wohnen. Sie meinte, das wäre das beste türkische Restaurant im Ruhrgebiet und ich glaube, sie hat recht. Wir waren mittlerweile ca. 10 Mal da und es war jedes Mal super? Das letzte Mal gestern. Es war brechend voll. Trotzdem kam unser Essen zügig. Es ist super organisiert und die Bedienung ist immer freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Vorspeisen sind der Hit - immer wieder etwas anders und immer extrem lecker? Es gibt köstlichen Salat und gutes Brot dazu. Die Fisch- und Fleischgerichte sind immer schmackhaft. Gestern hatte ich die Fischpfanne mit Gemüse und mein Mann hatte den gemischten Fleischteller. Beides war köstlich? Wir werden wiederkommen.

We went here for lunch and were a little surprised that there was no lunch menu, we both are sure there used to be. The food is nice and service is efficient, the complementary salad and bread is nice and the meal was good. However for me a nice quick lunch with a couple of .2l bottles of water for 32€ is a little on the expensive side.

Hier wird nicht auf die Einhaltung der Corona Regeln geachtet. Und die Maskenpflicht ist Makulatur. Nachdem wir den Wirt darauf aufmerksam gemacht haben, redet der sich auch noch raus. Ein Fall für das Ordnungsamt.

Wir kommen extra aus Bochum/Herne immer nach Mühlheim, um hier zu essen. Haben es schon mehreren Freunden gezeigt, Geburtstagsessen dort gemacht oder waren mit Geschäftspartner dort essen. Wir waren an einem Sonntag spontan in diesem Restaurant. Die Auswahl des frischen Fisches war super. Nach einer gemischten Vorspeisenplatte mit verschiedenen Dips haben wir dann auch Fisch gegessen und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Wir werden wieder kommen!

Wir sind nach Empfehlung der Rezensionen dorthin gegangen und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Das Restaurant war proppevoll, aber man hat uns sehr freundlich noch einen Tisch "gebaut". Der Service war sehr freundlich und fix. Wir konnten den Köchen beim Grillen zu schauen und die leckeren Fisch- und Fleischauslagen bewundern. Nach der Bestellung kam sofort ein Korb Knoblauchbrot mit zwei Dips und ein grosser Salat auf den Tisch. Wir hatten beide Fisch vom Grill bestellt und zum Abschluss eine Bakhlava mit viel Pistazien und gefüllt mit leckerem Eis bekommen. Insgesamt ein wunderbarer Abend mit sehr leckerem Essen in authentischer Athmosphäre. Macht fast eine Reise nach Mühlheim wert!
