I had the mixed fish platter for one person – it had three different types of fish, plus just a single shrimp, which I found a bit odd. Unfortunately, the fish was rather dry – a sauce or a bit more seasoning would have been good. My mom had hamsi (anchovies) and was very happy with it. If I had also had hamsi, the rating would probably have been higher. The location is a bit inconvenient, as parking is difficult. Luckily, parking is free after 6 p.m., otherwise you would have had to pay extra. We also found the price rather high for the quality offered. For the price, we expected a bit more.

Main course flop! The cold starters were very good! The accompanying bread was delicious and well presented. The only, but biggest, disappointment was the main course, the rump steak. The onions were still raw, the meat wasn't cooked as ordered, and it came in a metal bowl, swimming in water and its own juices. We've never had rump steak served like this before, and we'd never want it again. The flavor was neither satisfying nor adequate—rather, it was poor to insufficient. The staff were very polite and friendly, but not reason enough to eat here again. Prices were reasonable (not for our rump steak, of course).

As a regular customer for years, I have had the worst experience since the regular waiters are no longer there. Drove over in person and asked if I could make a reservation for 30 people. The waiter, who spoke bad German, said that it wouldn't be a problem at all and entered the appointment in the book. We discussed the menu and other things. I offered to pay a deposit so that there would be no problems. The waiter said that's what it says in the book and nothing more can happen. My number was taken down and I left the store. Two weeks later, we were eating there in the evening when the same waiter said that the boss wouldn't accept a large group on a Saturday. I was not called and informed about this. In the end, a conversation with the boss didn't help, which was disappointing. I was accused of saying that it was not clear that the reservation was unsafe, which is not true at all. I wanted to pay a deposit. I left this place immediately and had to find a replacement location. That's not how you treat regular customers. This unreasonable shop will never see me or my followers again. Even the old waiters have left this place and switched to the competition. Something is going very wrong there. impertinence.

Great restaurant, very friendly service. The selection was good and manageable. If you want a 20-page card, this is the wrong place. The food was super tasty, from the starter to the dessert everything tasted very good. The ambience is quite ok, the eye-catcher is of course the huge grill. So if you're a little sensitive, maybe reserve a table in the back of the restaurant. Unfortunately, the parking situation is really bad. You have to be patient or just look for a parking space a little further away.

The selection of starters is so extensive and delicious that you have to restrain yourself in order not to eat enough of it. Warm service, reasonable prices and simply recommended all around! Yesterday I was in this restaurant for the first and definitely last time. The prices were unreasonably high and the portions were tiny. The starter was served in small bowls, the meat was of poor quality and undercooked. Only the dessert was really good. I had to pay €34 for my meal without a starter. I gave the waitress, who I only saw twice that evening, a €50 note. But she only brought me back €10 and claimed that I had wanted to tip her €6. I pointed out to her three times that this was not the case. However, instead of apologizing, she stubbornly insisted on her statement. Finally I gave in – she should settle for this “tip” if it makes her happy. I have never had such an experience. Absolute customer fraud!

The only thing that needs improvement (hence only 4 stars) is the ventilation, which ensures that there is an unpleasant draft in the guest room (to the right of the entrance) - it's not exactly comfortable, especially in winter. There were two of us there today. There's a solid selection of food and the service is above average. At the beginning they try to sell you starters. The starters that go beyond the salad and meze at the beginning. The quality of the food is rather mediocre. In a restaurant you can expect that the bread is not a baked bread/baguette, which is just smeared with a herb cream. What shocked us, however, was that you can smoke in the restaurant. There is heavy smoking in the entrance area, which is not separated from the rest. All the smoke spreads throughout the room and there is no ventilation. After the visit, the clothes smell extremely like cigarette smoke and the food is unfortunately so inedible. I can't understand that and will report it to the public order office. The Non-Smoking Protection Act is not observed here.

By far the best place to drink and eat Raki in Düsseldorf and its surroundings. The food is amazing, the appetizers are very delicious. Among the appetizers, I definitely recommend the Albanian liver. The fresh large sea bass is incredibly good. Especially Adana Kebab is by far the best I have eaten in the region. My only suggestion for improvement is that the music playing in the background can be replaced with distinguished examples of Turkish Classical Music or other good musical examples. Also, appetizer portions could be a little larger.

It was very obvious that she didn't want to do her job or serve us. When you ordered, you didn't even know whether you noticed it or not and when you asked, you got an almost screaming answer even though the shop was empty. Something was always forgotten. You had to keep asking after orders. Apart from the waitress, the waiter was a complete disaster, quite arrogant and snobby, even though the outside terrace was completely empty he didn't give us the tables and we had to listen to some excuse in absolutely the wrong tone from a waiter. At some point our mood as guests was in the basement and we just wanted to pay and get up. We didn't even want to cut the cake we had brought with us. Absolutely no recommendation. Service is a complete disaster.
