The food was bad. The meat wasn't smashed. Communication was terrible, and the wait was incredibly long, even though they said it would only take 15 minutes on the phone. They couldn't give us change and demanded we drive to a gas station and sort it out ourselves for €3. We're never going there again. :(

Wrong buns, no cheese dip, and half an onion thrown into the burger. The food also arrived way too late and wasn't even warm anymore. The "smashed burgers" were anything but smashed. Stay away.

The food was okay, although the smashed burger wasn't really smashed. But the delivery time was unacceptable. We pre-ordered at 6:30 PM, before they even opened, for 7:45 PM. Then it immediately jumped to 8:00 PM, and at 8:00 PM we got a call saying the order was delayed by 30 minutes. I specifically asked if it was really only 30 minutes, and they promised me it would be (my husband had to leave just before 9:00 PM). At 8:30 PM, nothing had arrived. The food finally came at 9:00 PM, without any apology. I had to eat alone, and my husband didn't get anything at all. Outrageous!

Disappointing service and poor communication! We ordered around 10 pm and waited for over an hour and a half without the food being delivered or even prepared. Only after we called the restaurant ourselves were we told that the order was being prepared, and only after our call, not before! They had even said they would deliver the food "now," but ultimately nothing arrived, and our order was even canceled so we couldn't leave a review. After almost two hours of waiting, there was no information, no attempt to accommodate us, and no delivery. Very unreliable and disappointing – we will definitely not be ordering from here again.

The burgers are exceptionally good for the price, and the delivery service is a lifesaver. Delivering 25km away at 1:30 on a weekday is a wonderful and unique service. I recommend ordering by phone; the staff were always friendly and great at keeping us updated. The most well-deserved 5 stars I've ever given!

9:25 At Lieferando, we waited 64 minutes instead of the predicted 42. Unfortunately, the burritos are filled with very greasy cream/ingredients, with hardly any fresh vegetables. The wedges (more like fries) are soggy due to the Styrofoam packaging. When we ordered here in February 2024 (same owner, Husseen Faara), they were significantly better.

I can truly recommend Bonns Burger to anyone. We've ordered here several times, and the burgers are always fresh, juicy, and of high quality. The staff are always very friendly, too—whether it's delivery or pickup. A particularly convenient feature: The shop is open until 4:00 a.m., making it perfect for late shifts or anyone who wants to order something tasty in the evening. I give it full marks, and I'm looking forward to becoming a regular customer!

I ordered online, the food arrived within an hour, still warm and crispy. I ordered two burgers and they were really delicious and also quite filling, so one is enough to fill you up. The price-performance ratio is therefore excellent.

The food arrived an hour and a half late. The food was cold and horrible. The fries were soggy and cold. We ordered smashed burgers, and I don't know what this place calls a smashed burger, but they definitely weren't smashed burgers. A promised drink as compensation for being late didn't come with it. A side dish that we had ordered wasn't delivered either. After I called, I was told he would call me back. There was no call back either. So, if you order here, you're doing something.

The food is always good, and especially it lasts until late at night.

I wanted to order food, and Uber Eats had a minimum order value of €45. They turned a blind eye over the phone, and the food was great. Wow, it arrived within 15 minutes. I paid €30 for two burgers. I usually eat four and can't eat one anymore.

Simply prepare everything with love. Thumbs up, respect!!

The taste is okay, but a few hairs are included in the price. I wouldn't do it again, cheese is 100 years old and unfortunately very, very bad for €50. Hair wasn't that tasty.

Very good staff, the delivery came fast. The staff are very friendly and the burgers were really tasty. Good seasoned.

I waited 3 hours for a meal that would normally take 20 minutes to arrive. On the phone all they said was “on the way”. I find it absolutely outrageous to pay €10 for delivery and to claim in the app that it takes 60 minutes. The star is given out of pity. :)

Driver very unfriendly, eat cold and not good service, there was hair in the fries, very bad service
