Too long waiting times, unfriendly service, saying that something was going on in the store even though you didn't even hear a voice, waited over 2 hours for my order

The food arrived an hour and a half late. The food was cold and horrible. The fries were soggy and cold. We ordered smashed burgers, and I don't know what this place calls a smashed burger, but they definitely weren't smashed burgers. A promised drink as compensation for being late didn't come with it. A side dish that we had ordered wasn't delivered either. After I called, I was told he would call me back. There was no call back either. So, if you order here, you're doing something.

The food is always good and especially until late at night.

I really enjoy eating here. The portions are very generous, and the meat is decent. The staff is very friendly. The chef wears gloves. Considering it's more of a delivery service and seems unassuming, I think it's a hidden gem.

I wanted to order food, and Uber Eats had a minimum order value of €45. They turned a blind eye over the phone, and the food was great. Wow, it arrived within 15 minutes. I paid €30 for two burgers. I usually eat four and can't eat one anymore.

Simply prepare everything with love. Thumbs up, respect!!

The taste is okay, but a few hairs are included in the price. I wouldn't do it again, cheese is 100 years old and unfortunately very, very bad for €50. Hair wasn't that tasty.

Very good staff, the delivery came fast. The staff are very friendly and the burgers were really tasty. Good seasoned.

I waited 3 hours for a meal that would normally take 20 minutes to arrive. On the phone all they said was “on the way”. I find it absolutely outrageous to pay €10 for delivery and to claim in the app that it takes 60 minutes. The star is given out of pity. :)

By far the best burger shop in Bonn, fries always arrive warm and the suppliers are always very friendly and generally top service.

Driver very unfriendly, eat cold and not good service, there was hair in the fries, very bad service
