Also ich versteh den Hype nicht. Man kann sich seine Burger zusammenstellen, aber das ist ja nichts außergewöhnliches. Möchte man den Burger auf nem Teller ( was eigentlich grundsätzlich Sinn macht) kostet es Aufpreis. Mein Burger mit Chrispy Chicken,Jalapenjo, Zwiebeln, Cheddar-und Chillikäse und Tomate mit Barbecue-Soße hat mit Pommes und Ketchup 19,40 gekostet. Der Burger war halt ein Burger, die Pommes leider nicht so der Hit. Das Distelhäuser Radler leider zum Abgewöhnen. Ich habe 28,40 Euro für zwei Getränke und Burger mit Pommes bezahlt (32 inkl.Trinkgeld). Der Service war sehr freundlich und schnell, der Biergarten in einem Wohngebiet nicht so urig. Es war ok, aber keine Sensation. Nochmal 120km Hin-und Rückfahrt würde ich dafür nicht auf mich nehmen.

Der Service war wirklich sehr nett und das Essen war auch sehr lecker. Wir würden immer wieder kommen.☺️

Nach eineinhalb Stunden kam ein Burger mit einem Bun so hart, dass man darauf Schlagzeug spielen könnte. Die Bedienung war absolut unfreundlich und das einzige was geschmeckt hat war die Cola. Der Burger liegt im Magen wie Feinde von Mafia Bossen auf dem Grund des Hudson Rivers.

Der Cheeseburger mit zusätzlichem Käse ist ein Muss.

An sich war es super nur die wartezeit war echt sehr lang wir haben leider über 1:30 Stunden gewartet und unsere "Vorspeisen" sind mit unserem Hauptgericht gleichzeitig gekommen was den Sinn von einer Vorspeise etwas zu Nichte macht. Ansonsten war das Essen sehr lecker

Fantastisch, dass man sich sein eigenes Sandwich zusammenstellen kann, freundliches Personal, angemessene Preise.

Modernes Restaurant, sehr freundliches Personal. Das Essen war sehr gut. Man kann sich seine Burger selbst zusammenstellen was sehr cool ist.

Wir waren am 31.05.mit 11 Personen im Ionis TBB . Die Qualität der Küche war unterirdisch schlecht. Von 11 Essen waren 5 fehlerhaft oder ungenießbar. Bei mehreren Bestellungen wurde Falscher Dip serviert es gab das falsche Fleisch oder es fehlten Zutaten Bei 2 Burgern war das fleisch verbrannt. Es wurde umgehend eine Nachbesserung angeboten doch auch beim 2. Mal war das Burgerfleisch auf einem der Burger verbrannt. Das letzte Essen( Nuggets und Kartoffelspalten) zu servieren nachdem die ersten Gäste ihre Burger schon fertig gegessen hatten ist leider auch nicht vertretbar. Positiv ist die Reaktion des Restaurants zu bewerten indem man uns entsprechend die Rechnung ermäßigten hat. Den Abend gerettet haben die beiden Damen vom Service. Trotz der Mängel beim Essen haben Sie es geschafft dass wir einen sehr schönen Abend verbringen konnten.

Wow! ... beschreibt meinen Eindruck am besten. Online Reservierung liebe ich, hat easy funktioniert. Habe mittags eine Email nochmal geschickt um zu fragen ob es möglich wäre vom Lokal nach draußen auf die überdachte Terrasse umzubuchen. Innerhalb kürzester Zeit bekam ich eine sehr nette Antwort das es möglich ist und umgebucht wurde. Parken kann man direkt vor der Haustür, es sind genügend Parkplätze vorhanden. Die Bedienung war äußerst freundlich und total auf zack. Wir wurden nicht übersehen, es wurde nachgefragt ob alles in Ordnung ist oder wir noch etwas benötigen. Nicht aufdringlich, immer passend. Sehr aufmerksam. Die Burger waren super lecker. Das Ambiente schön. Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen. Kann ich nur empfehlen. Vielen lieben Dank 😀

Sehr zu empfehlen! Leckeres Essen, tolle Auswahl und nette Bedienungen. Leider war unser Burger Patty nicht ganz durch. Er wurde anstandslos zurückgenommen und komplett neu gemacht und zusätzlich haben wir noch einen zwei Euro Gutschein für einen Cocktail bekommen. Wir kommen sicherlich wieder!

Leider war das Fleisch von keiner guten Qualität sehr hart und komplett durchgebraten. Der ganze Burger war kalt. Die Wartezeit mit über 1,5h sehr hoch. Schade, das war schon mal besser!

Nach langer Zeit dachten wir uns mal wieder essen zu gehen. Wir haben von vielen gehört das Ionis echt gut sein soll, davon mussten wir uns natürlich auch mal selbst überzeugen. Das beste Essen was wir seit langem gegessen haben. Die Leute die dort arbeiten sind super freundlich, und zuvorkommend. Noch dazu das Essen und die Cocktails, einfach unglaublich. Für jeden nur empfehlenswert 🙏

Ich hatte insgesamt einen sehr positiven Besuch im Ionis Tauberbischofsheim. Das Lokal hat eine moderne und einladende Atmosphäre, ideal für einen Abend mit Freunden oder einen entspannten Aperitif. Besonders schön ist die Bestuhlung in den Fässern, die dem Ganzen eine besondere Note verleiht und für eine gemütliche und gesellige Atmosphäre sorgt. Bei Interesse empfiehlt es sich, einen Tisch zu reservieren. Das Essen ist gut, vor allem die Burger und Hauptgerichte, mit großzügigen Portionen und hochwertigen Zutaten. Ich schätze auch die Auswahl an vegetarischen Gerichten sehr, die nicht überall selbstverständlich ist und es so jedem ermöglicht, etwas Passendes zu finden. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt kann ich dieses Lokal uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Kostenlose Parkplätze befinden sich in der Nähe.

Waren gestern mal wieder seit langer Zeit dort essen und hatten einen tollen Abend. Das Essen ist super und grade die Currysoße ist fantastisch. Es wurde auf extra wünsche sofort eingegangen und erfüllt. Die Bedienung war das absolute Highlight und hat sich den ganzen Abend um uns bemüht. Sehr zu empfehlen auch wenn die Angestellten nicht wussten wieviele Löcher ein Strohhalm hat 😉

Das war eine absolute Katastrophe! Bestellung um 17:45 Uhr aufgegeben, Abholzeit 18:15 Uhr. Mein Mann hat dann noch eine Stunde gewartet! Ich würde ja nichts schreiben, aber die Qualität dieser Bestellung lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig. Die Pommes waren kalt und matschig, als ob sie mindestens eine Stunde in der Verpackung gelegen hätten, denn frisch waren sie definitiv nicht. Die Burger waren eine Katastrophe. Ich werde dort nie wieder bestellen!

Mir wurde dieses Restaurant von einem Arbeitskollegen empfohlen, nachdem wir uns über Burger unterhalten haben. Ein wenig gegoogelt und schnell rausgefunden, das es eine eigene App gibt. Also runtergeladen, und direkt mal über diese einen Tisch reserviert. Dort angekommen, muss ich meinen einzigen Kritikpunkt loswerden. Es ist von der Straße aus nicht direkt erkennbar, das sich hinten in der Ecke ein Restaurant befindet. Erst wenn man schon auf den Parkplatz fährt erkennt man es. Beim Betreten des Restaurants, wird man direkt freundlich empfangen und zu seinem Tisch gebracht. Die Freundlichkeit des Personals blieb, während unseren Aufenthaltes, durchweg auf einem hohen Niveau... Und dann das Highlight (weswegen ich ja dort war) die Burgerkarte... Keine Karte im klassischen Sinne, sondern man hat eine Karte, auf der man sich seinen Burger im Multiple Choice Verfahren zusammenstellen kann. Sowas kannte ich bis dato nicht. Karte ausgefüllt und Servicekraft mitgegeben. Den Burger bekommt man dann in einem Körbchen serviert (inklusive Beilagen falls man diese gewählt hatte). Der Burger ist einfach nur der Hammer. Geschmacklich Mega (klar man hat ihn ja nach seinen Vorstellungen zusammengestellt) aber alle Zutaten frisch und die Salate knackig. Okay der Burger erreicht schnell Preise von 15€ und mehr, aber er ist es auf jeden Fall sein Geld wert. Von mir auf jeden Fall eine klare Empfehlung schon alleine für die Burger.... Ach ja, der Kaffee dort ist auch sehr gut 😉

Das Essen war wirklich in Ordnung, allerdings hat es ewig gedauert bis unsere Essen-Bestellung überhaupt aufgenommen wurde… wir wurden vergessen und mussten uns melden um unser Essen bestellen zu können. Und das obwohl genaue Personal vorhanden war. Wirklich schade und sehr nervig.

Wir haben 40min gewartet bis unsere Bestellung entgegen genommen wird, plus Teile der Bestellung wurden vergessen. Sowas darf nicht passieren!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

An sich war alles ok. Ich war mit meiner Frau und unseren zwei Kindern dort. Die Burger waren in Ordnung, und auch das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis passt. Für die Kinder war es super – sie hatten Spaß und waren zufrieden. Was ich mich allerdings frage: Wie kann man einen Weißwein in nur einer Minute einschenken? 😅 Für mich persönlich war es kein besonderes Highlight, aber insgesamt ganz okay für einen schnellen Besuch. 🍔🍟

Auf meinem Burger war das falsche Burgerpatty. Das habe ich angemerkt und mir wurde angeboten, dass mir ein neuer Burger gemacht wird. Ich habe dann nochmal den gleichen Burger mit anderem Patty (aber mit dem gleichen Preis, wie das ursprüngliche) bestellt. Dann wurde mir einfach nur ein Teller mit dem anderen Patty drauf gebracht!! Dafür musste ich dann auch noch 2€ Aufpreis zahlen!!! Warum soll ich extra für die Fehler des Restaurants bezahlen???? Geht garnicht!!!

I made the mistake of ordering a veggie plate. Unfortunately, what you find on the plate has absolutely nothing to do with cooking. Everything was fried and consisted primarily of sweet potato fries and potatoes.

Personalized burgers with a wide selection of ingredients. Unfortunately, the classic bun was sold out (not the best for a burger joint), but the focaccia was good. The chicken wings were definitely tasty. The service was very young and more suitable for teenagers.

I tried to order online: it was an absolute disaster. Entering the address is unnecessarily complicated, and even though everything was correct, it was constantly rejected. On top of that, you're practically pressured to tip before it's even clear whether the order will even work. The price is already borderline: almost €70 for three burgers. And then the worst: I choose to pay by card, but in the end, the order only goes out with cash. What's the point of having the option if it's ignored? Conclusion: Far too expensive, technically poorly implemented, and customer-unfriendly. I'd rather order elsewhere.

Highly recommended! I celebrated my birthday there with a small group and simply wrote "birthday" in the reservation comments, and the service was amazing! We had a seat in the barrel, which was decorated with garlands and other table decorations. The waiters were very attentive, quick, and friendly! It was the many little things that made the stay great. Thank you so much for that! The food was also delicious. Whether it was the burgers, finger food platters, or salads! We'd be happy to go back anytime!

The burger-building concept is simply fantastic. The cocktail menu is fantastic (even non-alcoholic), so there's something for everyone. The salads are also delicious and filling. The staff is always very friendly.

Food is great! You can put together your own burger. Price completely normal and justified. Unfortunately, on bad days you have to wait quite a long time for the food, but there is enough time to chat :D The ambience is quite cozy but nothing special

We ate here this evening on a recommendation. All the servers were very friendly and attentive throughout the evening. You generally felt at home. The food itself was okay, especially the build-your-own-burger principle was great. For dessert we ordered Kaiserschmarrn to go so we could eat it at home. When we got home and were really looking forward to the Kaiserschmarrn, we unfortunately discovered that it was inedible because it was completely burnt (no, that wasn't chocolate sauce). I'm just wondering how you can serve something like that to your guests, since it's obviously obvious from the kitchen that it was burnt. It's a real shame because the evening was otherwise lovely.

Great atmosphere, whether inside, outside or in the barrels. The food was also very good. The burger construction kit is a wonderful thing. A mini-minus for the sometimes long waiting times when eating and paying. But that won't stop us from coming back 😊

Unfortunately, there was a long wait for food, one meal was forgotten and something was missing from the other. I don't think it's okay to pay extra for plates instead of metal baskets because it's uncomfortable to eat in the baskets. Service nice.

Modular principle with a top selection, unfortunately the meat quality is only “good”. Or let's say okay. Top quality is not available for an additional charge. The rest of the concept would definitely allow you to ask about the degree of doneness. What a shame, that will change ;) Service was great! You can argue about the ambience...

We meet every now and then as a group of girls at Ionies because the location in the TBB area is open for quite a long time. Until midnight on weekends. Yesterday we met there again. The service was a bit chaotic, you could tell. My non-alcoholic shandy became a beer with alcohol. However, this was quickly exchanged and an apology was made - no problem. The burger construction kit is great and the burgers taste really delicious. However, the burger came with ingredients that weren't even checked - in our case with onions. The staff also apologized and brought a new burger (we kept it and put down the onions) Everything tastes really great! What annoyed us most was that the staff would have preferred to finish work at 11 p.m. The last round started at 11:15 p.m. and was completely cashed. The few tables that were still there left. We were told that we could drink in peace since we had ordered cocktails in the last round. The enthusiasm of the staff was written on his face. We then left at 11:30 p.m., we no longer felt welcome. The staff was already in clean-up mode. We then stood outside in the cold until midnight, because at 11:45 p.m. the Ionies was already closed and the lights were literally turned off for us. As nice and tasty as it is at Ionies, if you simply "kick the guests out" earlier because the staff don't feel like it (that's how we felt), then just adjust your opening times. Most locations in TBB are open until 11 p.m. We could have gone somewhere else and we will do that in the future :-)

Hello, my grade only goes to employers, on Saturday the restaurant was completely full and the poor waitress had to provide the entire restaurant with drinks alone. The wait for our cocktails was over half an hour. The lady was super nice and in a good mood. She deserves great respect from you.

Was here with a friend. Food was okay. But 20 euros for a burger with C.Potatos isn't exactly cheap. Buns a bit dry. But the rest is OK. . Service is very nice and pretty. The ambience is just that of a bistro.

The outside area looked interesting and cozy, especially with these wine barrels that you can sit in. We were there relatively late in the evening and had to wait a very long time for our food despite there being fewer guests. The food itself was mixed. We didn't like the cheese spaetzle at all and were very greasy. The burgers were quite good, but not outstanding either. But the whole thing is good in terms of price. We just weren't completely convinced.

A restaurant where you can order exactly what you want. You can place the crosses however you want and you know almost exactly what you are getting. Great :-)

We've eaten at Ionis X times now. Now I have to write a review. After an estimated 20+ stays, I can only warmly recommend the restaurant. Service is always quick and friendly, food is great. I particularly like the atmosphere in the wine barrels with several people. Always worth a visit!

A beautiful cocktail bar that is second to none. The fries were perfectly fried and the burger was one of the best I've had so far. The service was very professional and the children were immediately entertained. Child-friendly and open restaurant. Lovely again.

An absolutely recommended experience! Our visit to the Ionis restaurant was simply fantastic. The highlight was undoubtedly the meal in the wine barrel, which not only tasted great but was also uniquely presented. The reservation went smoothly, the staff was extremely attentive and friendly. We were particularly impressed by the option to design the burgers according to personal preferences - a great idea that was implemented perfectly! The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, just right for an enjoyable evening. Nearby parking was also a plus. We are already looking forward to our next visit and can fully recommend this restaurant.

Very tasty food and nice service, I would love to come back again

Unfortunately I had to wait almost 2 hours for our food today...the side dish was also wrong and the burger was also missing ingredients. They were calculated out at the end, but the fun of eating was gone after 2 hours of waiting. We also had to wait 45 minutes for the second beer, so the condition accommodated us and took it off the bill, but even then we had to ask again after paying. The service was very nice the whole time and I know that myself From my own experience in service when people overrun you, but it was still very chaotic and the food was sometimes left on the counter for a really long time and wasn't taken away. We weren't impressed with the taste today either. It's a shame we were really happy, but at some point it's just too long, especially because it's anything but cheap.

We had burgers. The burger construction kit is a great idea because you can design your own burger. The burgers taste very good (it wasn't our first time there). Unfortunately, the fries were once again much too soft. You also had to wait a long time for the drinks. The young guy behind the counter wasn't really paying attention. A cyclist shouldn't take 10 minutes....and it wasn't crowded with guests at that point. There was still room for improvement in service that evening. The fries should also be doable. Parking situation not ideal! There are few parking spaces available. I thought it was okay for the price.

The Food and Cocktails was really tasty, prices are not cheap, but because of tasty food i could live with that. The only thing what i was pissed of about that the Menu doesn't show extra 19% of taxes that was additionally added in the end of my bill (10,92 Eur). People's deception a bit, don't you think so? I dont like it..

A wine barrel was reserved via online booking based on the recommendation of friends, a very simple booking process and the barrel is available for groups of 6 or more people. The restaurant is located in a residential area a little back from the street and therefore doesn't immediately catch your eye, but there is parking space in front of the door. The burgers are made individually according to personal wishes and are the focus of the menu. In addition to cash, you can also pay with card and once again a big compliment to the nice and attentive service staff.

Even 1 star is too much. Staff completely overwhelmed. Waiting for 2 hours for a burger even though the place wasn't even full is really unacceptable!!! After such a long wait, my burger was brought to my table completely falling apart! The taste was just okay - I could have done better at home in less time. Definitely not worth a second visit.

Good food, no question. The concept is well-rounded, the taste is good, if you want to eat a real burger, you'll find a place here! Of course it also costs like a real burger restaurant, but the price is not exaggerated. The staff is young and cheerful and friendly, the music selection has never been my thing, but that's not why I go there. Choosing the food is not that easy, you put the burger together individually, but you can manage it.

Reserve for weekends or holidays! Great store. The burgers are put together individually upon request. Duplicate ingredients are possible with a note on the order form. Shrimp burgers are also possible! The restaurant is ideal for a cozy evening with friends or just the two of you. The prices are higher, but the quality and freedom when ordering make up for it. The staff is super helpful and flexible. Seating is available outside in warm weather. Barrels are also available to sit in for small groups. Yes, you sit IN a barrel with almost 4/5 people. All in all, I would come back more often.

I think the idea for a burger building kit is great. Since I always have extra requests when it comes to food, it doesn't have to be uncomfortable for me to order the way I want.

Large selection of drinks and food. The drinks menu includes everything from soft drinks to standard alcoholic drinks such as beers and wines to aperitifs and cocktails. The ability to put together burgers according to your own wishes is really great.

Ionis was the best burger for me for a long time. You can put it together freely and the ingredients taste really good. Unfortunately the Black Angus beef has been replaced with cheap ground beef as there are now “more vegetarian options”. Hence the star deduction.

Ionis is a special store, with a nice atmosphere where you can enjoy your time outside even in summer. Ordering goes relatively smoothly and the service is good, with the staff also thinking about things if you forget to check something. The prices are high, my burger cost €23 and I only had bacon and an extra egg from the “expensive” ingredients. €6.10 for a 200g patty is really expensive and a side dish for €3.90 without sauce is also not proportionate for what you get. The price would be 2-3€ cheaper but it would be more pleasant to pay. Nevertheless, the burgers were tasty and filling.

Obwohl sehr gut besucht sehr netter Service und auf unser Wohlbefinden bedacht. Ich war sehr zufrieden, Essen lecker und Stimmung super, was will man mehr. Gerne wieder!

Ich komme extra für Ionis, alle zwei Wochen aus Stuttgart angereist. Der Geschmack ist einzigartig!! Klare Empfehlung.

Bedienung super nett und freundlich. Burger, Pommes und Saucen alles sehr lecker und von guter Qualität. Zubereitung ist zügig, wenn es voll ist kann es mal ein paar Minuten dauern aber das ist ja verständlich. Das Ambiente passt, Musik ist gut im Hintergrund, man fühlt sich rundum wohl.

Alles Tip top ,Service super ,Essen super ,Getränke super jedoch kamen am ende von unserem Aufenthalt 10 Personen die sehr Lautstark gelacht haben dies war sehr anstrengend das ist auch der Grund der 4 Sterne Bewertung beim Ambiente bereich sonst wären es definitiv 5 gewesen ,vorher war es sonst sehr angenehm und alles top.👍

In mod normal o ora jumate ii destul pt a manca in restaurant...aici nu ii asa.. Pierzi cateva minute pana verifici meniul, mai stai inca jumate de ora pana iti vine mancare... Nici nu realizezi ca timpul trece, tu nu ai terminat de mancat insa urmatorii care au rezervat masa așteaptă deja sa te ridici ca să se aseze... Si uite asa pleci nemulțumit de la restaurant. Din pacate nu recomand.. Căutați altceva care sa va faca seara placuta.

Wir waren heute Abend im Ionis Abendessen. Freundliches, aufmerksames Personal. Essen war sehr lecker und schnell zubereitet. Cocktail Auswahl sehr gut. Können wir nur weiterempfehlen.

Super leckere Burger, top Service. eine Frechheit finde ich ei den ohnehin schon ordentlichen Preisen für einen Teller, auf welchem man sein Bürger auch vernünftig essen könnte, statt in einem seltsamen zu kleinen Körbchen, zusätzlich Geld zu verlangen, absolutes No-Go, ansonsten 5 Sterne 😉

Leider viel zu teuer für das was geboten wird.. Über 17€ für einen Burger wo das Fleisch Tiefkühlware ist.. Soßen sollen auch noch extra kosten und wenn man einen Teller will wird man auch nochmal zur Kasse gebeten.. Service überfordert und lange Wartezeiten kommen dazu

Super Burger wo man ganz nach seinen Wünschen zusammen stellen kann. Die Servicekräfte waren immer freundlich. Jede Zeit wieder

Ein super netter Laden, tolles Essen und super nettes und höfliches Personal. Wir hatten uns einen der Fässer reserviert und hatten leider eine kleine Wartezeit, da die vorigen Geste noch drin saßen( fanden wir persönlich nicht schlimm), ansonsten hat leider die Klingel nicht funktioniert und wir hatten eine gute Wartezeit bis wir Schluss endlich was bestellen konnten, was aber auch verständlich war da das Lokal Rappel voll war. Wir bedanken uns für den schönen Abend und kommen gerne noch einmal wieder.

Wir mussten wirklich sehr lange auf unser Essen warten. wurden scheinbar vergessen, was natürlich mal passieren kann. Dafür waren die Burger wirklich Hammer. Man kann sie sich selber zusammenstellen, was wirklich Spaß macht und man am ende genau den Burger hat den man will. Für Veganer super.

Jeden Burger kann man individuell zusammenstellen. Auch Vegetarier und Veganer werden hier glücklich. Frische Salate und Handfood. Klein, aber fein.
