Celebrated my birthday here Very tasty food, great service and a top price-performance ratio

Nice restaurant, the food is very good. We had the “normal” menu, but the prices on the lunch menu are also very fair. Service totally friendly. What is striking are the clean tablecloths, which - from the looks of it - are freshly changed after every guest visit. You don't need to write anything more about it.

This has been my absolute favorite restaurant for several years. We receive very friendly service every time. The food and drinks are always great and we never had to wait long for our food.

Soooo unfriendly and arrogant employees. Were treated passive aggressively from the start for no reason. At least the food would have tasted good. We ordered butter chicken, chicken jalfrezi and tika masala, they all simply tasted like tomato sauce. The meat was also of extremely poor quality.

The service was good, the food was very good. We will definitely come back.

Had Bombay duck and vegetarian eggplant to pick up - both poor and extremely overpriced for what you get. Meat dry, sauce nothing special, loveless. I wouldn't pick anything up there anymore and wouldn't eat there either.

We were at the State Garden Show, from the northern exit/Kirchheim the restaurant is very easy to reach. We were served very attentively, the food tasted excellent and the prices were reasonable.

Service is great and very authentic. Also suitable for vegans or vegetarians.

Bad service by the waiter. The tea was served cold and didn't pay attention to the customer. For some customers he takes good care of others he acts like a carer. Food was pretty good though

It was my first time here and I was surprised to find such a good Indian restaurant in a relatively hidden place. When the weather is nice you can also sit comfortably outside. The service was friendly and quick without being intrusive. The food was delicious. I like spicy food, but have held back on “very spicy” dishes. Next time I'll definitely try it because the "spicy" dish (chilli chicken) only tasted slightly spicy to me.

Real Indian food, super seasoned and really more than acceptable prices

Welcomed at 18 as agreed on the reservation, pleasant and very warm atmosphere, fast and efficient staff, I highly recommend the Beef Curry accompanied by a Garlic Naan. The prices are very affordable and flexible for more than excellent food.

Very good food and friendly service. Good price/performance ratio. My online reservation was quickly confirmed. In the reservation I mentioned that it was a meal for my wife who had a birthday. At the end of the meal, she/we were surprised with a serenade and mini table fireworks as well as a small dessert. Thank you!

Unfortunately, the staff is absolutely incapable of criticism. We came here once a week for lunch for a long time because we liked the food so much and we found the service very friendly. When we gave friendly criticism once because we didn't like the meat that day because the consistency really wasn't good, it was handled very unprofessionally. The waiter poked the meat with my cutlery on my plate right in front of me to check the consistency and then rushed off in a huff. It doesn't work at all!! Then contradicting us and suddenly being unfriendly to us is what finished us off. No matter how good the food was before, we will never come back.

Even though the food was okay. It's a restaurant that serves Beef and named as Shiva the Hindu god so cannot be an Indian restaurant. It's possibly run by Pakistanis.

We have relatives here and are looking forward to the next visit, which is of course connected to the restaurant. Is highly recommended, and it's good that this place has humor (but not in an intrusive way).

Unser Stamm-Inder ist einfach fantastisch. Da lohnt auch die Fahrt von 80 km. Jedesmal ein Erlebnis. Der Service ist absolut toll und sehr sehr freundlich mit Charme und Humor

Immer wieder schön. Schmeckt wie in Indien. Auch mit einer größeren Gruppe kein Problem wenn man vorher anruft.

Bis jetzt waren wir immer nur abends essen, aber diesmal haben wir es mal mittags probiert. Wie immer sehr lecker und reichlich; und das schon ab 5,90 €. Man wird freundlich empfangen und der Kellner hat auch immer einen flotten Spruch auf den Lippen. Kurzum: ein Lokal zum Wohlfühlen !!

Egal ob Lamm, Hühnchen, Rind oder vegetarisch, süßlich, herb oder brennend scharf - jeder findet sich was leckeres. Die Bedienung ist freundlich und zuvorkommend. Bei warmen Temperaturen kann man im schönen Innenhof im Garten sitzen. Wir haben bereits viele indische Restaurants probiert, aber dieses ist unser absoluter Favorit !!

Mein Mann ist schon zu Schulzeiten oft Gast im Restaurant Shiva gewesen und hat mich mit seiner Begeisterung angesteckt. Das Essen ist super lecker. Vor allem das Tikka Masala ist ein Traum.
