India King in Hallbergmoos

I really wanted to like this restaurant because my good friend recommended it to me but it was not good food. I ordered the Tikka Masala which came with a tiny thimble half-full of watery sauce. The chicken pieces were small, unmarinated and on a sizzling hot plate of salad/lettuce leaves with a minuscule sprinkling of other vegetables as flakes. Not good quality and not a good portion. It would be so EASY to improve and allow customers to enjoy a meal and return again but this place was virtually empty and the reason why is quite clear to me. Poor effort.

The service is great. The food we ordered is ready quickly and has always been very good. There is a wide variety of dishes. Always my pleasure.

Amazing food, exceptional service and all around great restaurant. I’m honestly glad this restaurant and team exists in Hallbergmoos. This is my go to restaurant on every business trip here, and every trip I’m looking forward to the dinner at India King.

This is an authentic Indian. It's been a long time since I've had such good Indian food. Service is very courteous but unobtrusive, the rice is hot and is served on your plate, you can taste the spices of the individual dishes very well. Parking is available but not plentiful.

Very good restaurant with very good service! All the waitresses are very nice and try their best to make the guests happy. You can tell because you are served a small appetizer and after paying you are served a small shot glass. The food came very quickly, 10 minutes and tasted very tasty. As you know it, with lots of spices and lots of rice. Gladly again and only recommended!

Great food at a very reasonable price

Very nice Indian and nice service. Fair prices for the lunch menu. The food was mostly good to very good BUT I've had really disappointing portions the last three times I've picked it up. If you pay €17 you can expect that you won't get what feels like 5 small pieces of meat. The rice and the sauce don't cost the world and if there's probably just 100 grams of meat in it then I don't think that's fair. It's basically the same quantities as lunch.... So I won't eat here in the evening anymore, but I'll happily eat it for lunch ;)

Great food. We usually eat a thali for two people. But it can easily feed 3 people. Depending on the staff, the service can sometimes be faster, sometimes slower - but always friendly and courteous. Parking spaces and charging station for electric vehicles in front of the door.

The service was nice but a bit scheduled. Some of the food was good. But two vegetarian vegetable dishes were like children's porridge - with no consistency, no taste and impossible to define. The tandoori chicken, on the other hand, was very good.

India King restaurant is one of our best finds in Munich, Germany..food was piping hot, very delicious, bhindi and daal were delicious. Rice well cooked. Owner and team extremely polite and very kind. Thanks again for a hearty meal.

Food as always, very good! The spiciness can be adjusted individually for each guest upon request. We don't come there that often, but we are always greeted warmly and some of the waitresses still know what we are ordering. Nan is a must every time anyway.

I was there for the first time. We were served quickly with a greeting from the kitchen. Papadam and 3 sauces were very tasty. The waiters were quiet and always there when you needed them. It took us a little longer because the menu was very extensive. The food was a taste explosion in the mouth. We had dishes with chicken, such good seasoning, we are happy to recommend the restaurant. A successful evening.

We were greeted by the door, given table options and were immediately seated. The menu had various options so we tried multiple dishes that we all enjoyed. Seldom do we actually receive well balanced dishes, great service while being in a nice setting. Dinner was well spend. Our servers were charismatic and friendly and we appreciated the complimentary shots as well as their attentiveness. We left a to-go bag at the table and were handed the bag even after we left the restaurant. I would love to come back if I'm in the area again.

Leckeres Essen, freundliche Mitarbeiter - so präsentierte sich India King am 4.12.2023 für mich und meinen Kollegen. Das Mango-Lamm mit Cashewkernen und Prantha schmeckte megagut, die Portion war reichlich. Habe es gleich meinen Kollegen weiterempfohlen und ist Pflichtprogramm wenn ich mal wieder in der Nähe bin.

Wir kommen immer wieder gerne, nega leckeres Essen, phantastisches Naan Brot und ein flotter zuvorkommender Service. Beim Verlassen des Lokals wird einem die Tür aufgehalten und man wird persönlich verabschiedet. Gefällt mir.

Sehr leckeres Essen mit hübschen indischen Ambiente. Extreme nette Kellner, die immer einen lustigen Spruch auf den Lippen haben und sich an einen erinnern. Wir essen hier gerne. Wenn viel los ist kann es mal vorkommen, dass man länger auf das Essen warten muss aber dann weiß man wenigstens, dass es frisch gekocht wird und man nichts Aufgewärmtes vorgesetzt bekommt.

Wir waren immer gern dort, denn es hat extrem gut geschmeckt und der Service war extra nett und gut. Man konnte den ganzen Abend genießen. Vor 2 Wochen waren wir nach längerer Pause wieder dort und alles war anders. Das Essen und die Soßen fad, der Reis nicht mehr so schön locker, sondern zerkocht und einige der Hähnchenstückchen schmeckten sogar nach Gefrierbrand. Wir waren sehr enttäuscht und werden nicht mehr dort essen gehen. Wir fragen uns, was da passiert ist, ob der Koch gewechselt hat? Schade.

I had a chicken tikka masala with garlic nan, it was just excellent! Recommend this place, proper Indian food, very tasty. It was worth the 20min walk (2km) from the airport hotel.

India King ist ein verstecktes Juwel! Obwohl es von außen unscheinbar erscheint, entführt einen der erste Schritt sofort nach Indien. Das Ambiente ist äußerst gemütlich und authentisch indisch. Das Personal zeichnet sich durch Herzlichkeit und Engagement aus, immer superfreundlich. Wir sind schon oft dort gewesen, und selbst früh am Abend ist es stets gut besucht – dennoch bekommt man immer einen Tisch. Die Kinderfreundlichkeit ist bemerkenswert; sie erfüllen sogar Extrawünsche und lesen einem jeden Wunsch von den Augen ab. Das Essen ist köstlich und vielfältig, wir lieben es! Die Möglichkeit, die Gerichte nach Bedarf richtig scharf zu bekommen, ist ein weiterer Pluspunkt. Bei India King gibt es absolut nichts zu bemängeln.

Das indische Restaurant India King in Hallbergmoos hat meine Erwartungen in vielerlei Hinsicht übertroffen. Die Tatsache, dass es kinderfreundlich ist, war für meine Familie besonders wichtig. Das Personal war äußerst zuvorkommend und hat sich wunderbar um unsere Bedürfnisse gekümmert. Das Restaurant verfügt über sehr viele Sitzplätze, und im Sommer kann man auch draußen sitzen, was eine schöne Ergänzung ist. Die zentrale Lage im Herzen von Hallbergmoos macht es außerdem sehr bequem zu erreichen. Die Speisenauswahl im India King ist beeindruckend groß. Es war schwer, sich zu entscheiden, da es so viele köstliche Optionen gibt. Jedes Gericht, das wir probiert haben, war absolut köstlich. Nicht zuletzt war das Personal überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit, was unser Erlebnis noch angenehmer machte. Insgesamt war unser Besuch im India King eine großartige Erfahrung, und wir freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Besuch. Ein absolutes Highlight in Hallbergmoos!

The food was not as spicy as I would have liked. Only afterwards did a local tell me you can order English style and they will make it spicier. Good food nonetheless and staff were excellent. Service was a little slow and good atmosphere. A good place for a curry.

Location, essen, Service 5 Sterne eher mehr! Super nettes Personal. Essen war auch sehr gut. Neben an gibt es zwei Ladesäulen für das E Fahrzeug. Kann ich guten Gewissens empfehlen. Guten Hunger 🤤

Großes Restaurant, dessen Innendekoration nicht unbedingt ansprechend ist. Die schleierartigen vor den Fenstern drapierten dunkelroten Vorhänge verdunkeln tagsüber den Raum unnötig. Auch ansonsten wirkt die Räumlichkeit in Gestaltung und Aufteilung wenig ansprechend. Der Außenbereich wirkt - direkt an der Straße gelegen - nicht besonders gemütlich. Der Service ist sehr freundlich und großzügig. Der Gast wird mit einer warmen Suppe begrüßt, auch, wenn man sie gar nicht bestellt hat. Die Speisen sind sehr großzügig bemessen und großartig im Geschmack. Das Hähnchenfleisch könnte allerdings ein wenig zarter sein. Die Auswahl authentischer Gerichte auf der Karte ist sehr umfangreich. Parkplätze in unmittelbarer Nähe vorhanden.
