We were thrilled! The octopus was wonderfully tender, the steak juicy and flavorful. Everything was perfect.

Second visit, first review, same result. A true Italian. No matter who served us, they always had our well-being in mind. The pizza on the first visit was well-topped, delicious dough, and special requests were no problem (unfortunately, no pictures). On the second visit, we focused on pasta. Due to the extensive selection, we opted for homemade tagliatelle. A dream. The ambiance is very pleasant both inside and outside. On the next visit, we'll have fish and/or meat. So, to be continued… so far, a clear recommendation 👍🏼 Another visit, our regular Italian restaurant, should be a given by now. 🥰 Photo gallery has been expanded. Thank you for a great evening. Very nice, good food, no-frills ambience

Hello. We discovered this restaurant by chance yesterday. Although it was already very busy, we still managed to get a table for three of us. The very friendly staff was very committed to having satisfied customers. Short waits for food and drinks, and the food was excellent! We had spaghetti Bolognese, carbonara, and a tuna pizza. Incredibly delicious and large portions at a fair price. For dessert, we had fresh tiramisu and panna cotta with pistachio sauce. The latter wasn't on the menu, but was a recommendation from the house. Here, too, we received top quality at a top price. The ambiance, with Italian stars of the past such as Don Camillo, Lollo, Terence Hill, and Bud Spencer, conveys the charm of a typical Italian restaurant. We highly recommend this restaurant! Keep up the good work, you're doing everything right!!!

Great Italian vibes from the family-owned Staff, we didn’t have a reservation, but they made it work for us by moving tables. The pizza dough was perfect!, and baked just right! Very delicious Pizza. My medium steak was spot on. I recommend leaving room for the dessert from mom‘s original recipe. The pizza is amazing! It's a bit of an insider tip in a very public square (Chlodwigplatz). I wouldn't have thought you could get such good pizza here; it can easily compete with Nenillo and the like :-) The service is super friendly.

I ordered a gluten-free pizza from a delivery company here. It tasted okay; there are definitely better ones in Cologne, but what was disappointing was that it was definitely not gluten-free and caused lasting damage to my health. I would advise everyone to stay away from this restaurant.

I visited this restaurant. Unfortunately, my impression was bad. The first thing that shocked me was that when the drinks were served, my empty glass was placed face down on a dirty table. The table was dirty with either drinks or sauce. The pizza itself was very tasteless. The sauce was sour and unappealing, and the mushrooms were completely dried out. I was truly shocked after this visit because it was the first time I'd ever eaten a pizza that didn't taste good. The staff was polite, but unfortunately, I won't be coming back.

The pizza tasted okay. The pricing structure was interesting. Pizza Salami (€9.90 in the weekly special) +€3.00 for extra Gorgonzola. Personally, I thought 1/3 of the pizza price for very little extra cheese was too much.

I ordered a Pizza Aurora, which arrived with moldy Parmesan, of course I returned it and got a new pizza 10 minutes later, unfortunately there was no proper apology and no accommodation on the price or anything like that. Generally not good and friendly service. At least the second pizza wasn't moldy but the taste was only a 4/10.

Hands off!!! Real Neapolitan pizza is advertised here, but the pizza has nothing of Neapolitan about it! The dough sits on your stomach all night and the Fior di Latte is mixed with Gauda. To end the evening on a great note, we were allowed to pay €21.80 for two average Lugana wine glasses (the price wasn't on the menu, by the way). Paid a lot, ate badly! Never again!

A good pizza, Italian-style, with mozzarella instead of Gouda. You can taste the fresh ingredients. The crust also has a very good texture. The service is friendly, too. It could perhaps be a bit cheaper, but it's still within reason. What I missed were offers for students and schoolchildren.

Order, taste very good. But unfortunately too small. We specifically ordered the large 32cm pizzas and what came? 28cm… is a mere 30% less. Now some people ask themselves: Who measures their pizza? Quite simply, it looked too small for me, so I measured it, see photo. You can see it when you put the pizza in the box... Too bad.

The pizzas were very successful. The oven is in the guest room, which means you smell like pizza afterwards 🍕. Better order 😜

Best balancing act Italian in Cologne. Pizza really tasty. Really really tasty and only costs 6 euros at Carnival. The pizza is served on a milk carton from Netto. It just doesn't get any better than this. 5 stars

We had a spontaneous dinner there with 10 people. We said we were there for pizza and were given a seat with tickets. The first menu had little pizza selection and only when the gentleman wanted to take the order did we get the “correct” menu again (that was a bit confusing?). When we all ordered pizza it took a little longer than usual, but still within reason. What I found to be a shame, however, was that the pizzas came very spread out, so that some were already ready when I got my pizza last (but I understand that, because with 10 people it's hard to time it, I think). What really annoyed me, however, was that out of 5 ingredients as stated on the menu, there were only 2 on my pizza and that of the person sitting next to me. I asked about it, the answer was something about the new cards/card chaos and our pizza went back into the kitchen. One of the 3 missing ingredients was added there and the pizza was returned. Since the two of us were already last, we didn't want to delay our meal again and just accepted it. Not only did I later pay the full price of the pizza as stated on the menu with 5 toppings, but the one forgotten ingredient that was added later was also charged as an extra topping, which I found very annoying. Maybe this could have been clarified on site, but I was a bit annoyed by the rest of the evening and didn't feel like having a potential discussion anymore. The rest liked their pizza, and I suspect with more attention/improving the card situation a lot of these problems could have been fixed. The changeover has probably been completed by now (we were there at the end of autumn last year) and that would no longer be a problem today. I will still try out other alternatives in the area before I try my luck here again.

Good range, helpful advice staff and VERY GOOD PARKING.

Unfortunately I can't support the positive comments. Ordered a truffle pizza for the first time today. Unfortunately, I didn't properly inform myself beforehand that the shop is at the other end of town from my address, which is why I can't complain about the ice-cold pizza (my own fault). The “truffles” were simply shredded and distributed carelessly. You can't taste it shredded or as "truffle cream". To stick with it, it is spread so thinly on the pizza that you think you are only eating the dough. Unfortunately, spices weren't skimped on either. Even if the pizzeria can't do anything for the chosen delivery service, I would still like to share my experience. The delivery person showed up at the address with a cell phone to his ear and making calls, which doesn't bother me at first. However, since He was obviously busy, He then demanded that I open the box myself and take my food. When I politely wanted to close it again, he left without comment.

I ordered the truffle pasta with beef carpaccio and a Nutella pizza from In Piazza. The truffle pasta costs €19.90. There were two very thin slices of beef carpaccio in the pasta, if I count generously. The tagliatelle weren't quite cooked through and the truffle sauce mainly tasted like cream. The pasta was definitely not worth €19.90. The dough from the Nutella pizza was delicious. Price-performance ratio is absolutely not right and the pasta was really not tasty and outrageous for the price.

The light was far too bright and there was no cozy atmosphere. Tip: if you put candles on the tables and turn off the big spotlights on the ceiling, it would have a nice atmosphere.

I have eaten in the restaurant several times. Preferably in summer, as the noise and the mostly convincing perfume of the guests annoy me. Eat: The pizza was ok. Lots of cheese, nice for a hangover. The lasagne is also ok, does its job. Drinks: No special choice a cry. During one visit I ordered a full-bodied white wine and received a secco on recommendation. My wish was not understood here. Service: Has always been attentive and friendly. Ambiance: Very loud inside and mostly an exaggerated scent of scent twins of expensive niche perfumes. The finishing touches are missing. Why the bad rating even if everything is ok so far? Today I picked up the worst teramisu ever. At home it was noticed that they weren't working with mascarpone, but with cream that was liquid. Also no espresso used. Super dry. And the biscuit was barely cooked through. Still full price. Went in the trash can, unfortunately.

Pizza has absolutely nothing to do with Neapolitan pizza, even though the store advertises it. The pizzas also looked completely different than in the pictures. A maximum of average standard dough is used. In addition, 2 of 3 ingredients ordered were missing on a pizza.

I could puke! Definitely don't order there if you want good Italian food. The portions were way too small! That was simply a children's portion! The carbonara bacon wasn't cooked through! You should go to Italy and try the food there and not just mix puke with shit and call it Italian food! First and last time ordered there!

I ordered an oriental pizza yesterday; A pizza arrived with just feta (see picture). After calling and asking where the rest of the toppings were, the answer was “we are out of ingredients and don’t even offer this pizza anyway”. After I said that it was on the menu and website, they said that Sucuk would now be bought and I would get a new pizza. The new pizza arrived with raw sucuk and jalapenos again, even though these had been canceled several times before. Thanks no :D Addendum based on answer: True, I got a new pizza (as described above). However, the sucuk was still raw and with jalapenos (I didn't take a picture of the second pizza because it got too stupid for me). Anyway, I think my review is justified :D

Very tasty pizza, but there is a new chef and the menu is now a bit short. You can still find something and the quality of the food is excellent. The service is very courteous and nice. We didn't like the loud Italian pop music at all. Unfortunately, that's even a reason for us not to come back for the time being. Too bad!

The staff was super friendly - unfortunately it took a relatively long time for the food to arrive and some of the edges of the pizza were burnt black. Otherwise, both the pizzas (Tricolore & spinachi) were super tasty and the tortellini also tasted excellent. Individual requests were accepted & the staff was also very cooperative and helpful when it suddenly rained on the terrace. We paid just under €60 for two pizzas, a portion of tortellini, three soft drinks and a large bottle of water: value for money is more than reasonable! Always my pleasure

Positive things first, TOP food whether pizza, pasta, fish or meat, simply brilliant and most importantly prepared by an original Italian chef and pizza baker. Unfortunately that was negative, we waited 3 hours for the food with the excuse that the restaurant was too full and he only had one cook. My tip would be to broadcast less Tick Tock live and focus more on your guests. Nevertheless, I will come back because the dishes were very, very tasty. 😋 .

The pictures looked promising, unfortunately my experience was different... I ordered a salami pizza - the base wasn't cooked properly, there was way too much tomato sauce and the salami smelled a bit strange, it wasn't a good pizza. :-( I can't recommend it

I ordered a pizza buffala. Aside from the long wait, I received a pizza that was by far the worst thing I've ever had delivered. The pizza was smaller than the diameter should actually be and what's worse was that all the toppings weren't really there. There was red soup floating in my pizza. A liquid pizza was new to me. The hunger and the long wait made me eat or drink the pizza. The star is for the taste. And you pay almost €15 for that. (Almost) Without words. By the way, I didn't take a photo because my hands were full of red sauce as soon as I opened the box. My tip: just look in the box before the supplier quickly disappears.

I ordered a pizza to pick up today. After my wife tried to order online on her cell phone for 10 minutes, I tried this and placed the order and paid for it after 8 minutes. 5 minutes later the order was canceled, stating that they were overloaded. It's a shame how time is stolen from you. You could have made this note during the ordering process so that you don't waste any more time and can secure an alternative straight away.

First of all: the food tasted very good, but unfortunately it couldn't make up for the poor service: 1. A meal was forgotten and when it came, the wrong one was brought. (We ordered a pasta dish, the portion was very meager) 2. One pizza was mixed up with another - ergo, we didn't receive what we ordered. 3. We had an appetizer that wasn't brought. 4. In the end, the bill showed the appetizer that we didn't receive, the wrong food and an item "Miscellaneous" for 7 euros, which the waiter himself couldn't assign when asked.
