I drank the Red Crush refresher. And it was abysmal for the price. It tasted like water with a drop of syrup. For that price, I can get a much better-tasting drink at TopTea. The fact that the drink is 60% ice cubes doesn't make it any better.

I've eaten there several times and it's great, the staff is friendly! The ambiance is also good, but the tables could be wiped down more often. We'll be back!

On August 7th, around 6:40 p.m., we visited the branch and ordered two Matcha Iced Lattes, which we ALWAYS order. Unfortunately, the taste was extremely bad this time – the drink was undrinkable. The matcha was EXTREMELY DARK! When we politely addressed this, we were treated rudely and told it was "OUR OWN FAULT." We were neither offered a new drink nor shown any understanding. We find this kind of customer treatment very disappointing and hope that you will resolve this internally. If we could, I would have given it 0 stars.

The food was good until we saw all the green flies in the preparation area. The staff was very nice and friendly. The place opens at noon on Sundays, and we arrived at 12:05. All the tables and chairs are really dirty and sticky. There were cigarette butts and dark, sticky stains on the floor. The plastic plants above the tables are covered in dust. It seems that cleanliness isn't a priority.

EC machines that directly ask for tips are a no-go. The refresher was tasty, but it was filled with 50% ice.

The selection of drinks is quite original, I love the pistachio latte, the spirulina smoothie and the strawberry one. Unfortunately, the service is very slow once the order is placed at the terminals, for three simple drinks you will see several orders placed well after you have been served before you, few staff speak English, it's a bit of a shame because the food looks quite good, the atmosphere and the place are really nice.

I had three matcha drinks, all different flavors, and one with mango, strawberry, and vanilla pistachio, and they all tasted like coffee. We complained and asked if they could add more syrup, but it still didn't taste good. The staff were very rude. A cashier, presumably the boss, complained to her boyfriend about us because we asked if they could put the lid on our coffee. She then gave her boyfriend priority and made his food first, while two of her friends were still waiting for their food, even though we were there first and had already waited a long time for three drinks.

I'd love to give it 0 stars, but unfortunately that's not possible. - Staff (boss) makes out with her boyfriend while working. - Waited a very long time for all drinks. - Favored her boyfriend, even though two of our group arrived before him and had been waiting a long time for their food. - Worst matcha, doesn't taste like matcha, nor does it taste like the second flavor, despite asking for more syrup. - Boss gave us a hard time after we asked if she could close the lid. The cake is anything but good. I would recommend it to those dirty people.

I have been a loyal customer of the immergrün company for a very long time. But today I went home disappointed for the first time. The system has been changed for a week and a lot has changed, unfortunately not really for the better. The terminal where you can order is now unfortunately very confusing. Many sauces have changed, which in itself would not be a problem if you had the appropriate allergen and calorie column by pressing the small i. For someone who suffers from many allergies and intolerances, this was a major negative point. When I asked if I could have an allergen list, I was told that the system had only been in operation for a week but that they would write it down immediately and pass it on to the manager. I find that a bit negligent. The service wasn't the best either. Two dips were forgotten and the second dressing in my bowl, which I put together myself, was forgotten. The vegan stripes have also changed, or rather, are no longer available. All in all, very disappointing, as this was the only place where I could eat without worry.

The coffee was great, we just ordered inside and then sat outside. Since the girl working, not knowing that we would be sitting there, gave us paper cups, the waiter approached us and very rudely told us that we couldn't sit there because we had paper cups. We were with two children and it was raining, unfortunately we had to get up and the cafe garden was empty, we wouldn't bother anyone for a few minutes while we had our coffee. They need to re-educate the waiters a bit, who are clearly still not used to German.

So far, this is the best cigkofte wrap I've had from immergrün, no matter which city I've been in. Fresh, crunchy cucumber, a good ratio of kofte to salad. The ambiance/decoration is also great. I ordered to-go, though. The waitress behind the counter could have been friendlier, though. I have to say, this was the most disinterested/unmotivated experience I've had in any of the stores so far.

Good value for money, lots of seating options.

I ordered a chicken teriyaki wrap. And it was bland. Very tasteless. I'm not talking about strange spices. The sandwich didn't contain a single salt.

I don't understand the semi-good rating. Top bowls, fair prices. Of course not 35€ bowls with fusion cuisine but delicious healthy food

Food is delicious. The service still needs work. I wanted to pay for my order with my evergreen vouchers. Didn't work. They sell vouchers but cannot be charged to the checkout. Dishes are offered online, but are no longer available locally. If you're unlucky, there won't be any potatoes left. Update: After I described my experiences, management responded immediately. The contact was very nice and I was confirmed that the problems with the vouchers had been resolved and the offer now corresponds better to the online selection. The service was also worked on. I haven't been back since, but I'm looking forward to my next visit! Conclusion: Everything resolved. Super nice exchange with the owner!

Delicious food, great smoothies, very friendly staff, and a truly lovely atmosphere. There was almost nothing to eat for those with gluten intolerance.

The wraps and smoothies are truly delicious. You can eat them cold or have them warmed up. You can also pre-order them and leave out certain ingredients (e.g., pepperoni or due to allergies).

I actually like going to Immergrün because the food there is delicious and there are good vegan alternatives. However, it has now happened to me for the second time that I didn't receive anything long before the store closed. I was there on a Friday just before 6pm (closing time is 8pm!) and asked for a vegan wrap. I would have even taken the different variety than I wanted. They said they only had those on display. There were exactly two wraps left there! And that at 6 p.m.! I then asked if they couldn't make one for me, whereupon the employee hesitated, pressed around and then wanted to consult with her colleague. She asked me how many I wanted. When I replied that I would like a wrap, they said it was unfortunately out. Why do you ask how many I want and the smallest possible number is suddenly sold out? I had the impression that there was no desire to start again for ONE wrap. What terrible customer service!

I think mashed potatoes in bowls are simply awesome. The food here is fresh, well seasoned and even if you don't know exactly what you want, you will find something because the selection is really diverse. When you're on the Speung you can take something with you, but it's so nicely decorated that it's worth staying. There is also a great window front with high bar stools to look out of. If, like me, you like wraps with soft dough, you will also be happy here.

If I could 0 stars! Ordered meatless, received with meat! Mistakes can happen, but mistakes like this shouldn't happen.

- The salad is bathed in sauce (a small container of sauce would be preferable so that the customer can dose it themselves), the person who prepared the bowl poured in too much and it unfortunately ruined the dish - Many flies constantly fly over uncovered food containers. Unhygienic and this does not give confidence; I won't go back there.

We had a bowl and a salad to take away. Very good concept and the dining experience could have been good. Too bad to be greeted by a squadron of flies hovering over the food. Although some sort of "fan" is installed to prevent flies from landing on food, we are a little doubtful of the effectiveness of these and we cannot say that this first experience whets the appetite. In addition, we ordered a slice of a cake with apples, a slice so thin given its price, that a peeler would perhaps have been more appropriate to cut the slice than a knife. Disappointed with this first experience in this restaurant which nevertheless has a lot of potential.

Nice decoration, nice ambience but the core, ie the food, cannot convince with quality. I had a Beef Bandito Bowl. Although it is sold as fresh, nothing felt fresh about it at all. Quality is different.

I love sitting here with my children. Somoothies are so delicious and the staff are so friendly.

I really enjoyed the food and the services offered. Vegetarian food. Juices. Lots of options and affordable prices. Congratulations.

Really delicious and healthy food!

The Immergrün is a really nice shop, but the service really leaves a lot to be desired! We ordered 2 smoothies when there was hardly anything going on in the store, and a few more orders came after us. Almost all of the customers after us got their orders before us (including large orders and some smoothies) and we had to wait 15 minutes until they had finished our two smoothies. One of our smoothies wasn't mixed properly; there were still large pieces in it because the employee couldn't use the blender properly. It's not the first time something like this has happened, last year they completely forgot about our order. Was the last time I was there.

The food is very tasty and healthy, a nice and quiet place. I am very happy to give 5 stars.

Nice cafe with a nice terrace but the price is not worth the quality. Smoothie with frozen strawberries when we are in peak season for this fruit is pitiful. Waiting 10 minutes when there is only 1 customer. I'm not even talking about my mother's wraps The waitress received the money, the wraps, the bananas etc...

The food is very tasty, a note, if it is possible to have the food delivered, let us know if it takes longer or simply adjust the delivery times that you can select accordingly.

Really good food. But if you order 3 bowls for almost €40 you shouldn't have to pay 30 cents for a second bag! Dirt. The bowls are already expensive enough, now all my food is on the street because I didn't get a second bag. ☹️🤮 what is that?

We ordered a potato bowl but without salad. However, the employees had made these with salad and I pointed this out to them, but they said I should have told the checkout, but since we ordered from the machine it was in their system. She didn't want to put him down either and said I should say it more clearly next time. 16€ thrown away! I think it's a shame, you could tell she just didn't feel like doing her job

The “Himerhimmel” smoothie was very tasty but definitely too expensive at over €7. I cannot recommend the Bowl Bird of Paradise. The salad doesn't really taste like much and the mango was unripe, stone hard and sour. Nevertheless, the store has very nice employees

Nice place to have small dishes or breakfast. Pleasant atmosphere, has a bit of big city flair... Price-performance OK. I've enjoyed the falafel wrap and bowl so far.

Petit café sympa au centre d’offenbourg. Ils proposent différents smoothies (certains avec des fruits pressés) et wraps… Par contre tables non nettoyés et obligés de se lever pour regarder l’écran et voir si la commande est prête.

Vor der Rückreise noch was zum Essen gesucht. Restaurant hat mich sehr angesprochen. Ich habe eine Lachsfang-Bowl genommen. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Wir haben für die Weiterreise eine Falafel Bowl und einen Wrap gekauft. Beides war sehr lecker und reichhaltig.

Kurz nach 12.00 h waren ca. die Hälfte der Tische besetzt.😊😊 Wir bezahlten mit Gutscheinen. 🤓🤓 Wir saßen an der Fensterfront und hatten einen super Ausblick auf Teile des Ree Care.😀😀 Update Waren heute erneut hier. Kurz gesagt: freundlich + aufmerksames Personal, das Essen wird frisch zubereitet und schmeckt SEHR GUT, dementsprechend sind die Preise auch in Ordnung. Kommen immer wieder gerne vorbei.

Wir lieben die vegetarischen Wraps und Bowls. Die Mitarbeiter sind superfreundlich und berücksichtigen auch Sonderwünsche.

Ich fand den smoothie ok aber ich hab auch ohne Banane und protein pulver bestellt, ich finde die Preise waren oke da die gut kalkuliert sind zu dem Essen, Bedienung war auch oke, sehr schöne Ambiente

Hier kann man, so gut entschleunigen und geniesst den Tag, in vollen Zügen, das Team von immergrün, ist sehr freundlich. Kann es nur von ❤️empfehlen.

Als Alternative zu fast food gut, gesund meh. Definitiv besser und frischer als jeder Dean&David jedoch nicht für eine ausgewogene Ernährung geeignet. Habe nach etwas proteinreichem und gesundem gesucht, da meine Küche renoviert wird und ich mir nix zubereiten konnte. Der "fitte Julius" Salat (wohl eher fetter Julius) tauchte in übertriebener Menge Mayo-Soße. Die Wraps schmeckten gut aber hatten auch zu viel Soße und eher weniger von teureren Zutaten, wie man es eben von ähnlichen Läden kennt. Den Dünnpfiff und aufgeblähten Bauch hab ich mir hier definitiv nicht erhofft.. Das Grün im Namen ist hier eher Gimmick, aber wenn man halbwegs echtes und schnelles Essen will ist man hier richtig.

Grundidee gut, modern, stylischer Laden. Ein wenig mehr Aufräumen und ab und zu mal kehren scheint mir wünschenswert.

Die Wraps und Salate sind sehr lecker, auch die Shakes sind schön fruchtig und mit 0,7l such ordentlich, allerdings sind die Preise schon gesalzen. Sehr gut finde ich den Blautlichtrabatt für Einsatzkräfte im Dienst, da gibt es dann auf alles 50% Rabatt, so muss das sein. :-)

Ich finde es sehr schön, und die smoothies sind der Hammer, der Chef ist auch sehr nett also man kann sich eher wenig beschweren, über den Geschmack braucht man sich jedoch nicht streiten den Geschmäcker sind verschieden

Essen sehr gut. Die Idee von gesundem "Fastfood" finde ich sehr gut. Allerdings waren die MA maßlos überfordert. Es war kaum was los und wir mussten sehr lange warten. Sie warfen Bestellungen durcheinander und waren auch nicht wirklich freundlich. Lage Top.

Ich finde das Personal ist sehr freundlich und das Essen sehr lecker. Gerade jetzt sind die Smoothies eine tolle Alternative zu Eis und Co. Alles wird frisch zubereitet, man kann dabei sogar zuschauen.

Délicieux bowl Julius César, complet avec de la salade, tomates cerises, croûtons, poulet et purée au fromage. Personnel sympathique et souriant.

Das Essen im immergrün in Offenburg ist einfach fantastisch! Ich war schon mehrmals dort und jedes Mal wurde ich aufs Neue begeistert. Das Restaurant bietet eine große Auswahl an gesunden und frischen Speisen, die sowohl für Vegetarier als auch für Fleischliebhaber geeignet sind.

I had a great time during my visit! They serve really delicious coffee here (which is quite rare). The portions are generous, the food is tasty, and the staff is friendly. I love places like this where I don't have to wait for the waiter multiple times, but it's not fast food either. It's sad that there are only few outlets for electronic devices. But I can deal with it. I'm glad I found a spot in Offenburg where I can always come back with pleasure whenever I get hungry.

Tolle Tofu-Bowl, gesund und frisch, die Soße war etwas zu süß. Der Avocado Smoothie war klasse 👍

Schönes sauberes cultiges Ambiente in Loft-Style . Schon mehrfach hier gegessen, weil gesund,hübsch angerichtet und gemütlich. Ganz wichtiger Punkt- die Stelle/Ort wo es sich befindet ist sehr optimal, guter Ausgangspunkt. 2 Sterne abgezogen weil wirklich kaum gewürzt wird und der Geschmack oft einfach fade ist. Rokost eben .... Ein Tipp: erst das Essen zubereiten/anrichten und erst zum Schluss Kaffee ☕️- dann wird er beim Tablett holen noch heiss genug...meiner war letztens kalt
