Rathausstraße 10Delivery took almost two hours; only after several attempts did someone answer the phone. The food was completely cold, the doner kebab was missing sauce, and it tasted absolutely awful.

August-Bebel-Platz 2, Duisburg, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany On December 8, 2025, at approximately 3:30 p.m., I purchased two doner kebabs from your establishment and subsequently consumed them at home with my daughter. Since yesterday evening, we have both been experiencing significant symptoms indicative of food poisoning. We are taking this incident very seriously and will therefore consider legal action and report it to the relevant public health department. We expect a prompt response. Thank you.
