The salmon was far too small for €27, and side dishes were practically nonexistent. No salad, no vegetables, just a small handful of fries (instead of fried potatoes).

We went for lunch; we hadn't made a reservation, so it wasn't a big deal that we didn't have the best table. One star for the owner, who was very attentive to the guests, and one star for the food. It was great, no complaints there. Unfortunately, our table was so unfortunate that we were constantly being bumped into, not by other guests, but by the staff. They were constantly reaching across our table for menus and napkins. The door was always open, which was very unpleasant with the temperature outside being in the single digits, and to top it all off, an older waiter slammed the bill down on the table. That left us speechless and was the deciding factor in our review.

Great food and you could bring your dog, but unfortunately it was very, very loud. We sat inside. Service was okay, but the plates were cleared too early, even though not everyone was ready. We would generally come again for the food, but probably not for the ambiance.

I highly recommend it. We managed to get a table outside at short notice. The food was very plentiful and tasty. The service was friendly and attentive, despite the large number of guests. I thought the prices were still reasonable for Stuttgart. Despite sitting outside close to the street, the noise level is low, and you can still have a good conversation.

The service was overly friendly. The kitchen was already closed, but they still prepared an excellent meal for us and even fired up the fryer again for my son.

We came here spontaneously, as I'd driven past it several times. We received a warm welcome and were seated right away. The large selection allowed us to try a few things, and everything tasted very good. The freshness and quality were impressive, so the prices are definitely justified. We'll definitely go again.

It was okay. The location is a bit inconvenient, as the restaurant is right next to a busy street, which means there's a lot of street noise. The seating itself was very nice. However, we were a bit disappointed with the food; we expected something better for the high prices.

Service is decent but the food is way too expensive and it tastes terrible. My wife ordered a vegetarian dish and they used vegetables that tastes canned. You can probably find much better places. Another note is that this restaurant is active in taking down negative reviews. I visited this place back in 2018-2019 and wrote this same negative review on Google. Rather than reach out to me to resolve the issue or provide review feedback, this place litigated the review and took it down. That should tell you right there how bad this place is if they resort to taking down reviews.

Visité este lugar en 2018 - 2019 y escribí esta misma crítica negativa en Google. En lugar de contactarme para resolver el problema o proporcionar comentarios sobre la revisión, este lugar litigó la revisión y la retiró. Eso debería decirte allí mismo lo malo que es este lugar si recurren a retirar las críticas.

My family and I have been visiting Ilysia for many years. The food is consistently at a very good level. We particularly recommend the tarama, the vegetarian mousakka, the lamb shanks and the world's best (and I've tried a lot of them) galaktoboureko. The restaurant is family run and it shows. Here the guest is king and everything is done to make the stay as pleasant as possible.

I tried Souvlaki which was so tasty, tarama and shrimp is very fresh, service was impeccable

We were there for lunch on business. 3 people ordered a large gyro plate. Unfortunately 1 person can only eat bread at the moment so we asked for some bread. Also with an additional charge, even if this is included in the price anyway. This was not denied to us but simply denied, in a tone that we have never experienced anywhere before. He has to order a salad with it otherwise it won't work. Of course that's also nonsense. We would have paid the extra charge without leaving any food untouched. We recommend that the boss, who is very friendly, sit down with his employee and teach them normal service. Good service makes guests happy to come back at any time.

First class Greek cuisine! Very well attended! The only drawback: before eating we were asked how long we wanted to stay (despite having a reservation). With the last bite of calamari, the plate was pulled out from under my face.

Good food, average ambience and unfortunately quite unfriendly service. I can't understand why the waiter didn't thank me for the payment itself, let alone a decent tip. You get the feeling of not being welcome.

It's a shame after we got something there for lunch and it was really tasty, we were hungry again in the evening and got something. Unfortunately there is no comparison. Gyros were super fatty and the stuffed grape leaves were dry with little filling. The rice was ok. But overall, unfortunately, a total failure. It's like getting your food fresh at lunchtime and warming up the leftovers in the evening. Too bad.

Me dio una tabla para 1 - 1 1/4 casas (de 6 - 7 : 15 pm) esta noche y me lo decía a las 6: 54 pm que había gente esperando la mesa (estaba terminando mi postre) después de que les tomó 20 minutos traer el aperitivo. ¡Es grosero y es la segunda vez que lo hace así que ya no vuelvo!

We go here for dinner at least once every year for CMT. Everything is just great. Every dish is always delicious. The boss is always very present and greets/farewells personally.

Unfortunately, the Argentine rump steak with green pepper sauce was pretty well done and not medium rare. The sauce was tasty like out of the pack.

Der Kellner war oft zu schnell wieder weg, bevor man Wünsche äußern konnte. Das tat aber der Stimmung an diesem Abend keinen Abbruch. Alles in allem ein gelungener Abend.

We always enjoy coming to the Ilysia. What needs to be emphasized here is the service. The waiters are always very attentive. The service is very friendly and courteous. The atmosphere is cozy and rustic. The tables are covered with tablecloths. The food is also highly recommended, yesterday I had a dish that wasn't on the normal menu but only on a blackboard. The quality of the food is excellent. The portions are not the largest but absolutely sufficient, which has the advantage that you don't feel completely uncomfortable afterwards like you would in other Greek restaurants. We'd love to come back.

Very friendly and attentive service, lots of staff. The menu is extensive and in the middle segment. I had tarama as a starter, it was delicious. For the main course I had the gyros plate, with gyros and Suzuki. The gyro was far too dry, as was the Suzuki. The tzatziki could have had more garlic.

The service is very attentive and friendly. As a starter I tried baked zucchini slices with tzatziki. A very delicate flavor of the zucchini with the dip, delicious. Afterwards I tried the bifteki with tomato rice. Simply delicious. For dessert, yoghurt with honey and walnuts, lovingly decorated for the eye. A bottle of rose was recommended, which was strong and beautifully fruity. I would be happy to come back as a guest.

Cannot recommend. For about 20 minutes we waited for our waiter to come to our table. It wasn't until we were leaving that our waiter appeared. A German couple who came after us and sat across from us, were served drinks and food during the time we were waiting.

We were in Stuttgart with the family for a few days and happened to pass the restaurant. We were warmly welcomed. The menu leaves nothing to be desired and we found it to be fairly priced. The food came to the table very quickly and was excellent. The service staff is very hospitable but not intrusive, which we really liked. All in all a very positive experience and highly recommended.

Was there without a reservation - there was still room for us (2). Drinks and food were delicious! Price was a little above average (06/24) but completely OK. Service quick and courteous. A bit busy in front of the restaurant. But a clear recommendation and a clear YES to it!
