Il Gusto Italiano in Schenefeld

We enjoyed the food. There's a small, shaded playground for children. Unfortunately, our drink order was forgotten. Otherwise, everything was fine.

Last week we went to Il Gusto, a small Italian restaurant right next to the tennis center. The atmosphere was relaxed, especially nice outside with a view of the tennis courts. The food was fresh and delicious, and the prices were absolutely fair. The service was also friendly and attentive.

Very good pizzas and pasta dishes—including gluten-free options! Friendly and good service. There's a lovely outdoor terrace.

I had a fantastic dinner here last weekend. The ambiance was cozy and inviting, with soft lighting and great music. I started with the bruschetta, which was fresh and flavorful. For the main course, I chose the roasted chicken with herbs and garlic — juicy and perfectly cooked. The dessert was a rich chocolate mousse that was light yet decadent. The staff was attentive and made excellent recommendations throughout the meal. Definitely coming back!

A super nice restaurant with truly great service. I've rarely been treated so kindly. It's a bit noisy inside, but the delicious pizza is worth it.

Perhaps the best value for money I've ever seen in the Hamburg area. Huge portions, but absolutely delicious. The salmon was incredibly succulent and simply a monstrous portion that we wouldn't even make at home. Three pieces of lamb fillet and a large, sinew-free rump steak were absolutely superb, served in Gorgonzola sauce. I would even forgo some of the meat and fish and opt for more vegetables and potatoes, because all the sauces were so delicious... The restaurant is tucked away at the back near the tennis club, which is a bit of a waste... P.S. They even deliver!

We've eaten at "il gusto" several times and were always satisfied. Recently, we wanted to redeem a voucher from 2023. We were informed that the validity period had been reduced after the voucher was sold, making it no longer redeemable. This wasn't stated on the voucher. When we pointed out to the staff that this was illegal, the owner replied that she was aware of this but would not honor the voucher. We were then offered to redeem half the voucher amount, which we declined. It's a shame, as we've had good experiences so far but will not be eating here again.

We celebrated our wedding at Il Gusto. It was an unforgettable day. A big thank you goes to the Il Gusto team for the delicious food, the perfect decoration, the warmth and the great service. Simply a great location. Of course, we eat there regularly and are always satisfied. The renovation was very successful. We are already looking forward to the St. Nicholas buffet.

I would not expect the fanciest of Italian cuisine but the service is super nice and heart warming and the seating is wonderful with a view over the courts.

This restaurant is simply furnished. The toilet was clean. And what is very important; The food was very tasty. I had spaghetti scampi, my husband had a pizza with ham and mushrooms. 🤤 Price/performance is also right. 😀

Wir waren heute das erstmal im Il Gusto . Pizza /Vino waren toll - als Lokal vom Tennis Club vom Ambiente Optionen nach oben - super nette Bedienung und faire Preise ….. gerne wieder .

Ich esse dort immer wieder gerne. Das Essen ist wirklich alles lecker und bei schönem Wetter kann man wunderbar draußen sitzen mit Blick auf den Tennisplatz

Wir haben im Innenraum gegessen.Die Inneneinrichtung erinnert eher an eine Werkskantine als an ein Restaurant .Auch der Außenbeleuchtung ist völlig schlecht Gestalter.Die Bedienung hat kein Wort verstanden und das Essen war absolutes Mittelmaß. Wir werden wohl eher nicht wieder dort essen .

Der Eingangsbereich könnte netter gestaltet werden, Vielleicht auch eine sichtbare Abtrennung vom Tennisplatz aber wem es gefällt. Der Spaßbereich mit Kicker etc ist etwas störend gewesen wenn man sich auf der Terrasse entspannt war leckeres gönnen möchte. Mir persönlich fehlt etwas der Italien Flair. Die Stühle draußen sind zu tief für die Tische, man sitzt dort wie ein kleines Kind früher am Esstisch was sehr schade ist. Kleinere Tische wären gemütlicher und können auch individuell umgestellt werden. Plastik Tischdecke das ist dem Ambiente nicht würdig bitte überdenken. Es ist zu Corona Zeit unsere liebste Bestelllocation gewesen und wird es auch bleiben da das Essen echt gut ist da bleibt am Ball. Freue mich auf den nächsten Besuch.

Schönes 🎾 Tennis Lokal, war ein super Abend.

Die Pizza war wirklich lecker und die Bedienung sehr nett. Aber es bleibt leider beim Imbiss-Flair mit Restaurantpreisen.

War hier gestern zum ersten mal, hat sehr gut geschmeckt. Wir waren zu fünft, jeder war sehr zufrieden. Essen und Wein top. Dieses Restaurant ist absolut empfehlenswert 👍🏼😋

Tolles Fest mit 45 Gästen dort gefeiert - das Essen war ausgesprochen lecker und wir wurden bis tief in die Nacht sehr herzlich bewirtet. Im 'Il Gusto Italiano ' möchte ich wieder essen und feiern - vielen Dank für den schönen Abend!
