A taste experience in a class of its own - the antipasti were sensational and the homemade pasta was perfectly al dente and irresistibly delicious!

Our pizzas were good, but the toppings were cold. We also had to wait 2 hours for our pizza! Our reserved table was still occupied when we arrived. This was my first and last time here.

The truffle pasta from the cheese wheel was a poem - thank you for enjoying it!

First of all: there were technical difficulties when ordering - they were immediately resolved in the system after a short phone call :) Very tasty pizzas and pasta (and I'm really picky) For a while there was also the food truck on Thursdays in Massenbachhausen - unfortunately I don't know if it still exists - in any case the quality in both the restaurant and the food truck is outstanding. In short: excellent Italian cuisine!

Leider kann man hier nicht Abholung auswählen.... Wir hatten 2 Pizzen online bestellt, Abholdauer 30 min, OK. 1 normal, 1 x Calzone. Soweit OK. zu Hause angekommen, voller freudiger Überraschung auf eine gute Pizza..... Bei der herkömmlichen Pizza der Rand zu 2/3 schwarz. Das geht gar nicht. Naja, man isst den Rest und schreibt eine freundliche Mail an das Il Carrettiere, wartet 2 Tage, keine Antwort, schreibt eine Erinnerung, wieder keine Antwort. Hallo, habt ihr es nicht nötig Euch zu entschuldigen? Das war es für mich mit dem Il Carrettiere, die 2. Enttäuschung nach dem Valentinstag wo es keine Pizza mehr gab.... Da erwarte ich mehr. Und leider denken in der Zwischenzeit viele Gemminger so von Euch.

We ordered 2 pizzas online, pickup took 30 minutes, OK. 1 regular, 1 x calzone. So far OK. Arrived home, full of joyful surprise of a good pizza..... With the conventional pizza, the edge is 2/3 black. That doesn't work at all. Well, you eat the rest and write a friendly email to Il Carrettiere, wait 2 days, no answer, write a reminder, again no answer. Hello, don't you need to apologize? That was it for me with Il Carrettiere, the second disappointment after Valentine's Day when there was no more pizza.... I expect more. And unfortunately many Gemmingers now think that way of you.

It was a pleasant evening with friends over pizza and wine/beer. I had a Calzone Napoletano (with anchovies) and was pleasantly surprised.

The Bolognese I had was disastrous - you waited forever for the waiter and when you asked the waiter something more specific or wanted to change certain things about a dish, he wouldn't accept it - even if it was just fewer vegetables on the pizza, he denied it. My Bolognese didn't come out really hot - at least it looked good - but it had little to do with a Bolognese. In the end we waited an eternity to pay and for me that's a shame because I drove an extra 1 1/2 hours from Offenbach and this restaurant was recommended to me. The dessert was good.

Unfortunately the service wasn't that good. Requests were not addressed but were directly rejected by the waitress. When we asked for a pizza with eggplant and onions, the waitress said that this was not possible and only accepted it after repeated requests. The food was only lukewarm. Dessert was delicious though. Steak on stone slab, the stone slab was cold.

We booked Il Carrettiere Pizzamobile & Food Truck for our wedding and couldn't be happier! The food truck arrived on time and the food was simply fantastic - all of our guests loved it! We thought it was particularly great that there was a short break between the starter and main course, so that the process was very relaxed. The service was super friendly and the quality of the food was excellent. We would book again at any time and can wholeheartedly recommend him!

A busy restaurant with very good food

We had the mobile pizzeria for our silver wedding anniversary. The contact was very relaxed, even if I had to call back if I had any questions. On the day of our party, the bakers came with the cute pizza mobile and there was plenty of antipasti and pizza. We recommend you without reservation.

Ordered online. After an hour it says it needs another 30 minutes. After 30 minutes it says 15 minutes. It's been 2 hours now and still nothing. Unfortunately ordered last time. Unfortunately I can't say anything about the food since it isn't there... Edit: When the food arrived way too late after several calls, we were given a voucher as an apology. That was at least a nice move. The food was quite good!

Pinsa and pizza were very good, but the ambience was quite okay: if you stop here, you have to have a bit of time and nerves. We had to wait a good hour for our food. The service and organization is relatively disorganized and rough. The selection of vegetarian dishes is limited. Worth a visit for us, but not a must in Gemmingen.

Very great beer garden with good Italian food

We ate pizza there, it was also good and solidly made, but it wasn't super special. The service was very friendly, courteous and sweet, unfortunately the acoustics in the rooms are somehow strange. It is extremely loud, even if it wasn't packed The noise level is sometimes very unpleasant and the guests talk at a normal volume, but you automatically get louder because you can't understand the person you're talking to. Unfortunately, that's not so good for the ambience. All in all, a good restaurant

I ended up here by chance and came with no particular expectations. I didn't know the reviews here. One of the best Neapolitan pizzas I've ever eaten. It was worth every cent. 5 stars for the kitchen are still not enough. Thumbs up for this authentic cuisine! However, the service in the beer garden can be improved (no napkins, no cutlery, drinks have to be fetched yourself...)

Unfortunately the beer garden is self-service. I still give it five stars because the food is really great and the beer garden is very well maintained. PS: Food is brought to the table.

Had a meal of the day: the spaghetti with tomato sauce was very good, the side salad was equally delicious. The schnitzel itself, baked with cheese, was also good, but I don't think the title Parmesan schnitzel is accurate, that raised other expectations.

Definitely the best pizza I've had in a long time! Great dough, super fluffy, good ingredients and just delicious! Will go there every time now and try out several more dishes! Pizza 10/10. So far we've only eaten something similar in Italy!

Have visited the restaurant several times now. Even for a very cheap lunch! Quality is still excellent. There were four of us here on Saturday. The place was completely full. When asked how long the meal would take (1 hour), the charming younger male waiter said that the food was freshly cooked and therefore a waiting time at this time on a Saturday was completely normal, as the kitchen processes everything one after the other and all the rooms are occupied. We reordered wine and received a “free carafe of house wine” without asking because of the wait. Wow. A big movie theater. It's a rarity that today's gastronomy is still so guest-friendly. The food (fresh mussels) and the pizzas are not only eye-catching but also wow in terms of taste! To round things off, we got a limoncello on the house after our meal. Unique. Bella Italia paired with Dolce Vita. Grazie a tutti. We will be back.

It's Italian/Sicilian dining on a new level! A creative selection of pizzas, pasta and much more offers anything but a long wait here. They even thought of a Nutella pizza! The appetizers, pizza and dessert ordered were of a high level in terms of taste and quality. Visually, all the dishes were presented to perfection. The service staff as well as the boss made a really well-groomed impression and did a strong job. Despite the higher crowds in the evening, everything was managed perfectly. I'm already looking forward to the next time and until then I can only warmly recommend that everyone try out the menu

You don't have to visit twice. The service was extremely nice, it was her third day. Mussels were out, there is no orange juice there 😱, pizza nothing special. And it was so loud, there were only two of us, but we almost had to shout at each other to have a conversation. And then the prices... Clearly exaggerated for this ambience. When I compare the prices with Schwaigern, they rose by 30% in a very short time.

War im Januar dort, habe Pizza mit Grillgemüse bestellt, als die Pizza kam war ich sehr enttäuscht, da das Gemüse matschig war und nicht vom Grill, der Geschmack war auch sehr säuerlich. Werde nicht mehr hingehen.

Wir hatten einen Tisch auf 12 Uhr bestellt,für 9 Personen mit 1 Kleinkind.Schon bei der Bestellung der Getränke,waren einige Getränke nicht verfügbar!Beim Essen sollte es nicht anders sein.Es wurde durch die Karte bestellt wovon auch einige Gerichte(Vorspeise und Hauptgerichte)nicht verfügbar waren.Sehr ärgerlich diesbezüglich zum Sonntag mittag.Die Aussage des älteren Mannes:Es wäre gestern so viel los gewesen! Die Vorspeisen kamen und man hatte auch genug Zeit sie zu essen und es wurde dem Gast auch die Zeit gelassen bevor der Hauptgang kam.Zum Hauptgang: Spaghetti Bolognese war für uns eine Mischung aus fertigen Material.Es hatte nichts mit einer Bolognese von einem italienischen Restaurant zutun.Carbonara war viel zu pfeffrig,Das Menü mit der Salsiccia war extrem salzig und das lag nicht an der Wurst sondern an der Soße.Das Menü allo Scoglio waren die Nudeln verkocht und die würze,die bei allen anderen zu viel war,hatte hier gänzlich gefehlt.Zu guter letzt: Nachtisch wurde auch bestellt,da wurden wir hingewiesen,dass wir uns beeilen sollten weil sie um 14 Uhr schließen!2x Tiramisu und Panna Cotta.Pana Cotta ging aber das Tiramisu war ein Glas mit Biskuit und mit flüssiger Sahne oder Milch,mit trinken wäre man schneller fertig gewesen als mit löffeln. Alles in allem war der Aufenthalt in dem Ambiente gut,Toiletten sind sauber und auch mit Wickeltisch. Die jüngere Bedienung ist sehr freundlich und auch sehr nett abgesehen von dem älteren Herren,er wirkte sehr unmotiviert und genervt.Die Getränke und Essen wurden mit einem Ton an den Tisch gebracht,der noch viel Luft nach oben hat. Auch wenn man für 10 Leute um 12 Bestellungen annimmt,sollte eigentlich klar sein,dass es kein Essen in Schnelligkeit wird wenn man 3 Gänge zu sich nimmt. Wir werden das Restaurant nicht mehr besuchen.

Januar 24: Warten > 1h auf 2x Nudeln und 4x Pizza: 3x Pizza mit Grillgemüse, 1x schöner aber fad, 2x nicht schön (siehe Bild). Pizza Schinken Salami in der Mitte durchweicht, alle Pizzen z.T. schwarz. Waren heute nicht zufrieden, haben es auch gesagt. November 23: mit den Kindern da. Balsamico Salatsosse sehr sauer. Pizzateig vegan und sehr lecker. Pizza (vegan) ohne Käse mit gegrilltem Gemüse bestellt, etwas viel Tomatensosse / etwas fad. Zwiebeln und Knoblauch extra bestellt und berechnet - weg gelassenen Käse nicht gut geschrieben ;-) besser Pizza Marinara (Tomate, Knoblauch) mit Gemüse bestellen. evtl. vegane Käsealternative mit aufnehmen. Sehr angesagt und voll, Mitarbeiter*innen sehr aufmerksam, aber am ende etwas mit der Situation gefordert. Typisch italienisch mit schönen Elementen (Vespa und Blechschilder an der Wand). Tische werden der Anzahl Gäste angepasst. Lemon soda und espresso sehr lecker. Unbedingt hin, vorher reservieren. Sehr grosse Auswahl an verschiedenen Speisen, auch Schnitzel. Hamburger und Kronenpfännle. Schwaigern: Hatte beim Abholen einen italienischen Moment & Erinnerungen an die Jugend: Fiat 128 ... Preise top, selbst abholen lohnt sich. Pizza sehr lecker, leider war der Boden etwas schwarz und die schwarzen Oliven waren grün. Es gibt nur ein Balsamico Salatdressing, man bekommt es aber auch separat. Bestimmt wieder.

Pizza, Pasta und auch italen style Sushi, sehr sehr geil !! Super Kombinationen und nicht wie beim Standard "Italiener" um die Ecke. Man schmeckt die Liebe zum Detail, Qualität und Geschmack 1a. Ganz hohes Niveau 👍 Chef und Personal sehr professionell! Schönes gemütliches Ambiente

Super Service und sehr freundliches Personal, auch wenn die Bude voll ist, echt klasse. Das Essen schmeckt hervorragend und man kann ohne weiteres auch mit Unverträglichkeiten oder Intoleranzen hin. Am besten kurz telefonisch abklären, wenn man unsicher ist. Absolute Weiterempfehlung!

Habe es schon in Schwaigern geliebt und jetzt ist das Restaurant direkt ums Eck bei mir. Das Essen dort ist der Hammer es schmeckt nach Urlaub in Italien 😍
