Wir essen regelmäßig bei Ibras und sind immer wieder sehr zufrieden. Sandwiches super lecker und frisch. Alle Menschen, die bei Ibras arbeiten sind immer super nett und freundlich. Klare Empfehlung und definitiv 5 Sterne.

Gestern das erste Mal im Sudanesischen Bistro gegessen. Was soll ich sagen: Megaläggah!!! Super nette Bedienung!!! Superfaire Preise!!! Mein neues Lieblingsbistro. 12 von 10 Punkte…

Eine wunderbare Entdeckung im Herzen von Altona! Dieses Bistro bietet eine originelle Fusion aus sudanesischer und nahöstlicher Küche – eine ungewöhnliche Mischung, die man unbedingt probieren sollte. Ich entschied mich für die Falafel von Ibras Tamiya: hervorragend! Die Aromen sind intensiv, die Zutaten frisch und von hoher Qualität – man schmeckt sofort die authentischen Gewürze und die Sorgfalt bei der Zubereitung. Der Service ist herzlich und freundlich und rundet das Erlebnis perfekt ab. Ich kann es wärmstens für eine genussvolle und außergewöhnliche Pause in Hamburg empfehlen!

Fantastischer sudanesischer Streetfood-Stand. Wir hatten köstliche Falafel-Wraps und Hähnchen-Wraps mit Erdnusssauce – beide sehr geschmackvoll. Der Service war schnell und effizient, die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis unschlagbar. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Wirklich der beste Falafel der Stadt und alle Gerichte sind extrem lecker! Solches Essen bekommt man sonst nirgendwo in Hamburg. Ich gehe sehr oft und gerne zu Ibras, habe mittlerweile schon zwei Stempelkarten voll. Das Team ist super und im Laden ist immer gute Stimmung :)

Fantastisches Essen, frisch zubereitet, mit dem Geschmack von Hausmannskost. Wir haben alle veganen Optionen (außer Bowls) probiert und sie waren alle wunderbar.

Ibras Bistro Altona ist ein kleines, gemütliches Bistro mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Man merkt sofort, dass die Mitarbeiter Spaß an ihrer Arbeit haben – die Stimmung wirkt fast so, als hätten ein paar beste Freunde gemeinsam ein Bistro eröffnet. Das sorgt für eine richtig angenehme Atmosphäre. Ich hatte den Tamiya Falafel (vegan, 5,50 €). Der Falafel-Wrap war ausgezeichnet! Die Falafel waren außen knusprig, innen saftig und überhaupt nicht trocken, wie man es leider oft kennt. Besonders praktisch: Man kann zwischen verschiedenen Saucen wählen (Erdnuss, Sesam, Mango oder scharf). Ich habe Erdnuss und scharf kombiniert – geschmacklich einfach top. 10/10. Außerdem probierte ich den Kombi Snack (vegetarisch, 7,50 €) mit Halloumi, Maniok-Pommes und verschiedenen Dips. Die Maniok-Pommes kannte ich vorher noch gar nicht und war positiv überrascht – eine richtig leckere Alternative zu normalen Pommes. Zusammen mit den hausgemachten Saucen war das wirklich ein Highlight. Klare 10/10 und eine absolute Empfehlung!

WOOOW ! Ich war heute im Ibras Bistro, es war unglaublich lecker, die Sudanische Küche mit dem Orientalischen Touch sind mega....so positiv überrascht das ich eine glatte 1 vergeben muß. Sehr leckere Falafel! Ich war vor kurzem in Erfurt und habe dort bei Ibras gegessen und war erfreut zu sehen, dass es auch in Hamburg einen Laden gibt. Die angebotenen Speisen unterscheiden sich etwas zu denen aus Erfurt aber das macht dem ganzen kein Abbruch. Wirklich zu empfehlen und der junge Mann am Tresen war auch sehr freundlich ❤️

Echt super leckeres und vielfältiges Essen! Ein super Mix aus frisch, leicht, geilen Saucen und die notwendige Portion an gebratenen Anteilen (für die mental health). Man hat super viele Options, eine mega solide vegane Auswahl und liebes Personal. Meine Freundin musste in ihrem Gericht wegen ihrer Schwangerschaft den frischen Salat abbestellen und das war überhaupt kein Problem. Ich war hier leider nur ein Mal vor ca. 4 Monaten aber es ist mir bis heute im Kopf geblieben. Ich hab es aber meinen anderen Freunden empfohlen und die haben alle genau die gleiche durchweg positive Erfahrung gemacht! Ich freu mich schon wenn ich wieder hier essen kann!

A very tasty restaurant. There's a small room for guests in the back, and 2-4 tables in the front. The decor in the back is nice, while the front is a bit simple. Friendly service, loyalty stamp for discounts, good prices. Meat, vegetarian, and vegan options are available.

The vegan bowl is amazing! Everything in the bowl is delicious 😍 and it's great to sit outside.

The food was great! Really diverse flavors and although it is higher priced than just a normal snack, there is a real difference in what you get! I had the mixed grill plate and it was not only satisfying, but also very delicious.

I eat there quite regularly. The food is absolutely delicious, no matter what you order. The sandwiches are great for grabbing something to go and appeal to me more than falafel or doner kebab. It's something completely different and, in my opinion, a real upgrade. Plus, the staff are incredibly friendly and there's always a great atmosphere in the place.

Best place ever. Amazing falafel, great atmosphere, fantastic sauces for the different dishes. Great for vegans, but they also have a wide selection of non-vegan options. A definite 5-star recommendation!

Ibras offers good sandwiches at good prices, especially the falsfen (sandwiches) are really good! However, in my opinion, the portions are way too small. Too little halloumi and, above all, unfortunately, there's far too little sauce (e.g., peanut sauce) in the sandwiches, which makes them incredibly dry. Compared to the great Sudanese bistros in Berlin, there's still room for improvement. Delicious, but it takes two to even feel full.

Went here for the first time today during our lunch break and will definitely be back! The food (vegan plate & Sudan plate) was delicious, the atmosphere was relaxed, and we were immediately greeted with a very friendly smile. A shop we'll always enjoy visiting!

Very, very tasty! I usually have a falafel sandwich, but the plates are also highly recommended. The homemade falafel tastes crispy but not too hard, the salad is fresh, and the sauces are also excellent. Not to mention, the bread is also great. The staff is always friendly. If the place is busy, you might have to wait a few minutes for your food, but otherwise, it's always very quick. Highly recommended!

Great selection of lovingly prepared and sophisticatedly seasoned delicacies, unbeatable price-performance ratio, good selection of drinks, super nice service and a great, simple ambience. Don't be put off if the two tables in the anteroom are occupied - there is still a back room. Top recommendation!

We had a sandwich and a mixed grill plate and both were really delicious! The sauces were amazing and the falafel was unbeatable! The guys from Ibras Bistro were super nice and gave us good advice. We sat comfortably in the back area and will definitely come back. Oh and the prices were really great!

The bistro offers delicious Sudanese food in a friendly atmosphere. The grill plate was well seasoned and had a nice selection. The prices are fair and the staff also fulfills special requests with a smile. A place to which you would like to return. And if you stay hungry here, you probably didn't read the menu correctly!
