IBIS KITCHEN RESTAURANT in Aachen

After the apocalypse at the Quellenhof the day before, we were really exhausted after the hot Wednesday. Also from the meal the day before with the blowflies at the Quellenhof. The sun was rising as we entered this super restaurant. Quality from A to Z, indescribable. I haven't experienced anything like this in a long time, and I've been to many restaurants. A MUST for anyone visiting Aachen who appreciates fine dining. Thank you again, even though I was feeling very under the weather that evening, both from the day and the food the day before. I'd be happy to come again, but the journey from Bensheim to Aachen is usually too far, but when my daughter jumps in Aachen again, I'll be your guest again with my guests.
