HUQA in Hannover

The worst shisha bar visit of my life. You'd think they're out to scare away customers. After half an hour of waiting, the shisha finally arrived - but the filter? They brought it again ten minutes later, and only after complaining to the manager! And even then you hardly get any attention from the staff. You literally have to beg for someone to change the coal - and even then they do it reluctantly. The music? Unbearably loud and annoying. Apparently they just want to give you a headache. One seriously wonders whether they are even interested in making customers feel comfortable here. Here you don't even get a hint of hospitality, let alone decent service. In the end they tried to take too much money from us, overcharged us and insulted us - one actually said 'f**k you' to us. That's their idea of ​​customer service. They are scammers and rip-offs who don't shy away from insulting their guests and making derogatory comments. I would prefer to give zero stars if that were possible. This “bar” is a complete waste of time and money. Please go somewhere else if you want to enjoy a relaxing shisha. This store doesn't deserve to have a single customer!

I got my shisha in less than 5 minutes! Perfect ! 1 shisha 2x Moloko 25€

I was there two or three times and each time it took one to one and a half hours for the food to be served. The food was cold and partly burnt, so it wasn't edible for the long wait. I think it's very stressful in the back of the kitchen, since there aren't a lot of seats and therefore not that many customers at once, it's probably due to the lack of staff. The decor is nice and cozy and the service is friendly.

I'm originally from Stuttgart and the location was recommended to me and I have to say, I can recommend it with a clear conscience 🫶🏻 The service and the ambience were great :)

Top, sehr freundlich und schnell nur empfehlenswert. Die Kohle wird sehr oft gewechselt, die shisha ist sauber und die Angestellten sehr nett auch die Einrichtung sehr schön gestaltet.

Bad service. Never again. There were three of us there and we ordered three beers. When we went to pay, the waiter told us that we had ordered four, even though there were only three of us. In addition, card payment and issuing a receipt are not possible.

The shisha was bad and wasn't changed ,It was my favorite place but now I don't like shisha there anymore and have to look for another place

It was our first visit to HUQA, but it will be the last. Our order didn't arrive. The hookah was bad and wasn't changed. After I insisted, an employee came, picked up a used hookah from the table next to us and placed it in front of us. What negligence!!! He brought a hookah that other people had already smoked and placed it in front of us. We are not satisfied with this negligence and are angry. We will never go there again.

We were at the store about half an hour early. But we were warmly invited to sit down and smoke a pipe. Thank you very much for this. Happy to come back!

Huqa Bar is a stylish place with modern decor and a welcoming atmosphere. The drinks menu offers a diverse selection of cocktails and wines, while the friendly staff provide excellent service. There was hardly anything going on and there was enough staff there, but no order was taken for a long time. The shisha itself (Cinderella) was good, but we only got fresh coals after we asked several times, and we weren't asked for any other drinks even though all the glasses were empty (we would have liked to have ordered something else). Unfortunately, the service also had a blank look and never looked at the tables to see if we needed anything else.

The shisha you can smoke there is good. You can play backgammon. The drinks are good. There is an outside terrace for warm days. And the staff is nice. In addition, the location is great!👍

Shisha wasn't good, service wasn't good, drinks were stale. The only good thing was the location, but that doesn't help anymore.

Was not paid as a craftsman and supplier. Reminders are pointless and threatening to call a lawyer and reminders are pointless because no one is interested. Apparently bankruptcy blah blah. Criminal charges will definitely help and that is my next option. Phew what kind of business behavior is being displayed here.

It was our second attempt to visit the place and it will also be my last visit. The service leaves a lot to be desired, but the staff who clear up are friendly. However, delivery of drinks after ordering takes 20-30 minutes. The cocktails are good and the shisha service seems to be okay too. After the total sum on the ordering device was manually added up on the mobile phone, we found that the bill was well over €100. Unfortunately, payment can now only be made in cash, which was not announced before our visit. We were told that only cash payment was possible for a month. There is also smoking in the upper area, which is very annoying.

Shisha was good in terms of taste and quality 👍 but the service 👎 the employees were unfriendly to us and the table wasn't clean and the wrong drinks were served when we told them they just looked at us strangely without apologizing! so never come back...

Mitarbeiter sehr unrpofessionel reden unhöflich und sind zudem meist betrunken. Shisha wird nicht richtig sauber gemacht und Kohle wird sehr spät aufgefrischt. Über sexuelle Belästigung dort brauche ich garnicht reden die Mitarbeiter denken dort sei alles ok. Drecksladen stand kurz vor Anzeige

Shisha schmeckt, Service gut, entspannte Atmoshpäre.

Заказывала мой любимый коктейль Джин с тоником…что сказать? - это лучший коктейль где я когда либо пила👌🍹🍹🍸 Из недостатков - не совсем чисто и мы ждали наш заказ (кальян и 2 коктейля) 40 минут!!!😑

Ich wahr öfters da von 5 mal wahr es 1 mal gut ob Wochenende oder in der Woche, die Musik ist jedes mal zu laut gewesen pfeifen wahren nicht gut bis auf 2 mal Getränke kommen mal garnicht 1 mal mojito bestellt der wahr wirklich gut.

Wollte dort eine Pizza essen um circa 16 Uhr, aber war komischerweise nicht möglich obwohl eine Speisekarte auf dem Tisch ausgelegt war. Daraufhin habe ich mir eine Shisha bestellt die auch gut geschmeckt hat. Preise für Softdrinks und alkoholische Getränke sind sehr hoch.

HUQA wenn ich kann werde ich 100 Sterne + gebe auf die Shisha auf die Service war alles perfekt so nett waren die

Die Getränke ( sehr viel Auswahl an Cocktails !)und die Shisha kamen schnell an und Service war auch perfekt! Verstehe die schlechten Bewertungen nicht und kann ich auch nicht nachvollziehen! Macht euch ein eigenen Eindruck und ihre werdet nicht enttäuscht, versprochen !! Absolut weiterzuempfehlen!

Wir waren gestern gegen 21:30 Uhr zum ersten Mal da. Der Laden war voll, trotzdem mussten wir nur wenigen Minuten auf unsere Shisha warten. Geschmacklich sehr genial! Angenehme Atmosphäre

Overall everything was perfect, shisha was accordingly to the expectation but the prices of drinks were expensive.

Naja, hatte viel erwartet wenig bekommen. Tabak war nicht hochwertig, shishas starke Gebrauchsspuren. Kopf war nicht gut gebaut, schon beim servieren von der Shisha war der Tabak verbrannt. Keine Empfehlung es gibt weit bessere Shisha Bars. Viel Hype wenig dahinter

Hammer shishabar, sehr schöne Atmosphäre, die shishas (besonders Black Nana mein Favorit) und Cocktails kann ich nur empfehlen🤩 Im Sommer ist die Terrasse sehr schön, vor allem weil sie in der Innenstadt ist👌🏼

Sofern die beste Shishabar in Hannover, Pfeifen und Getränke sowie die Bedienung ist Top und die Musik ist das beste. Für alle die Balkanmusik feiern ist das Hotspot Nummer 1. Kann’s nur weiterempfehlen !!✌🏼
