Good and healthy, with tailor-made dishes and fresh herbs. No oversized portions where quantity dictates quality, but rather the specialties that define the dishes. Go in, try it, come back.

The menu offers a good selection of delicious dishes (my favorite: noodle soups). The food is prepared super quickly and freshly, and the service is very attentive and extremely friendly!

Huong Viet Imbiss is a very cozy restaurant serving authentic Vietnamese cuisine, which impresses with its atmospheric ambiance and the warm hospitality of the owners. Accompanied by pleasant classical music and soft jazz, you immediately feel at home and welcomed. The dishes are traditionally prepared and their flavors are reminiscent of the street food and street food stalls in Hanoi – a true taste of Vietnam. The summer rolls, fried shrimp, and wontons are particularly recommended as appetizers – fresh, crispy, and full of flavor. For main courses, we were delighted with dishes 19 and 21 – an excellent choice for anyone who wants to experience authentic Vietnamese flavors. The prices are absolutely fair – even quite reasonable, considering how fresh everything is and that the food is truly homemade. You get a lot for the quality and taste. A special highlight is the traditional Vietnamese coffee, whose intense aroma perfectly rounds off the visit. All in all: a thoroughly successful culinary excursion to Vietnam with friendly service and lovingly prepared dishes. The restaurant is highly recommended for anyone who wants to enjoy traditional Vietnamese food and a healthy diet.

The staff is very friendly and the food is excellent. They don't use MSG, which I think is great. Another great thing is that you can see how the food is prepared.

Well, what can I say? The food is truly delicious... not your standard Asian fare - absolutely delicious and unique. The rice noodles are especially recommended. The sauces are homemade, which you can taste! Maybe not for a romantic dinner, but today was our first time here, but definitely not the last. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended.

We ordered two starters and two main courses. Everything tasted delicious and the portions were really big. You can taste the fresh, high-quality ingredients straight away. We'll be back soon!

We have probably been here more than 6 times. No matter what we ordered, it was delicious. Loss of quality high quality (relative to competitors). Fresh preparation and great taste. We have never been disappointed here. That's why the trip is always worth it. The hardest part is finding a parking space. However, this is common in Ludwigshafen. There is paid parking nearby 👍🏽

By far the best Asian in the region! Highlights are the salad (chicken or shrimp) and the noodle soups! Large portions, the price is a bit high, but the quality is absolutely justified! Everything is freshly prepared with typical herbs and spices! A real recommendation, top top top

Very, very nice, attentive service. The Bun bo hue is super tasty and a large portion. Everything is appetizingly clean. There are pictures of the dishes so you can see what to expect. That wasn't the last visit. 🤗👍🏽 All that's missing is a tape of Vietnamese chatter and happy laughter and you're back in Vietnam.

The food is really very tasty. The dishes are all freshly prepared and the vegetables are NOT overcooked but rather crispy.

Everywhere I see Bun Bo Hue, I have to try it…even though I don’t eat meat most of the time. It is my childhood favorite dish and the specialty from where my father‘s family is from. I ran into this place after visiting a concert at the Staatsphilharmonie….quite accidentally. People are nice, it is a modest and clean place. And most importantly the Bun Bo Hue was really really good. Not so thin like in many places….enough lemon grass, herbs. I had to add a bit of fish sauce, but besides of that, it tastes like how I remember it from home. I would say the best I have had so far in the region. This dish is like a reference for me, if a restaurant manages to deliver this one well, there is a good chance to are pretty good with the other dishes. Will come back for the other dishes.

Pho bo ist hausgemacht und sehr lecker. Dazu gabs frische Kräuter und Sojabohnen. Die Brühe ist richtig gekocht und nicht so wie in anderen Restaurants mit irgendeine paste/pulver gemischt. In ganz mannheim und Umgebung ist das der einzige Laden den ich bis jetzt gefunden hab... Vielen Dank das ich nicht selber kochen musste 😊

Superklasse! Leckeres Essen zu einem angenehm fairen Preis in nettem Ambiente. Die Bedienung ist immer supernett und asiatisch freundlich. Wenn man mal nicht weiss was man essen will, dann bekommt man eine asiatisch freundliche und sehr nette Beratung. Das Essen schmeckt immer sehr, sehr gut. Mehr als 5 Sterne kann ich, in diesem Fall leider, nicht vergeben. Danke. Komme noch öfter... Tipp: die knusprige Ente mit Currysauce. Hervorragend.

Soweit ich getestet habe der beste bubble tea laden in LU. Vorallem die sommerrollen die habe ich damals in Karlsruhe gegessen und hab sie dann vergebens gesucht weil sie nicht überall angeboten werden. Und nun ENDLICH, habe ich meine geliebten Sommerrollen und bubble tea gefunden^^^ Meine Tochter geht da auch gerne mit weil es da spielmöglichkeiten für sie gibt.und die öffnungszeiten lang sind

Absolut empfehlenswert dieser vietnamesische Imbiss. Ich wurde von der Chefin des Hauses bedient, welche mir die Nr. 20 empfiehl. Das Essen war Überragend, alles wurde frisch zubereitet. Wenn ich in Zukunft lLust auf die vietnamesische Küche habe, werde ich dem Huong Viet Imbiss einen Besuch abstatten. D A N K E 🙏🏼👍🏼

War schon öfters dort essen. Hat mir immer alles sehr gut geschmeckt. Preis-Leistung ist unschlagbar gut. Die Portionen sind gut. Bedienung sehr nett. Das Essen kommt zügig. Man kann vorne sehen wie gekocht wird. Für mich der beste vietnamesische Imbiss weil und breit. Für Vegetarier gut geeignet.

Sich selbst als Imbiss zu bezeichnen, ist wirklich nicht angemessen - das Essen ist exzellent, das ist die Qualität eines guten Restaurants. Wir waren sehr zufrieden!

Das Essen zum Mitnehmen war jetzt zum 2.Mal nicht gut und hat uns verärgert. Die gebratenen Nudeln mit Hühnchen haben nicht geschmeckt und was schlimmer ist waren die Portionen. Große Box mit wenig Inhalt. Genauer gesagt ca. 350g. Extra vorher gewogen. Vergleichbare Nudelboxen haben deutlich mehr. Bei einem Preis von 6-7 Euro erwarte ich zumindest satt zu werden. Diese billigen Nudeln kosten nix und das wenig Gemüse und bisschen Hühnchen auch nicht. Deshalb sollte wenigstens die Portion stimmen.

Ich könnte jetzt hier groß ausführen, woran ich die 5Sterne Bewertung im Detail fest mache und was alles besonders gut sei und überhaupt wie es um Preis/Leistung steht und die Sauberkeit und die Freundlichkeit usw.. Ich kann aber auch einfach zusammenfassend sagend: geht hin, es gibt eigentlich in keinem Bereich etwas auszusetzen.

Und wieder einmal haben mich die Sterne der Google Bewertungen zu einem Lokal geführt dem ich gern 6 Sterne geben würde. Auf Geschäftsreise und hungrig bin ich den 4,9 Sternen gefolgt und bin vollends begeistert! Ein einfach eingerichtetes Lokal besticht mit der Warmherzigkeit der (vermutlich) Inhaberin. Ich fühlte mich sehr wohl als ich Suppe Nummer 16 (Bahn canh ga) geschlürft und genossen habe. Eine Explosion des Geschmacks - unglaublich lecker! Im Lokal spielt leider Gitarren und Klaviermusik. Das finde ich auf Dauer angenehmer für das Ohr als Vietnamesische Musik. Die schönen Ecken in Ludwigsburg sind schwer zu finden - hier ist eine!

Da kann man sehr gutes Essen bestellen und die Preise sind stabil Ich weiß zweimal da und habe bestellt und es war sehr gut immer wieder dort essen.

Ich war schon einige Male hier essen und kann es nur empfehlen. Saubere Küche, günstige Preise und nettes Personal. Es wird alles frisch zubereitet.
