Hühnerwald & Chef burger in Berlin

I've only ever ordered takeaways, and the food has been very good every time. Unfortunately, a small mishap occurred today. But a call to Hühnerwald was enough to sort everything out. Thank you so much for that. I highly recommend Hühnerwald!

I order often through Lieferando; it's super delicious. The wraps are homemade, not fast food, just tastefully fresh! You do a great job. The delivery is always super fast, absolutely perfect.

I had actually ordered through Lieferando. But I had to cancel immediately by phone because we had to leave the house. A very nice gentleman answered the phone, briefly asked why and then canceled. He then suggested ordering directly from the store, saying it would definitely be cheaper, and since it was their own driver, he would arrive faster. Today I wanted to order that way, but the gentleman on the phone was very dismissive, saying it would cost 20-25 euros for the trip, etc. When I pointed out that Lieferando was cheaper and I'd order there, he took the order. But he said it would take 30-40 minutes (longer than Lieferando). After almost an hour, I called again and he said the driver was on the way and could take another 10-15 minutes... Conclusion: Driver delivered cold burgers after an hour...

The staff is very friendly and interested in interacting with customers. The food was delicious, and the portions were also quite large. A great place, I highly recommend it.

Unfortunately, we didn't arrive until 1:00 a.m., but we were still warmly invited to eat something. They served us a special fryer and appropriate food. While we waited, we had a great chat with the chef. The food was excellent. Huge portions, so I had to take a break. Definitely recommended.

I buy kebabs here. It's delicious and large. Upon request, they also add some fried vegetables to the kebab. The staff is always friendly.

The food was delivered cold. Because the driver had made other deliveries first (even though we were only 5 minutes away from the restaurant). We called before we received the food and were offered a refund. We accepted the food for this reason alone. Afterwards, they said no, there's only 30% off the next order. And then there was nothing left. Such poor service. A disgrace.

We ordered on June 30th, the night after the ACDC concert. Everything arrived perfectly. Delicious! Delicious! Top quality 👍

A good burger and chips for a good price

Definitely worth a visit. The food is delicious, the chicken is well-seasoned, and you can taste the craftsmanship. I've worked in the catering industry myself, so I'd like to ask you, if you write reviews, to also eat the food there. Because you eat with your eyes, and only in a M do you enjoy the fries. If you order them at the drive-thru and eat them at home, they're crap... I saw only good things, and even criticism was met with respect and understanding from the service.

Don't come before closing time because they will sleep on purpose

I ordered a delivery package for 29.90. The order included burgers and finger food. Instead, I got a whole chicken that was completely overcooked, disgusting chicken nuggets, and the fries that came with it tasted worse than fries from a bag. In my opinion, I could just as well flush that money down the toilet. Thanks for nothing.

I got 5 euros too little at the checkout and then the employee said he gave me 5 euros, which is not true

I am horrified to read that people who have absolutely no idea about current events write reviews here that have nothing to do with the quality and service of the store. A truly terrible act has happened in the center which is deeply humanly despicable and must be punished consistently under criminal law! But this definitely has nothing to do with the actual processes and the work of the employees or the quality of the products!! Some of the last comments just seem to arise from a desire for recognition and one's own dissatisfaction!! I will definitely continue to visit or order from this store... UPDATE: New hospitality, staff are friendly and helpful, food is delicious and fresh! If something isn't okay, you should contact the store directly. If the criticism is justified, a solution will definitely be found! Complainers might want to take a look at their own cooking skills! In any case, I would definitely like to come back!!!

Ordered there for the first time today! Half grilled chicken and half garlic chicken were really great. Caesar wrap very good and tasty. Gutsherrentopf (chicken soup) is simply good and a little treat for the soul. Onion rings with garlic sauce were also good to nibble on. The delivery person was also very nice. When you think of chicken dishes in Berlin, this is the first place that comes to mind! The grilled chicken is perfectly prepared and very tasty. I can highly recommend the chicken burgers.

Disaster I would even like to give 0 stars 1. Supplier was totally unfriendly, just a disaster And 2. The food was the worst food I've ever ordered in my life, and that's no exaggeration! I specifically called and asked that my bowl not be made spicy because I couldn't tolerate it. Delivery time was quite slow to be honest. If the food had been great, that wouldn't even be a problem. Unfortunately that wasn't it. Half of the chicken was just dry, coleslaw salad was not recognizable as such and certainly couldn't be compared. Broccoli nuggets consist exclusively of breading. I couldn't find any broccoli in it. I ordered through the Lieferando app. Offer 2 burgers for 1. I put the offer straight into the shopping cart and ordered a snack with it. A burger (+ side dish) was delivered. I called and they told me on the phone that there are currently a lot of calls coming through because people only got a burger. Probably had to put the burger in the shopping cart twice. Why is there an extra offer that you can put directly in your shopping cart? Of course the second burger won't be delivered because it's my own fault and I ordered wrong. Wouldn't have ordered here in the first place if it wasn't for the offer. Lesson learned, never again.

They sell by far the best chili cheese fries. I've never had better food and I always order it there. The burgers are also very tasty, but the chili cheese fries are amazing. Whenever I feel like burgers and fries I only order from there.

Worst chicken I've ever eaten. The fries were in the deep fryer for too long and were therefore hard + unsalted.

Nice shop, but that's about it. I used to order here regularly and moved away from Spandau. I was there in person after a few months and wanted to eat cordonbleu again. First shock when paying, almost 30 euros for 2 menus... 😅 At home 2nd shock... 1 cordonbleu, back then there were at least 2. So please, at that price it should at least be a big one instead of a popel. And the taste isn't the best either... To each his own, for me it was the last time.

Super tasty food, hamburgers are really great and also great toppings, the big fast food chains can take a leaf out of this!! Yesterday I tried the chicken section and I have to say that the food here was really good and, above all, the taste was top notch! If you want something different you can talk to people and then fulfill your wishes (...realistic ones of course!!) For some products you can watch how they are made or prepared. Staff really nice and above all friendly! The store itself is modern but quite friendly, bright and inviting! I just hope that the quality and service stays this way in the long term, then you'll be happy to come back or continue to order UPDATE: Nothing has changed in my previous review - the food is still of excellent quality for a "fast food" restaurant! It is always fresh and hot when you are there in person, when you eat there or when you pick it up you can watch the food you ordered being prepared and you can see how clean and tidy the work is! But if something actually isn't as expected, you can contact the employees and let them know the problem - they will always find a way to make the customer happy! Fast food is fun!! ☆☆☆☆☆

The food is really delicious, but what has been bothering me lately is the one employee with the black cap. He is very unfriendly and unfortunately behaves like a bouncer in a discotheque. People often avoid going on site because they make you feel very unwanted as a customer.

Ich habe gestern und vorgestern bei euch bestellt und war mehr als sehr zufrieden!!! Alles kam warm und knusprig an, die Speisen waren so gut und frisch als hätte ich vor Ort bestellt. Lieferung ging schnell, extra wünsche wurden angenommen und nichts wurde vergessen, wir haben quasi fast alles von der Karte bestellt, Burger, Wings, Pommes, Onion rings, Chili cheese Nuggets, Desserts ( Apfelstrudel und muffins ) usw. Alles war frisch zubereitet ohne zu fettig zu sein, nach langer Zeit waren wir mal mit einem Lieferdienst wirklich mit allem sehr zufrieden und konnten lecker essen und das gleich zwei Tage hintereinander 👏👏👏 danke und bis bald

Der neue Inhaber ist sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Die Mitarbeiter erfüllen jeden Wunsch. Die Wartezeit ist bei vollem Haus maximale 10min. Das Essen schmeckt sehr lecker und die Portionen recht groß. Soßen gibt's beim Menü dazu, echt lecker 😋

Gerade eben haben wir 2 Wraps, Pommes und Chili cheese Nuggets bestellt..WOOOOOOOWWW...Einfach nur WOW. Ehrlich jetzt das sind die besten Wraps die wir jemals gegessen haben und die Pommes auch voll Hammer. Vielen Dank Hühnerwald&Chef Burger

10/10 the best Healthy and delicious

Vom Ambiente enttäuscht, alles nur funktional, keine Fotos von fertigen Gerichten, keine Speisekarte über der Bedientheke. Bei der Speisekarte, die ich bei einem besetzten Tisch sah, waren die Preise unkenntlich gemacht worden. Es stellte sich dann heraus, dass die Preise astronomisch hoch sind. Essen war zwar ok, aber nun auch nicht berauschend. Einzig sehr gut war die Bedienung, höflich und sehr fix, trotz der vielen Bestellungen (Muttertag).

Ich habe da schon mehrmals über lieferando da bestellt.bisher wurde es sehr schnell und heiß geliefert. Meine Hendl waren immer perfekt durch.Das Fleisch fällt was von alleine vom Knochen und die Haut lecker gewürzt. 2x mal wurde leider eine Sache vergessen,aber nach einer kurzen Rücksprache per Telefon wurde der fehlende Artikel nachgeliefert und man bekommt noch was extra als Entschuldigung. Ich kann das Restaurant nur empfehlen und bestelle da gerne weiterhin.

Update, neue Bewirtschaftung, Hähnchen saftig und lecker. Burger schönes dickes Patty lecker Bun. Freundliches schnelles Personal. Gerne wieder.

Lecker Hühnchen und auch die Burger sind nicht zu verachten. Die Einrichtung ist eher praktisch als schön.

Leider nur mittelmäßig. Mitarbeiter sind nicht sehr freundlich. Hotdogs Würstchen sind mal gut mal gräulich, weil sie wohl zu lange warm gehalten werden. Pommes sind lecker, aber die bekommt man überall. Hähnchen kann man vergessen, die sind jedes Mal zäh also nicht frisch. Nur die Geflügel Hamburger schmecken einigermaßen. Schade, ein bisschen mehr Mühe geben, vielleicht wird es dann doch was.

Die Standard Burger Buns, die es mittlerweile in jedem x-beliebigen türkisch geführten Laden gibt. Sie schmecken einfach nicht gut… Und zum Rinderbacon sag ich jetzt mal nicht mehr als ganz oder garnicht :D wo sind die guten alten Burgerläden hin? :*(
