Howwemer Pizza Kebap Haus in Lampertheim

What we received today was absolutely irresponsible and dangerous. We ordered a kebab plate, but all we received was a mountain of raw meat drenched in sauce, without any salad. For €11, this is simply outrageous, not to mention that raw meat is an acute health hazard. I immediately called the restaurant to point this out. Instead of listening or apologizing, the employee addressed me in an extremely rude manner. He simply told me I could pick up my money. When I pointed out that I would report the incident to the health department, he completely lost it. Shortly afterward, he even appeared at our doorstep, furious, completely unprofessional. He gave us back the money, but demanded the food back, obviously afraid that I would turn it over as evidence. As he left, he said he would never supply us again, "not even for a million euros." It's clear to me: This kind of behavior is completely unprofessional and has no place in the restaurant industry. I will never order from here again and would advise everyone not to eat there.

It takes forever to deliver! After 2 hours instead of the stated 50 minutes, the pizza arrived cold....

Simply terrible food. The doner meat is cooked in a pizza oven. Very, very dry. The flatbread is rock-hard and could be used for discus throwing. Hygiene standards are also not maintained during preparation. No thanks!!!

I had to wait 2 hours for my pizza as if that wasn't enough, the pizza must have had a diarrhea effect half of it thrown away and stomach cramps diarrhea luckily I didn't eat everything

I'm really angry! I order from there almost once a week (€25-45), and yesterday was another bad day! The yufka and the lamacun were so underfilled that they bent over with the foil wrapped around them. I even ordered extra meat for the yufka and paid for it, of course. When I got there, the salad and vegetables were just mush. It's often not ideal, but I don't want to complain all the time, but yesterday was the worst. I won't order again. I already took a two-year break and gave it another try after the restart, but now it's over!

The order was placed at 7:42 PM with a delivery time of 44 minutes. I called at 8:57 PM and was told someone was on their way. (The journey takes about 10 minutes.) At 9:59 PM, no one was there yet. We've always been very satisfied and the food was good, but this is simply outrageous!

Everything is freshly prepared, friendly staff and if you eat there you usually get tea on the house too

Small inconspicuous rotisserie restaurant/snack bar. Really, I have never eaten such a tasty, crispy vegie Lamacun with sheep's cheese. You can eat at the snack bar or pick it up. I heard people drive miles to eat there. The snack bar is clean, sparsely furnished. Was once an economy. The ambience belies the quality… give it a try

We have now ordered schnitzel for the 3rd time, simply the best schnitzel we have ever ordered😍👍🏽 price performance top! The salad that comes with it is always made with love.

I'm very disappointed! After the “Loyalty Offer” flyer landed in our mailbox, my husband wanted to get kebab for €5 today. After the kebabs were ready, they suddenly said that they had changed their minds, the offer was withdrawn and the original price had to be paid. Unfortunately, my husband was so hungry that he bought the kebabs anyway! Never again! Unfortunately you have lost loyal customers!

We were here again 3 days ago and were very positively surprised by the motivation. Unfortunately, dead pants have been the order of the day lately. Now you can feel life here again. But I really have to say the dishes were amazing at the beginning. We invited friends from Mannheim for the meal and they were thrilled. Now I say, yes, if I don't have time to cook something, I'll go. The fries were crispy, the pizza was great, what happened to the recipes? As I said, the motivation is back, please still rush the old recipes

Whether pizza or kebab, we were always very enthusiastic. Today we got pizza, but unfortunately we lacked the enthusiasm. In our opinion, the recipe for the dough has changed to the detriment. The pizza tasted like it came from the supermarket refrigerated counter. It's a shame!!

I've had better kebabs, 6 euros for a large kebab with a slice of tomato, a bit of meat that tastes good, a bit of cabbage and sauce where you have to look. Simply too expensive for what's inside.

Always good food and friendly owners are always happy to come by.

Bester Döner und Pizza ,Pide im Ort Preise und Bedienung super. Ambiente/Einrichtung im Lokal ist alt und nicht sehr einladend zum vor Ort essen aber zum mitnehmen passt das

War am Anfang top, jetzt ein flop. Hat extrem nachgelassen. Geschmacklich ok, aber am Anfang viel besser. Verlangt für extra Soße extrem viel (und das nach 21 Uhr, wo der Rest der Soße eh in den Müll fliegt...) Habe einen döner bestellt und eine kleine Portion Pommes mit extra Soße. Theoretisch 7.50 Euro, bezahlt habe ich 9 Euro wegen der extra Soße. Frechheit! Und die extra Soße aufm döner habe ich suchen müssen! Naja, vielleicht trägt die Konkurrenz im Umkreis dazu bei, dass der howwemer döner wieder besser wird!
