After a successful purchase we went to HOTVOLEE. We ordered freshly prepared burgers with a delicious sauce and fries that were very crispy and well seasoned. I can recommend the burgers.

We were here on a Monday and the outlet wasn't busy. Accordingly, we were lucky in the restaurant. I don't think it's a bad idea to order at the counter. Always these people who don't tolerate the concepts of the restaurants. The burgers and fries were extremely tasty. They were also very familiar with my gluten-free version. Very tasty lettuce leaves instead of the bun. Service very friendly. Can't complain

Burger good, service in loose sweatpants… You didn't really feel welcome. Upper floor closed for unknown reasons.

I chose the restaurant before visiting the Village and went there full of anticipation. There were 3 groups of people standing around in the entrance area. The tables on the ground floor were all occupied. On the upper floor all the tables were completely free. No staff to be seen at first. So we stood at the counter to order our food. After about 5 minutes an employee came and wanted to know how many of us there were. We told him that it was just the two of us. We were then informed that the groups waiting in the entrance area were ahead of us and that the upper floor was closed We should wait in the entrance area for about 20 minutes. If something is full, I understand if all capacity is exhausted, but here most of the tables are on the upper floor and are not opened. Since we didn't feel like waiting and having the groups waiting after us watch us eat, we moved on. We left the restaurant after about 8 minutes, during which time no one came to the counter to take orders. A man was waiting to order a Coke with his meal. Pretty much the worst service I've ever experienced

- Due to a "shortage of skilled workers" only a few dishes were available on the menu. - The shortage of skilled workers seems to relate more to kitchen staff; The - really very friendly - service staff was plentiful, but seemed rather underutilized. - From ordering two burgers with fries to delivery it took 30 minutes. - During these 30 minutes you could watch the lady at the kitchen counter assembling burgers with gloved hands, gesticulating with tomato slices while talking to her colleague, then using the same gloved hands several times to adjust her ponytail, wipe and pull up her pants, get to grips with the scratching my upper arms and then putting burgers back together again; This sight then also shaped the perception of the ambience. - The burgers were quite tasty, but the waiting time and the insight into the kitchen could have been reduced.

Even though the entire upstairs area was empty, we were turned away.

I would like to give minus stars, but unfortunately that's not possible. If I'm too lazy to work, I'll close the store❗❗❗

The burgers and loaded fries are awesome. Unfortunately there is no service and you have to order everything yourself. There are no cocktails, but the food is wonderful. Unfortunately, what you can't do is pre-order (they don't have WhatsApp/phone). So if you want to take it away, you have to wait 20 minutes.

On my journey today on the A3, I took a lunch break in Wertheim Village, an outlet center near Würzburg. There I discovered the Hotvolee restaurant. Without thinking twice, I ordered the Bacon Cheezy Burger and a homemade coleslaw. Both were excellent: the burger was juicy and perfectly seasoned, the coleslaw was fresh and tasty. So if you're traveling on the A3, near Würzburg or shopping in Wertheim Village, I can highly recommend a visit to Hotvolee. I will definitely come back.

I only ordered one french fry, after 20 minutes I asked where it was and only after asking was my fries prepared in the kitchen.

The burgers are very tasty, you can tell that they are good meat from a butcher shop. The fries were also delicious and cross and the service was very friendly.

Although there are tables available on an entire floor, you have to wait until a guest on the lower floor who is still eating leaves the table to get a seat. Unbelievable. No service!!!

Waited forever for food (almost an hour), even though there were hardly any guests there. And burgers and fries are actually standard food. It's rather inconvenient in an outlet if you waste time waiting for food. For this reason we will not go here again.

If only we had read the reviews before we went in here. It's sad that at 6 p.m. there isn't much left, just the "small menu". If I look at the other reviews, it's not a problem that only occurred today. So there was no choice. Although there were at least 4 employees in the house, one of whom could certainly have gotten the missing items. The upper area was cordoned off and 2-3 tables were occupied downstairs, so you can't overwork yourself. But sure, if two of them just sit there and look at their cell phones, one is in the kitchen and the last one is friendly serving customers and clearing tables. You don't have to understand why people here make you look like a posh restaurant (by waiting at the door until someone comes, even though you're supposed to order at the counter yourself). The burgers themselves were okay... but the concept with the coffee filter? What exactly does that mean? Oh and repairing lamps would also be a measure, you feel a bit like you're at a disco.

Bought food for €45, brought it to the table myself (2 waitress probably didn't feel like it) and now I'm leaving here hungry again, probably to the pasta/pizza restaurant.

We wanted to eat burgers today at around 6:30 p.m., but we were told that the last burger patties were on the grill for today. Even though the village is open until 8 p.m., we didn't get anything to eat. The employee was friendly; Unfortunately that doesn't change the result.

It's a disaster... They're not at all prepared to serve the amount of customers. Over 1 hour waiting time for 3 hamburgers? Real? If you have a lot of time, you can try it. Otherwise I would strongly advise against it!!!!

It was ok, had to wait 35 minutes but the fries were surprisingly tasty and the burger was a 7.5/10. 63€ for 3 burgers with fries is a justified price due to the good fries.

Went there at 6:30 p.m., you were asked straight away if you wanted to eat something, then you were told that there was nothing left. To be honest, I think it's a shame not to offer food 1 1/2 hours before closing time. The next time I'm here and there's something to eat, we'll adjust the rating.

The service was very slow, I don't understand why it takes half an hour to prepare a burger. The waitress with short hair had a very bad attitude.

Hygienically bad! The fact that you can/should eat a burger with your hands doesn't mean that you should prepare it that way - or that every ingredient has to go through 3 pairs of hands before it lands on the bun and is flattened there again with your hands: the preparation (sitting directly in front of the viewing window) was carried out by 3 people, none of whom used pliers or gloves - but did use their cell phones from time to time. The only thing that wasn't grabbed and squeezed repeatedly by multiple people was the hot patty. Hygienically a no-go. The taste is okay, but then again rather bad for the price. Tip: hygiene training for everyone or brick up the viewing window to the kitchen.

You choose a table and then order at the counter at the entrance. We were immediately told how long it would take. There is a small outdoor area with about 8 tables and an indoor area on 2 levels. I had fish and chips, although the fish tasted very unseasoned. Otherwise it was OK. The pulled pork was very tasty. The toilets are upstairs and were OK. The pleasant thing is that the outside area is somewhat separated by plants and not everyone is looking at your plate.

€3.80 on the terrace for a cappuccino in a paper cup. Simply a disgrace. Cups are only available inside. Never again

Very good food with very nice staff. However, the restaurant is very popular and therefore there is a lot going on here. We waited a relatively long time for the food and the price for 1 drink, a cheeseburger, a normal burger and fries was almost €30.

Food quality has gone down a lot. The meat, sauce, etc not tasty anymore. ketchup and mayo is some cheap brand and tasteless. Never again.

It looks so delicious, I feel happy and lighthearted. I tried to go in, but with a heavy heart. came out Even if you ask in German, they keep speaking in English. Service was nice, the fries were very tasty but we were quite disappointed with the burgers. We had a cheeseburger with double beef, unfortunately the meat was completely dry and you didn't notice much of the cheese. The second burger with crunchy chicken wasn't that great either. The meat patty appeared to be a ready-made frozen product made from shredded chicken with breading. Given the great reviews, we had hoped for much more. It's ok as a lunch option while shopping.

Getting into the restaurant wasn't challenging without reservation even during the peak lunch hour. The food hasn't arrived after ordering for 35 min. I went to check if the food is coming or they got forgotten. The "manager" came and asked what's wrong and explained to us that they aren't sleeping but rather working hard. I said I understood. But he went on to add that they are not McDonald's the food doesn't lie there and wait for people to order. The rudeness of his explanation came through to me quite well even with his not so good English.

Seems unclean, unfriendly, overwhelmed staff. When we asked that we didn't want to sit directly next to the kitchen, but would rather prefer one of the 4 free tables on the gallery, we were told: the table or none!

Never had such a delicious burger before. I will eat there again on my next visits. The only thing that's a bit annoying is that you have to go order your food. If there is a lot going on, then I can understand this concept.

Staff were friendly, great concept. We often go out for burgers, although I have to say that with a self-service concept in a restaurant in a shopping area, I assume that I won't have to wait 35 minutes for fries and a burger like the one below. Of course, I'm aware that I'm not in a fast food store, but I'm actually here to shop. In addition, we were surprised when placing the order because we were not even asked about the doneness. But then it was self-explanatory, as you can hardly fry a 1cm thick slice of meat until medium rare. We also ordered a low carb burger. We were given a tray full of lettuce with a meat patty on it. We actually imagine something different under this order, as we know it differently from other stores. We would have wished that there could at least be a tomato or an onion, etc. on the patty. After all, your eyes eat with you :-) I have to say that this meal order with a cola cost us almost €30. We were very shocked when we received the tray with the lettuce and the patty. Our rating does not mean that we do not recommend your business, but we do think there is room for improvement when it comes to food. We look forward to perhaps being convinced of something better another time.

Burger restaurant in Wertheim Village. I noticed the takeaway sale at the store from outside. Friendly reception, short waiting times. For the menu I had the chilly cheese burger with the chilly cheese fries. The taste was really good and round, but the meat didn't blow me away 100%. All in all, recommended for a tasty stopover between shopping.

Wir waren am Samstag dort um nach dem Shopping etwas zu Essen.Als wir im Laden waren ,es war sehr voll ,kam ein Mitarbeiter der uns mitteilte das es voll ist und wir in 20 Minuten wieder kommen sollen, daraufhin erwiderte ich” was wenn wieder Leute vor uns im Laden auf ein Tisch warten” er sagte ja es wird immer wieder was frei.Ich musste ihm den Vorschlag machen “dann warten wir hier bis was frei wird” er sagte “in Ordnung “ Als nach ca 15 Minuten ein Tisch frei wurde bekamen wir ein Tisch im Erdgeschoss Bereich zugewiesen.Nach ca 10 Minuten kam noch immer kein Keller, darauf beschloss ich Richtung Kasse zugehen und siehe da sah ich ein Schrift “Order here”! Nun gut bin erste mal hier wusste nicht , der Mitarbeiter oder die Kellnerin mit frustriertem Gesicht haette mir es sagen können als sie das Besteck gebracht hatte. Als ich die order gab sah ich ein schreiben an der Kasse , das aufgrund Personal Mangel bedingt durch krankheiten es zur Verzögerungen bei der Bestellung bzw nicht alle Menüs bestellt werden können. Als wir nach ca 20 Minuten immer noch nicht unsere 2 Hamburger bekommen haben und meine Frsu bemerkt hat das 2 andere Gäste die NACH uns das gleiche bestellt haben vor uns die Bestellung bekommen haben, beschloss ich den Mitarbeiter nach ca 5 min.auszusprechen warum die anderen nach uns bestellt haben vor uns bekommen haben! Er ging zur Küche und kam mit der Antwort “Alles ist in Ordnung, das kann nicht sein das die anderen vor uns bedient worden sind” Ich hatte keine Lust auf Diskussionen mit ihm und wir warteten Geduldig auf das Essen noch weitere ca 8 min. Die gestresste Bedienung als hätte man sie Geschlagen gab die Hamburger und ging. Ich kann verstehen das Engpässe gibt , nur wenn du ein Laden betreibst und Kundenabhängig bist dann sollte man schon trotzdem ein bisschen souveräner an die Sache rangehen , der Laden ist nicht gerade billig , dann erwartet man schon besseren Service! Was mich ein bisschen gewundert hat, das der Mitarbeiter meine Bestellung vor den anderen als eine falsche Behauptung angedeutet hat.Ich bin kein Mensch der sich sofort beschwert nur es ärgert einen wenn man was sagt und die Wahrheit wird verdreht.Es kann mal passieren, das in der Küche aufgrund von Stress Verwechselungen oder Verspätungen passieren, man kann ja sagen “sorry aber ein Fehler ist passiert und macht ihn gut”! Ich habe leider ein schlechten Eindruck vom Personal und würde auch wenn das Fleisch Lecker schmeckt nicht noch mal dies Laden besuchen. Good food, but unfortunately instead of vegan paddy we were given a meat paddy and the excuse for this was very timid or almost non-existent. We then got the dish again 5 minutes later, but the seasoning for the fries was completely forgotten. Good food but unfortunately not good dealing with customers when you make your own mistakes.

Very friendly staff. The fries were very tasty. There were two of us and we had a total of 4 burgers, 1x fries and two small drinks. The food came very quickly. I had Tiga Pig chips. Long waiting time. The meat was cold. The sauce wasn't homemade. My husband had BBQ bacon and fries for 4.90 euros. The portion was very small. The burger was cold and didn't live up to the price. The waiter brought us 2 espressos as a consolation. That was very nice😊

Really one of the best burgers I've ever eaten... the team is absolutely friendly and accommodating... everything is clean and inviting and the concept is great and the price is absolutely fair... We'll be back!

Completely unexpectedly, I ate the best burger of my life while shopping (Fishers Fritz). Ditto. my son (Cheezy). Very dedicated and friendly service. All clean. Tip, great!

Had lunch here. The food tasted very good, I had the cheese bacon burger and chilli cheese fries. The burger was perfect except that it was a little dry. Since there was mayo and ketchup at the table, this could be compensated for. The fries themselves were convincing, but the chilli cheese sauce was disappointing. It wasn't particularly "cheezy" or intense in taste. The ambience is reminiscent of a canteen, but unfortunately the prices are more like a real restaurant (burgers around €10-12 and chilli cheese fries €6). Overall, I liked it a lot, and the friendly service made sure of that.

Wir wurden leider durch den grauenhaften Service abgestreckt. Wir haben voller Vorfreude einen Cheeseburger und eine Pommes to go bestellt.( waren to go Nr.1) Nach ca. 25 Minuten warten fragten wir höflich nach, wie lange es den ca noch dauern würde. Da wurden wir schon von der rothaarigen Servicekraft angepumpt wir wären ja nicht bei mc Donalds und sie hätte uns ja über die Wartezeit aufgeklärt( leider war dem nicht so). Als dann weiter 10 Minuten vergingen und Leute die weit nach uns bestellt hatten ihr Essen bekamen, haben ich und auch drei weiter Kunden ihr Geld zurückgefordert. Dies hat auch geklappt. Zur Krönung wurden wir dann noch verbal abgegangen und beleidigt von der servicekraft absolutes No-Go. Da bin ich echt froh das ich einfach ein entspannten bummeltag verbringen wollte, sonst wäre ich mal kurz über die Theke gehüpft

Guter Laden mit kleinem „aber“: Kurz vorab: Ich bin kein Burger-Fan. Allerdings war der Burger hier ganz gut. Meinem Chilli-Cheese Burger hätte etwas mehr Sauce gut getan. Jedoch sind Geschmäcker immer subjektiv. Meine Begleitung war von dem Hamburger ebenso überzeugt. Die Pommes waren heiß und knusprig. Sehr gut war die Mitarbeiterin! Extrem freundlich und zuvorkommend! Nun mein kleines aber: Das Ambiente ist recht ungemütlich und lädt nicht zum verweilen ein. Der Raum ist sehr hellhörig und hat die Atmosphäre einer Kantine. Zudem ist der Preis relativ sportlich für ein Essen in einem Outlet. Trotzdem eine Empfehlung!

Sehr leckerer Burger man schmeckt die Qualität, Fleisch und Brioche sehr hochwertig und der Salat knackig 🍔 Auch die Chips waren sehr knusprig und frisch. 🍟 Der Service war toll, die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Immer wieder gerne nach einer anstrengenden Shopping Tour! 🛍️

Cooles modernes Burgerrestaurant mit kleiner, aber feiner Speisekarte. Service sehr freundlich. Leider waren die Burger etwas trocken, vor allem das Fleisch war sehr durchgebraten und dadurch zu trocken. Es hat schmeckt, als würde die Soße auf dem Burger fehlen. Dafür waren die Pommes sehr gut, Minz-Mayo Dip auch sehr zu empfehlen.

Wir hatten den Cheeseburger und den holymoly. Sehr saftig und die Pommes waren perfekt knusprig. Personal ist überaus freundlich und man merkt, dass sie sich bemühen. Bleib dabei 👍✌️

Also ich finde es geschmacklich nach wie vor sehr lecker. Allerdings kann ich mich vielen anschließen die das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis bemängeln. Denn das Burgerbrötchen is gefühlt kleiner als zu Beginn, von einem Burger mit Beilage werde ich nicht mal mehr annähernd satt. Und das bei dem Preis. Gerade die Beilagen empfinde ich als wirklich sehr wenig für den Preis. Entweder diesen gefühlten fingergutgroßen Krautsalat oder diese handvoll Fritten die man mit auf den Teller bekommt. Da sollte man entweder die Portion vergrößern oder die Preise senken. Vll ist der Standort auch teuer von den Kosten her und man versucht so den maximalen Ertrag zu erwirtschaften, aber kundenfreundlich finde ich es nicht. Das man nicht reservieren kann ist auch gewissermaßen ärgerlich, gerade wenn man von außerhalb kommt. Und da möchte ich den Lieferservice auch nicht testen, denn bei einem Burger der 10 Minuten oder länger unterwegs ist, kann ich mir nicht vorstellen dass das Brötchen noch in einem guten Zustand ist, aber das ist nur meine eigene Ansicht und ich kann mich täuschen. Im Großen und Ganzen ist das Hotvolee leider kein Magnet mehr für mich um dort extra zum Essen hinzugehen. Ich weiß jedes Restaurant/Lokal lebt vom Umsatz und dem Gewinn, aber wenn man weiter an den Portionen so spart, könnte das auch nach hinten los gehen.

Das erste Mal "hier im" Lokal was gegessen und sehr positiv überrascht. Von der Bedienung über das Essen war alles sehr gut. Ich komme gerne wieder.

Zentral gelegen, direkt am ZOB mitten in Marktheidenfeld. Gemütliche Atmosphäre. Gute Burger 🍔, Pommes 🍟 und andere Snacks. Nette und freundliche Bedienung.

Sehr leckeres Essen. Der Burger war unfassbar lecker und sah mega aus!!

So lala… war heute nicht so begeistert. Bei der Currywurst hat die Bratwurst sehr komisch ausgesehen und geschmeckt bzw. komisch gerochen als wäre sie verdorben. Den ColeSlaw haben wir leider gar nicht essen können. Pommes waren klasse. Trotzdem werden wir dort nicht mehr bestellen.
