We stayed at this hotel for the second time. It was only for one night, but you can safely stay longer. A quiet atmosphere decorated with great attention to detail. The breakfast is very varied and delicious. We would love to come back next year.

A very nice cozy hotel. The rooms are very clean and comfortably furnished. My dog ​​also felt very comfortable here. The food (evening and breakfast) is delicious and fresh. The staff overall, be it reception or kitchen, is friendly and helpful. If I'm ever in the area again, I'll 100% stay here again. Only recommended.

No, due to two events in the hotel, the restaurant was off-limits to normal hotel guests in the evening without the guest being informed in advance. Note from the service staff: you should drive into town.

Always worth a trip. Come to Frankfurt at least once a year to visit friends and home and this hotel is simply a must. Everything just fits. Starting from the service, the rooms, the ambience up to the breakfast. All in all, we always feel really comfortable and in good hands here. For us, a clear 5 star rating.

I had a really bad experience with the hotel. When I came to the hotel one of the employees asked me if I could help them with cleaning dishes. It was so inappropriate that at first I was so in shock snd agreed to help. It was later when I realised that he probably assumed that if I’m from Poland I’m must be a blue collar worker. He seemed to be really surprised when to his question about ny job I told him that I’ve never worked in gastronomy and in fact that I’m an academic. It’s a bit of a pity that people still use this kind of stereotypes… Apart from that I have to admit that the hotel offers a very good quality of the accommodation. But because of my personal experience I will not recommend it to others. In addition: I came to the hotel before check-in, true. But it was after 12am, not like the owner wrote, before 11am. I didn’t demand earlier check-in. I simply asked about it. The owner also skipped the information about my second question that concerned the possibility of leaving my luggage at the hotel without earlier check-in.

We ordered a family breakfast for our wedding anniversary. Absolutely fresh, rich breakfast buffet, very friendly and courteous service and a cozy atmosphere. Children could play on the in-house playground. Absolutely recommended! We would definitely like to come back. Lange family

The decor of the hotel is extremely tasteful, and the management of the house is very nice and attentive. Quiet location, wonderful breakfast area with an excellently stocked buffet. If there is anything to criticize at all, it is the lack of parking spaces.

I have stayed at the Hotel&Restaurant Frankfurt-Oder many times and am more than satisfied. Very friendly staff and very clean rooms. I can recommend the hotel without reservation and we would be happy to come back.

After we were called by the hotel a week before our planned arrival over Christmas 2022, (we had already booked directly on site a whole year in advance and, as discussed, I asked again 3 months before arrival whether our booking was valid and this was confirmed!! !) and we were told that we couldn't come because they booked the holiday apartment twice, I can only rate it negatively. Even a year later, this still annoys me. Something like this simply shouldn't happen to a hotel, especially since the lady on the phone didn't sound very sorry. At Christmas we suddenly found ourselves without a holiday home in our hometown with our children and dog, even though, as I said, we had booked a whole year in advance. Thanks again! Feedback on your answer: If you want to avoid negative reviews, you should perhaps simply communicate openly with your guests. Strangely, not a word was said about the fact that you couldn't accommodate us due to force majeure such as the accommodation of doctors etc. Why not? It just said: You can't come, we accidentally booked the room twice." So if the reasons mentioned below were actually responsible for what happened, then we probably wouldn't have given a negative rating. Everyone would probably understand that!! So just deal with them If you speak openly to guests, then this won't happen. And no, we weren't offered another holiday apartment, only 2 small double rooms which we couldn't take because we were self-catering.

Nice, very clean room, big enough with a good bed. TV could have been bigger. Employees consistently friendly and accommodating. Free parking spaces available. I liked it.

We had a problem on the road heading back home ( Poland-Netherland) with the car , and we ended up on this hotel . Amazing room for 3 . Staff was really helpful and friendly. Nothing bad or wrong to point out . Clean room , clean toilet , clean hotel , ..... nice breakfast 😋. Top . Thanks for having us 🙏
