We had a very pleasant stay in a spacious room. The balcony offered enough space for two chairs and a table.

I ate on the terrace with my husband today. I was appalled. The schnitzel was frozen, ground meat. I asked the waiter, and he replied, "We only serve frozen food here." I'm laughing my head off. €20 for frozen schnitzel, never again. It's a shame, because the location is really great. So please only consume drinks there.

Our room was very clean and the bed comfortable. The hotel staff were also very friendly and helpful. A particularly positive aspect: after I emailed the day before that we would be arriving before 3:00 PM, we were able to check in and go to our room earlier. That was perfect for us. The hotel is located directly on the Rhine, and we had a balcony facing the river.

The hotel has a great location on the Rhine with a beautiful view. The beds and room were impeccable. Only the breakfast could be better for the price. Scrambled eggs in the bowl were burnt and dried out. I'm not entirely happy about that.

Not recommended. Unfriendly service at check-in and check-out – why, exactly? The room was extremely warm and faced the parking lot. With the window open, it was almost unbearable: ship engines, slamming car doors, and early-morning trucks beeping. And then there were paper cups for coffee in the room – really? Cheap and anything but sustainable. For me: once and never again.

Rooms are dirty, beds are very bad, mattress with blood stains, staff does not mind but normally never heard anything from the hotel again after contacting them about a compensation but never heard anything again

The hotel has a beautiful location right on the Rhine. But it's no longer clean or well-maintained. The carpets are stained, and weeds are growing on the balcony. The bathroom still has a shower/bathtub. We were disappointed, especially for €160 per night.

This hotel is a great starting point for a bike tour we were there with friends. The rooms were very nice. Only if you are traveling as a group you should always book a table otherwise it won't work and you will be sitting alone

Good complaint management, turning an otherwise poor review into a good one. Initial technical problems with the room were handled very poorly. The following morning, the hotel's charm and experience made things better. Beautiful location – perfect for water sports enthusiasts. Lovely terrace on the Rhine. A straightforward menu. Breakfast was plentiful (unfortunately, so was the price: €17.50).

I'll start with the positive: The hotel is in a great location: right on the Rhine with a view of the river. The breakfast buffet is extensive and good; even at breakfast, you can enjoy the view of the Rhine. A good destination for cyclists. Bikes can be parked and charged in the underground garage. The hotel team is friendly and strives to fulfill all guest wishes: the youngest ones still have a few things to learn here and there... It was a shame that, despite the perfect weather, the terrace was "actually" closed... All the cushions had already been removed by 6:30 p.m.... Despite our request, there was no response... But we were "allowed" to stay. The terrace was well-filled. I would have liked more accommodatingness here. But here's a compliment to the young lady with the long hair: always on top of things and attentive to the guest.... A young man should do a little "improvement" here. Breakfast service team: top-notch! The service at reception was also top-notch. About the hotel: as I said... great location. The building is a bit dated. The carpets are a particular testament to this. Very difficult: the "showers"... If you have health or mobility restrictions, it becomes very problematic and even dangerous to step over the high edge of the bathtub. Even the small "barrier" placed on the edge of the tub doesn't keep out much splash water. The makeup mirror is probably designed for very short people and couldn't be fixed in place. All in all, it was a good stay. Thank you very much.

Everything is very straightforward here. 😉 Unfortunately, there are very few free parking spaces directly at the hotel. We'd still be happy to come back.

Nice view over the Rhine. Center within walking distance. Too bad that if you want to order a drink platter or cheese platter in the evening around 19:00, they refer you to the snack machine for a bag of chips or candy while the kitchen is just open.

We are a cycling group (3 couples) and were greeted very warmly and comprehensively by the receptionist on duty, Mr. Tolun, both when booking our room over the phone and upon arrival at the hotel. A hearty breakfast, professional, friendly service, and an unbeatable location are what set this hotel apart. We'll be back!

The reception staff is very friendly. The apartment is very nice. Unfortunately, there was a lot of dust everywhere, and the basic kitchen equipment left a lot to be desired. Unfortunately, essentials like kitchen towels, dish soap, and dishcloths were missing. Otherwise, we felt very comfortable.

We were only here to eat. Service was very slow even though there were hardly any customers present. Food is cheap but the taste is not very convincing. Location very good.

As soon as you check in you notice that the hotel is getting old. There are shabby spots everywhere and if you look in the corners you will find dust and dirt everywhere. Then the same thing in the room. Not contemporary and not comfortable. To our surprise we had two beds apart. After asking at the reception, we were told that the entire hotel only has single beds, after all you have to do justice to every guest and not every man/woman necessarily wants to lie in the same bed with their partner (strange statement). But we could push the beds together - that's what we did, which meant that the huge number of light switches were now right near the head, so that every time we moved, some light was accidentally switched on. It's very nice that you have two small bottles of water in your room - but it's bad when a bottle has already been opened and it can be proven that you've drunk it. So back to reception... Explanation: the house has been very full lately and the staff can't manage to check everything (not possible!!!). However, I was kind enough to receive a new small bottle of water (as a small compensation it could have been a large bottle). The dirty ashtray from the previous guest (or whoever) was still on the balcony. The bathroom is ok, although the bathtub should urgently be replaced with a shower. Despite the shower screen, showering in the tub is only possible if the entire bathroom is flooded. The breakfast was ok, but at €17.50 per person the price was totally exorbitant. All in all, we wouldn't want to stay here again. The restaurant "RheinArt" that belongs to the hotel is a complete disaster - more on that in the rating for the restaurant.

I liked everything very much! Style, furnishings, sauna, cleanliness, view... But: Unfortunately, the wellness area opens very late. I've never experienced that in any hotel before. If you stay one night, you don't have any benefit because you check out at 11 a.m. Very inconvenient.

The hotel is located directly on the Rhine promenade, the rooms are well furnished, the beds are comfortable, only a shower in the daylight bathroom instead of a shower tray would have been nice. In addition to a flat-screen TV and a safe, there was also a minibar and a coffee machine. There are enough sockets near the bed and at the desk. The view (Deluxe Room Rheinblick) is magnificent. The food in the restaurant tasted good. The service in the restaurant and at the reception was very friendly and competent.

Right on the Rhine❤️small, cozy town combined with this extraordinarily well-kept hotel - a great break - the dog was also lovingly welcomed... Big praise to the staff for any extra requests🥰I'll be happy to come back here and recommend it to others🍀🍀🍀

Place is ok. The employees in the back office are probably very unfriendly and smoke longer. 03/13/25 (response to operator feedback) - I believe you that you also want to show your employees in the best light - but in my case it wasn't like that, it was just before 8 p.m. in the evening - I wasn't the only guest who spent over 10 minutes in the empty foyer waiting for someone to either check in or give information. Then the 2 younger, thin girls in black came from outside with a very dissatisfied expression on their faces - the guests next to me were completely ignored by the girl with pointed facial features. And when I asked how I got to the parking garage - I was told very negatively - "they have to greet me beforehand" and left me without an answer and took care of the other guests. Shortly afterwards the lady who was there for the next few days (her dog was later also in the back office) came and kindly explained everything. I think you know who I'm talking about, because they know your employees. So sorry - it wasn't service - especially so arrogant to meet a pregnant woman. Good It's not the hotel industry - guests are not welcomed like this. This dubious behavior from the younger employees got the middle-aged lady out, please be happy that you have the woman. P.S. The young woman was so arrogant not only to me, but also to another younger colleague (long dark blonde hair in a braid) from the restaurant - who came to the back office in response to a request. The colleague from the back office was also louder and just as arrogant towards her. You can disagree with me forever, but it is a fact.

Parking was very annoying, had to really look for a place, but we managed anyway 🤗 Beautiful view of the boats passing by on the Rhine was nice! The restaurant decor is a bit boring and bare! Excellent bedroom was well furnished, everything was there 💕 nice gift on the bed ⭐️ Blanket on bed was very small, it could be bigger 🤗 The restaurant food was delicious, really fantastic and worth 5 ⭐️, breakfast also delicious

Top hotel in a best location. Directly on the Rhine within walking distance of the old town, very professional, hospitable and competent team, excellent breakfast - both the selection and the taste and quality of the individual products. Rooms very comfortable and even with minibar and safe, overall very clean. Free parking at the house and nearby. An old German hotel in the best sense of the word - we felt really comfortable and would have liked to have stayed longer

The friendliness at reception can be improved. We arrived before 3 p.m. and were turned away, even though the hotel had a maximum of 15 rooms. Our room was certainly ready. The room was very small. Likewise the bathroom and only with a bathtub. Not suitable for older people like us. The breakfast is basically OK. My wife was missing one thing or another. The rolls are very good and still fresh in the evening. The a la carte dinner is overpriced and offers very little choice.

Spent two days in my favorite hotel. As always, I received a very warm welcome. I feel welcome and that's good for the soul. A big thank you to the whole team, to you my friends. I got a room here for one night at short notice because the hotel I originally booked was already fully booked. I unknowingly forgot my eBook. It was sent to my home without asking. That made me very happy. And I would like to thank you very much for that. A greeting to the team

The hotel is located a few steps from the Rhine and a 5-minute walk from the center of Rees. The promenade is very beautiful, has plenty of seating and invites you to take a walk and linger. In Rees there are Lidl, Aldi, Rewe and many small shops. Also bakeries where you can have a nice coffee.

Clean and quiet room, friendly staff. Equipment appropriate to the level. In the morning, the Rhine in front of the door invites you to take a walk.

In August we booked a total of 23 rooms in this hotel for ourselves and our guests for our wedding. Unfortunately, none of the agreements previously made with our wedding planner and the hotel were kept. For no apparent reason, none of our guests were allowed to check in early, even though this had been requested and discussed well in advance. On the other hand, guests who urgently needed to get to the room with a small child after a three-hour journey were asked to pay an additional fee. In addition, our guests were denied the previously promised opportunity to freshen up in the wellness area for no reason. Instead, they had to change in a conference room with no privacy. The promised special conditions simply didn't exist - we ended up paying more than if we had reserved the rooms through booking portals like Booking. In addition, nothing was known about previously explicitly booked and necessary room requests when checking in. To make matters worse, the rooms were in a shabby condition, stuffy and without cooling facilities (air conditioning/fan). The lack of hot tap water was also reported to reception, but the problem remained unsolved. It was also very disappointing and unprofessional that we as a bride and groom were not greeted as such at the hotel. Especially considering the fact that we had booked 23 rooms over several days. We will have extremely negative memories of the unprofessional treatment and lack of customer orientation of this company.

I was a guest at the Hotel “Rheinpark” in Rees over the weekend! I would like to thank the very attentive staff, whether at the reception or in service. The breakfast buffet was excellently put together and of excellent quality. Even fresh honey dripping from the honeycombs. The rooms were very clean! Unfortunately the shower is not barrier-free! I could enjoy the view of the Rhine from the room and the balcony. I visited the wellness area on the 4th floor and had a fantastic time with the whirlpool and the relaxation loungers View of the Rhine. You could also relax on the couch area in front of the fireplace. In short: I felt very comfortable and am looking forward to the next visit!

Eir spent a wonderful weekend at the Hotel Rheinpark in Rees. The hotel's service was impeccable and very hospitable. The handling of our complaint and the provision of the suite were excellent.

The rooms are a bit old. Shower/bathtub silicone totally moldy!! It feels a bit musty in the hallways and in the room. The night restlessness in the house and outside. Recovery while sleeping is rather difficult. Currywurst with fries in the hotel restaurant 17€+. This is grossly exaggerated people!!! Breakfast was overpriced at €16 but it was okay in terms of the selection and the freshness... Parking lot: catastrophe.!!! There should be you can come up with something as an operator! We won't be checking in here anymore... If... if you have a room facing the Rhine, very nice view. Otherwise, parking lot view with nightly entertainment🙄

Everything was great and very nice. Above all, the town of Rees, the promenade is a great experience, a wonderful atmosphere, a lot of interesting sights to offer in the small, beautiful town of Rees. We'd love to come back.

A decent hotel with a wonderful location right on the Rhine. There is a beautiful little park right outside the front door where you can relax. The hotel is absolutely quiet and within walking distance of the city center. Free parking spaces are available. The rooms are a bit old. They were still clean and large. We would book the hotel again. Thanks for the stay.

We spent 4 wonderful days in this hotel and felt very comfortable! The reception staff are super nice and very helpful! The view from our room was simply amazing and you can enjoy your stay from start to finish. The breakfast was delicious and the dinner was also very good! Once upon a time... This hotel was once one of the best. The room was in an unbelievable condition. Dirt, dust, hair (or fur?) and worn furniture. Disgustingly stained upholstery. The light switch and a socket were hanging loose in the wall! We were told it was the cleaning company's fault. I say that anyone who rents a room in this condition has not checked it beforehand. The location is great and the fitness area is also very nice - if it weren't for this hygiene problem...

The Hotel Rheinpark in Rees fully met my expectations. Price/performance is great and the staff is extremely committed and friendly. Everything was very neat and clean. The environment is also taken into consideration and the room is cleaned according to the guest's wishes. If you think it is necessary, you can have this done daily without restrictions or you can do something good for people and the environment and only have the room cleaned when necessary. I had different rooms from different categories on several stays. One room needs some love soon, but all rooms were fully adequate for their price. The location of the hotel is awesome. From the restaurant and the wellness area you have a great view over the Rhine. The view of the water was also wonderful from my last room, including a small, cozy balcony. There is also a lot going on on the river in this area. The food in the restaurant is great. The portions could be a little bit larger in some cases, but without exception because everything I ate was incredibly tasty 😋. We felt really comfortable here in the hotel and were definitely not the last time here. Many thanks to the entire team for the excellent support!

It's just not a 5-star hotel. But can't a 3* or 4* hotel here also be rated 5*? I guess so. And that is the case here. The rooms were definitely perfect considering the * class. For ecological (and probably also economic) reasons, linen and towels are only cleaned/changed upon request. Absolutely fine, in my opinion. The food is impeccable. Here too, as I said, don't expect a 7-course menu with Michelin Guide stars! Everything tasty, rock solid and good selection. The vegan gyros was an extremely pleasant surprise. And I am a convinced meat lover! The wellness area is okay, a sauna (pretty cozy with 3 guests), a wellness shower (or whatever you call it), two bathtubs with jets (a la whirlpool). But the highlight is the view. On the top floor, overlooking the Rhine, with a small terrace where you can enjoy the view on 3 or 4 loungers.

Nice, not too big hotel right on the Rhine. The breakfast buffet offers everything your heart desires. The hotel's restaurant is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. Bicycles can be loaded and parked free of charge in the hotel underground car park. We felt very welcome during our stay.

Lowest price range: The rooms are outdated and not really clean. The bathroom has been partially renovated without heating, just an IR spotlight/bulb under the ceiling that has almost no effect! In the double room 1 towel and 1 bath towel... additional ones were available upon request. The inlay and pillow of one bed were dirty with indefinable stains, possibly old blood or sweat... It was ok for 1 night.

Full marks and always a great feeling to be there. The rooms, the grounds and the hotel in general are very clean and nicely decorated. The staff always nice and friendly! Breakfast with a view of the Rhine is simply wonderful and the staff there is so nice, very helpful, quick and friendly. We would definitely like to come back. Lg

The hotel, room and sauna were beautiful. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was also very tasty. However, when we reserved a table for dinner that evening there was an embarrassing surprise for the hotel. The menu was very clear and a dish with meat could not be offered because no meat was purchased. So we went somewhere else to eat. A pity......

Direkt am Rhein liegt dieses schöne, saubere Hotel. Die Mitarbeiter im Hotel sind alle freundlich und höflich und das Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen. (Zumindest bei normalen Anspruch) . Ich kann das Hotel nur weiterempfehlen. Besonders weil ich die Übernachtungspreise sehr günstig finde.

Wir hatten die Wellness Suite gebucht um einfach mal abschalten zu können. In der Suite gibt es eine sehr große Sauna, eine separate Toilette mit Milchglastür, eine Infrarotkabine, ein Badezimmer mit Whirlwanne und ebenerdiger begehbarer Dusche, eine großes Bett mit riesen,schwenkbaren TV. Eine kleine Sitzecke gab es auch und einen Balkon. Alles war sauber und es gab Slipper und eine Kaffeemaschine. Zudem ein paar Getränke und Süßigkeiten, die alle im Preis drin waren :) sogar 2 Bier und eine Flasche Wein. Auch kleine Shampoo und Duschartikel gab es, sowie all in one Duschspender. Man guckt direkt auf den Rhein und hört die Möwen. Wetter war leider bescheiden an dem Tag. Wir wurden super nett empfangen und geduldig wurde uns alles zum Zimmer erklärt. Einziges was ich bemerkt hab und was auch die Putzfrau hätte sehen müssen, dass die Decke innen echt dreckig war. Der Seifenspender in der Toilette war leider defekt, störte aber nur bedingt. Frühstück war alles da. Brot und Brötchen, 2Säfte, Joghurt und Obst, Croissants und Küchlein.Honig aus der Wabe, Würstchen,Minifrikadellen,Rührei und Bacon sowie baked beans. Es gab auch Kartoffelpuffer was ich echt gut fand.

Heerlijk verblijf, mooie locatie lekker rustig. Service was goed, we hadden een hond mee en er was op de kamer een bakje waar je je hond eten en drinken kon geven snoepje en een speeltje. Kamer was ook goed. Helaas geen gebruik kunnen maken van wellness.

Schönes, schon etwas älteres Hotel. Nichts destotrotz ist hier alles gut. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Angestellte. Großzügige Zimmer mit genügend Platz. Einige mit Blick auf den Rhein. Frühstück ist auch in Ordnung. Leider gibt es keine "Sonderwünsche" wie Spiegeleier. Der Kaffee leider aus der Thermoskanne. Insgesamt aber in Ordnung. Top Lage.

Die Lage ist toll, direkt am Rhein. Das hotel ist eher einfach ausgestattet, für Geschäftsreisende praktisch und günstig. Das Frühstücksangebot war sehr gut. Aber etwas mehr Auswahl für Vegetarier hatte ich gut gefunden.

War sehr beeindruckt, und kann es aus meiner Sicht weiterempfehlen.

Kurzmeinung: Das Hotel Rheinpark in Rees hat einen ausgezeichneten Standort, einen zuvorkommenden und sympathischen Service und eine optimale Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet. Ausstattung/Extras: Der Balkon mit seitlichem Rheinblick war schön, man kann dort zu zweit dort sitzen, sich entspannt unterhalten und die Schiffe beobachten. Es gab eine analoge Personenwaage im (Duschwannen-)Bad sowie eine Nagelfeile. Man kann Extras aufs Zimmer buchen (Knabbereien, Süßigkeiten, Getränke ...) Den Wellnessbereich haben wir nicht besucht.

War Ansich sehr schön. Frühstück war gut. Balkon sehr klein ohne Stühle.Aber für eine Nacht ausreichend. Personal sehr sehr freundlich.

Wir waren 2 Nächte in der Potsdamer suite und Völlig zufrieden.
