Location and ambience are fine. Unfortunately, the wait for the food was far too long, an incredible amount of time passed from ordering the drinks to ordering the food. The side salad became an appetizer because the main course took even longer. The salad and dressing were delicious, but unfortunately the main course didn't convince me at all. The schnitzel was much too thick, much too dry and unfortunately also much too dark (partially really black) so that the whole thing was hidden, the schnitzel was put in too much sauce. This meant that the breading was no longer crispy. The service was nice but apparently wasn't really interested in my opinion about the food. It's a shame, I would have expected more given the location and the prices. It's sad to say but I wasn't satisfied at all. There was only food in the Neviau canteen. For me there is no reason to come back.

Five of us were there and were very hungry, unfortunately there was only a very small menu, scribbled on a DIN A4 sheet. We were then given a small piece of roast meat with sauce and absolutely nothing with it and far too expensive. We were all disappointed and hungry drove again.

We have been living in Germany's most beautiful district, "Mühlenkreis", for quite a while now, but have never been to Mäng. Until today... and we'll be back. The hospitality and the entire staff were super friendly. The food was great. And the atmosphere is really great... especially in the evenings. Drinks came quickly, despite a huge table full of customers at the other table. We had steak salad and hash browns with pepper sauce. Really tasty, fresh and quick. This isn't the last time we've been here. Thank you for this great evening. PS: We wanted to play a bit of cards - the team even had that. A thoroughly successful evening. ♡

The location at the marina is beautiful and you can eat on the terrace in the evening. The waitress was friendly and reasonably quick. The menu was handwritten but neat. Unfortunately the food wasn't that good. The salad was served in warm bowls and, for reasons I don't understand, contained both cornflakes and Honey Weath cereal. The schnitzel with room sauce and mushrooms was quite tender, but the taste wasn't great; the croquettes that went with it were good. I had a hard time assessing the taste of the Wiener Schnitzel because it was obviously like fish in the pan, which unfortunately you could taste very clearly. It's a shame because the place is beautiful and you could certainly do a lot with it. Unfortunately, an older lady kept sitting in the entrance area smoking before she went back into the kitchen, which to be honest also put a bit of a damper on my taste. All in all, we probably won't come back.

Super tasty food, we received friendly service here even late in the evening. The salad is to die for and the steak and medallions were delicious. Very nice owner and great staff!!! We'd love to come back.

Parking directly at the restaurant. Parking lot is unpaved. So it could get muddy if it rains. We were here for the first time today. The restaurant was well attended and we sat down outside on the terrace with two gentlemen at a large table. The two waitresses were busy. So it took a while for someone to come to us and take the order. Drinks were brought relatively quickly. Eating took a while. First there was a side dish of salad. It was really delicious and the homemade dressing went very well with it. Otherwise there were the pork medallions Bernaise. Once with fries and once with (3) hash browns. The portions were okay. The food was good. My Alster had been empty for a long time and it took me until I could stop the waitress to order a new one. Otherwise the waitresses were always very friendly and helpful. All in all, the evening there was good.

This is Andreas, now I would like to report about Mäng at the harbor in Lübbecke. I haven't been there for a long time and was surprised by the small menu with interesting dishes. The salad we ordered was very filling and the previously announced waiting time was very reasonable! I am pleased with the delicately seasoned salad and would like to come back. We recommend that you bring your appetite with you, the portions are very large. Conclusion, the restaurant is recommended and so is the menu and the light midland canal climate! Bon appetit! We have been coming regularly for years and have never been disappointed. The food is always fresh and delicious. The service is friendly and does a great job. And one more thing: We're also going on December 24th. eat there and it's like grandma's. The table is beautifully set with nuts, fruit and sweets. It is very cozy and the Christmas tree is decorated and the fireplace is burning.

For us the most beautiful harbor on the MLK so far. We were greeted warmly and helped in every way. Thanks to the really nice and friendly service.

Food and service are very good. Unfortunately the decor isn't nice but the steak makes up for it. Definitely coming back

The food was really delicious. 5 stars for that. 3 stars for the service because the service took place more or less without words. This loosened up a bit over the course of the stay. 2 stars for the "ambience": It has to be said that we ate inside. It was actually quite nice if it weren't for the strong smell of fryer grease, which was so strong that we had to wash our clothes afterwards. There is still room for improvement! We will come back as the food was delicious. But then rather in good weather and outside. It's generally very nice right next to the harbor and as I said, the food was great! Changed to 4 stars. The smell is a little better now but there is still something going on. Service is definitely better.

Wundervolle Atmosphäre, traumhafte Kulisse und Weltklasse Service. Wir waren restlos begeistert! große Portionen, 1a zubereitet und auch auf kleine Gäste wird super eingegangen. Wir kommen auf alle Fälle wieder und empfehlen es immer gerne weiter!

Das Essen an sich war sehr lecker. Nur der Service hat uns nicht so gefallen. Bis wir die Speisekarten bekommen haben waren 35 Minuten vergangen. Am Schluss warteten wir 45 Minuten ,bis wer zum abkassieren kam, da die Mitarbeiter im Nebenraum am Essen waren.

Das Essen ist hervorragend, und das Personal ist äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Es fällt auf, dass das Restaurant anscheinend immer doppelt reserviert, um Gästen bei unvorhergesehenem Wetterwechsel sofort einen gemütlichen Platz im Innenbereich anzubieten. Diese Flexibilität ist wirklich top und sorgt für ein angenehmes Erlebnis.

Wunderschön hier, natürliche und sehr freundliche Menschen, sowie megaleckeres Essen. Das Ambiente ist traumhaft und "Hundeservice" (Wasser und Leckerlie) gab es auch. Wir sagen DANKE und kommen nächstes Jahr wieder!!!

Sehr gemütliches Restaurant direkt am Yachthafen. Die Küche ist sehr lecker und mit Liebe gekocht. Das Highlight ist neben der Lage aber die freundliche Stimmung und der sehr nette Service. Bin gerne mal wieder da.

Wir sind hier während einer Fahrradtour eingekehrt. Man sitzt hier auf der Terrasse sehr gemütlich mit Blick auf den Yachthafen. Die Bedienung ist sehr freundlich, umsichtig und flott. Auf besondere Wünsche wird bei der Bestellung gerne eingegangen. Essen und Getränke wurden zügig geliefert. Es war alles sehr lecker und die Portionen sind großzügig. Die Preise sind fair. Wir fahren hier gerne wieder einmal hin. 100% Empfehlenswert.

Heute durfte ich hier meinen 50. Geburtstag feiern. Mit sehr leckeren Essen und einem sehr freundlichen Service. Ein Ort an dem man sich wohl fühlt. Vielen Dank für den schönen Abend. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Es liegt direkt am Kanal, Preis sind super und die Ambiente lädt zum wohlfühlen ein. Das Essen war sehr lecker und obwohl viel los war konnte man schnell in den Genuß kommen zu essen. Gerne wieder wenn es sich Mal wieder ergibt.

Essen ist jedesmal sehr Lecker und der Salat vorweg immer frisch und Super Lecker vorallem das Dressing.

Wir haben dort zum ersten Mal gegessen und es hat sehr gut geschmeckt. Kommen gerne wieder wenn wir in der Nähe sind.

Bewerten mit 5 Sterne die reichen gar nicht dafür von uns bekommt Sie 1000 Sterne, es war sehr angenehm und mega lecker, selbst mein Mann sagte er habe noch nie so gut gegessen wie im Mäng, sehr freundlich war auch die Bedienung, und der Blick nach draußen aufs Wasser einfach herrlich da muß man ja Hunger bekommen

Es war ein schöner Abend. Als Vorspeise gab es Salat und danach Roulade mit Salzkartoffeln und Gemüse. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich. Gerne wieder.

Das Essen und alles drum herum kann ich nur mit 5 Sternen bewerten. Freue mich schon auf den nächsten Besuch.
