I ate at the restaurant with clients and it was excellent. The food was delicious, local, and served with smile. Service was great and I was hosted for a German wine tasting. Sommelier knew his stuff! Would recommend!

And what's important to me is that the rooms have a decent wardrobe, which unfortunately is no longer common in many other hotels. People with allergies should avoid the restaurant. Although we asked the waiter twice when making the reservation and on site, we were simply served a standard meal. Which was advertised as being dairy free, which obviously turned out to be a blatant lie after 10 minutes. It is urgently necessary to raise awareness among staff, as this can lead to severe anaphylactic shock in some people.

Absolute experience. Went here for Ta & Má's wedding. The wedding menu was put together beautifully. Homemade Maultaschen with truffled Kartosa were served as a starter. The main course was rounded off with perfectly fried medallion of beef fillet, spaetzle, croquettes and market vegetables. Plus perfectly matched wine accompaniment. Even if the finely prepared portions made you think for a moment that you wouldn't be full, the complete opposite was the case, as there was still plenty of follow-up service. The food was of the highest quality. The ambience is very appealing and, together with the furnishings, creates a great atmosphere. In addition, there are the very nice and courteous staff who take time for you, implement your every wish immediately and are happy to answer any questions reliably and reliably. The rooms are clean, but a bit outdated. On weekends the restaurant is so crowded that even hotel guests are forced into drafty corners. So we ate very well in a pizzeria in the suburbs.

Very nice family-run hotel. The breakfast was extremely good with freshly prepared egg dishes and a varied selection of sausages and cheeses. The bathroom appeared to have been recently renovated, had contemporary furnishings and offered sufficient storage space. The double room was spacious and there was also a wardrobe. Unfortunately, this is found less and less in modern hotels, so it's a clear plus point for this hotel. Our stay was event-related, so we probably won't have the opportunity to stay again anytime soon. Otherwise the hotel is absolutely recommended.

Small, fine and cozy hotel with a great kitchen and a totally friendly, attentive, courteous staff. You really feel at home. If the hotel had a sauna I would rate it as a four star category. I had a single room that seemed a bit small at first glance, but was actually perfectly adequate, and the bathroom with its own shower was really big enough. There was nothing to complain about in terms of cleanliness, neither in my room nor anywhere else in the hotel. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and there was a large selection. You could also order a variety of eggs and hot drinks. There is a beautiful terrace for the summer and the restaurant also has two areas inside, the fine dining area and then the restaurant, where we sat comfortably together in the evening. Worth mentioning here were the sensational Maultaschen that are available in the lamb. I've never eaten better! There is also a parking lot right next to the hotel where you can park for free and it was nice and quiet at night and you could sleep well. I can highly recommend this hotel, its cuisine and the staff! You just feel good here.

Kleine Gerichte, große Preise! Entgegen der Selbstdarstellung des LAMM „mit innovativen Gerichten und Aromen aus nah und fern“ sind diese, zumindest auf der Mittagskarte, nicht zu finden. Ein Rostbraten (30,00 €) mit einem kleinen Beilagensalat (6,50 €) für insgesamt 36,50 € sind grenzwertig, vor allem wenn man die Größe der Portionen berücksichtigt. Ein inzwischen gegenüber früher wesentlich kleinerer Beilagensalat, der von seinen Zutaten eher preiswerterer Qualität ist, dazu ein geschätzt ca. 200 g großer Rostbraten und schlussendlich „eine Handvoll“ Spätzle, - das ist der „Klassiker, die das Schwabenherz höher schlagen lassen“. Wow! Einsame spitze Nicht nur das freundliche Personal, sondern auch das sehr leckere Essen. Der Empfang war wirklich sehr zuvorkommend und nett, wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt. Die Vorspeisen haben sehr lecker geschmeckt, der Lachs war großartig, einfach hervorragende Qualität, fast so als sässe man auf den Hurtigruten und ässe frisch gefangenen Lachs. Alle weiteren Speisen waren ebenfalls herausragend. Danke für diesen schönen und vor allem leckeren Abend unter Freunden. Wir werden wiederkommen und genießen.

Wir waren zu einer Hochzeit eingeladen. Essen perfekt. Als Lokation den Gewölbekeller finde ich persönlich für die Feier zu klein. Ansonsten ist der Keller sehr schön.

Eine sehr gelungene Geburtstagsfeier im schönen Ambiente der alten Gaststube bei leckerem Essen, zuvorkommender, freundlicher und aufmerksamer Bedienung. Diesen Ort kann man für kleine Feiern im familiären Kreis nur weiterempfehlen.

Eenvoudig maar fijn hotel boven op de Alm. Mooi terras met uitzicht op het Draudal. Vriendelijk personeel en eenvoudig maar goed eten. Fantastische locatie om vanuit te gaan wandelen.

Ich war mit zwei Freunden dort zum Mittagessen, weil diese das Lokal empfohlen haben. Bestellt habe ich, wie auf der Karte am Eingang angeboten Remstal-Sommersalat mit schwarzen Johannisbeeren Rindertafelspitz in kräftiger Brühe mit Gemüsen und Bratkartoffeln für 26,00 € Der Salat wurde überhaupt nicht serviert. Drei kleinere Scheiben Tafelspitz, in einer zu salzigen Brühe, mit einigen kleinen Karottenscheiben und einem kleinen Blumenkohlröschen rechtfertigen diesen Preis nicht. Die Bratkartoffeln ( kleinere Schale ) haben allerdings gut geschmeckt.

Sehr erfreulich war das Bett, das für Alleinreisende üblicherweise eine 90cm breite Folterbank ist, von der nächtens herunterzufallen fast als angenehm gelten darf. Hier gab es - wie schön! - ein 140er Bett, das auch noch sehr bequem war. Prima! Das Zimmer war außerdem sauber, auch wenn der Teppich seine besten Zeiten hinter sich hat. Großartig das Restaurant, wirklich gute, gehobene Küche, nicht billig, aber den Preis wert. Gerne hätte ich mit Kreditkarte bezahlt, aber es gab leider einen permanenten Verbindungsfehler, der - schwuppdiwupp - bei EC-Kartenzahlung und am Morgen beim Bezahlen der Rechnung nicht auftauchen wollte. Ein Schelm, wer hier Absicht vermutet. ;) Das Frühstück war ebenfalls recht gut und die Auswahl mehr als in Ordnung. Ein handgemachtes, leckeres Rührei war ebenfalls im Angebot der sehr netten Frühstücksdame.

Immer wieder schön und sehr lecker. Unaufgeregte, sehr aufmerksame und freundliche Mitarbeiter. Man fühlt sich gut aufgehoben ohne übertriebenen Schnörkel. Immer wieder gerne! Haben unseren Hochzeitstag hier verbracht.

Auch die Städte in der Nähe, wie zum Beispiel Stuttgart oder Remstal, sind schnell und einfach zu erreichen. Alles in allem kann ich das Hotel und Restaurant Lamm in Hebsack wärmstens empfehlen. Es ist ein wunderbarer Ort, um sich zu erholen und die Region zu erkunden. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und das Essen ist einfach köstlich. Wer hier übernachtet, wird sicherlich einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt haben.
