Hotel & Restaurant & Alt Ebingen in Albstadt

We were just here for dinner. We received a very friendly welcome. The restaurant has a rustic decor. The food was delicious. We paid about €20 per person, not including appetizers or dessert.

I recommend the food in a great taste, we went with the family.

This hotel was supposed to be a stop on my trip for a night's sleep. Check-in was okay—a sort of self-check-in with a key box. The hotel's interior is very dated and worn. The hallways were littered with junk. The room was old and run-down, but clean. The acoustics are problematic: the walls seem to be made of paper. I had a couple above me and one next to me having fun until late into the night. The TV in the next room seemed to be right next to my bed, at full volume. Everyone walking through the building could be heard loud and clear. Sleep was almost impossible. I wouldn't sleep there again.

I wasn't in the rooms and can't say anything about it. Was just some food. My onion roast was a little too tough. To the location about 7 minutes to the city center. There is enough parking space. There is also a 3-minute parking lot opposite.

The food is ok for a hotel like this, unfortunately nothing special. At 5 p.m. we were the only table that had ordered something to eat. We had to go to the counter to pay because they probably forgot that we were still there. Very clean and tidy, staff very friendly.

Best price in Ebingen and the hosts are kind hard working people. The room has always welcomed me with a small bag of Haribos on my bed and some tea/coffee bags available along a kettle. Worth it for the price and the single rooms are ideal for single travellers

We wanted to go out to eat at short notice today and were surprised that everything was full. Nevertheless we got a place😉. The owners are very, very nice. The food came very quickly despite the store being full and tasted excellent. Really recommended and we will be back. Price-performance is top.

Extremely friendly staff and very good and inexpensive food.

We couldn't rate the rooms because we didn't have one. We had our Christmas party there and there were about 20 people. Service perfect, extremely friendly. Nobody had to wait long and everyone was completely satisfied with the food. 8/10. I don't understand some of the bad reviews. We all thought it was very good and, above all, the location was very quaint and cozy.

There were four of us eating there and it felt like everything was just finished products. Everything was very greasy and not really good. We all had stomach pains after eating. There is one star because of the friendliness but definitely zero stars for the food.

The hotel and restaurant staffs were friendly and welcoming. The food was very delicious and affordable. The hotel is right above the restaurant and everything is clean. The decoration inside the restaurant is beautiful as well. I would highly recommend visiting this place.

Food is OK. Menu could be a little more extensive. Unfortunately it was too cold in the restaurant.

Rooms very simply furnished. Not accommodation for a holiday, more for craftsmen or a maximum of 1 night. No reception, you have to call and then someone came and opened the door for me from the inside. No possibility for breakfast or a restaurant nearby. I personally wouldn't book again.

Preis -Leistung passt nicht, Zimmer in einem alten Zustand, WC Bereich für Kleinwüchsige getade geignet.

Leckeres Essen zu einem super Preis.

Hier kann man sehr gut und preiswert essen, das Essen schmeckt sehr gut. Personal auch freundlich und es geht schnell.

Altes Haus in beeindruckend gutem Zustand. Das hat was. Super netter freundlicher Empfang. Die Zimmer sauber und genau mit dem ausgestattet, was man zum übernachten braucht. Die Gummibären auf dem Bett und der Wasserkocher, Tee und löslicher Kaffe zeigen dir, daß du willkommen bist. Das alles für knapp 50€ sucht in Deutschland seines Gleichen. In dem hauseigenem Restaurant, was genau wie das Haus, sehr uhrig wirkt, gibt es gutes und preiswertes Essen und natürlich auch preiswerte Getränke. Die Bewirtung versucht hier, sehr gelungen, den Spagat zwischen einheimischer und asiatischer Küche. Und das schon mit vollwertigen Gerichten unter 10€.

Seit das Alt Ebingen in neuen Händen ist, wollten wir unbedingt mal hin. Essen war sehr lecker, ganz einfache Küche, gut gekocht und vor allem zu einem fairen Preis. Die Corn Dogs sind lecker, ist mal was anderes. Die Portionen sind nicht riesig, aber man kann sich zB für 3 Euro ein Schnitzel noch dazu bestellen, was preislich total in Ordnung ist. Service super nett und zuvorkommend. Drinnen sitzt man nett, der Gastraum ist total gemütlich. Draußen sitzt man direkt an der Straße, daraus hat man dort aber das beste gemacht. Und wenn man zu verkehrsarmen Zeiten dort ist, dann dürfte das auch nicht sehr stören. Können wir abolsut weiter empfehlen! Zu den Zimmer kann ich nichts sagen, haben dort nur gegessen. Kommen sicher bald wieder.

Hotel ist kein Highlight. Liegt zwar zentral, aber die Dusche bringt warm Wasser im Wassersparmodus, du hörst jeden im Haus und die Einrichtung ist überhaupt nichts. Gerne nicht mehr 🙂

Tolles Hotel von außen, ein super schönes Fachwerkhaus, zentral gelegen - optimal. Leider sind die Zimmer massiv veraltet, im Flur drücken die ganzen Essensgerüche vom Lokal nach oben, was sehr unangenehm gewesen ist. Frühstück gab es keins und wenn das Personal mitten im Gastraum Garnelen schält, lädt das nicht unbedingt zum dort essen ein, weshalb ich fürs Abendessen ein anderes Gasthaus bevorzugt habe. Sollte ich beruflich erneut nach Albstadt müssen, wird das leider nicht nochmal meine Unterkunft. Sehr schade.

Мои друзья из Швецарии останавливались здесь пару недель назад. Когда они приехали утром ко мне на завтрак, то были очень измучены. В отеле было очень холодно. Так холодно, что они не спали всю ночь. Фен работал, но выглядел так, как будто его бросали в костёр. Слава Богу, они только на одну ночь останавливались там.
