Hotel Becker in Bad Laer

Great hotel, the swimming area is fantastic, towels and bathrobes are free, and dinner and breakfast are superb. Drink prices are very reasonable. The hotel is located right in the city center. With the guest card, you can travel to the neighboring town for free.

A fantastic wellness hotel. Large swimming pool with saltwater, whirlpool, etc. Breakfast is simply superb, leaving nothing to be desired. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. Dinner at the hotel is excellent, even though it's at Stork; everything was perfect. We've stayed at Hotel Becker several times and always love coming back!

A charming hotel that blends tradition with modernity – it's clear that regular guests love to return. This is due to its old-world charm and cozy lounges, complemented by a modern restaurant area with a view and restored and renovated rooms. We particularly enjoyed the large swimming pool with an additional lovely warm saltwater pool, ideal for baby swimming, and the saunas. Anyone who appreciates the charm of a period building will feel right at home here. Plus: fantastic value for money, especially when it comes to the food!

Charming old hotel with a spa area. The hotel is located in the heart of Bad Laer. We stayed there in autumn, and it was very quiet due to the time of year. The hotel is an old building with modern extensions, and the spa area is relatively large. The centerpiece is a 15-meter pool, surrounded by saltwater pools with various massage jets, a whirlpool, and saunas. The breakfast buffet is plentiful, and the four-course dinner is very good. The entire service is very attentive and friendly. In short, a hotel perfect for a relaxing few days. A little excursion tip: The Clock Museum in Bad Iburg. P.S.: The rooms in the pictures are in the old building. The other dining rooms are more modern. :)

I was there with my girlfriend for 3 nights at the end of April for wellness. Unfortunately we didn't like it at all. We didn't get the premium room we had booked. The comfort room was far too small, no storage space. We then had to move into the holiday apartment, which was ok. was the good soul at the reception.

Yes, a very nice little place for a few days of wellness and relaxation. But there are also lovely little boutiques nearby where almost every woman will find something she's looking for!

We had a wonderful time at the hotel. The room was large, beautiful, stylishly furnished, very clean, and quiet. The service was very friendly and helpful, and the food, both breakfast and dinner, was delicious. There was also free coffee and cake in the afternoon. The wellness area is also spacious, clean, and perfect for relaxation. We'll definitely be back!

Hotel Becker. New tenants, new ideas, new concept. Just a new start in a house with great potential to pamper guests. Highly motivated, very friendly staff, delicious breakfast and everything was very well maintained and absolutely clean. Wellness was great as usual and the park was very successful. Great start. Great to stay. Nice big room, very friendly staff, nice breakfast, good dinner. Beautiful swimming pool with salt bath, open from 7am to 10pm! Small sauna that you can ask at reception to turn on. You can have coffee during the day and there is often something to eat ready. We would like to come back and hopefully we will have a terrace or balcony and a welcome drink that we were promised.

The rooms are modern and clean. The breakfast is plentiful, fried eggs and scrambled eggs are freshly made, and dinner also tastes very good. There is a beautiful garden to dream about. We were very satisfied.

Nice location in Bad Laer but unfortunately basic room with limited cleaning. (dirty glasses from previous guests, very dusty corners) The staff is friendly, but unfortunately they are under considerable workload due to a lack of hands. Breakfast ok, dinner was like food from a soup kitchen! No fresh vegetables, simmered meat,... and handled as quickly as possible,... You should not expect a pleasant and quiet dinner at this place. At 8:00 PM the restaurant and bar are empty and unmanned.

A quiet house in the heart of Bad Laer. The rooms are bright and cozy, the guests are mostly of retirement age. The indoor swimming pool has a large pool, the changing facilities and the sauna are not satisfactory. The food is okay, as is the service.

Unfortunately, despite booking, I couldn't get a picture of the rooms or the spa area. All I can say about the service is very disappointing. Arrival at 10 p.m. as the journey took around 3 hours of traffic. Unfortunately, the room we booked was occupied upon arrival. The hotel was completely full and overbooked. Goodwill and compensation were very poor, but thanks to booking we found a nice hotel 20km further despite the late time. However, the frustration and disappointment for a wellness weekend for Mother's Day was high.

Short trip 3 days. Small, fine hotel, everything is old but well maintained! Rooms clean, breakfast and dinner delicious, good service, friendly staff! What we liked best was the brine pool from our own spring at 34 degrees! Our arrangement with the included services was great! Price performance top! Only recommended!

Unfortunately, the price-performance ratio for the romantic arrangement of just under €400 doesn't match at all. When we arrived we were only shown where the elevator was, when, where and what food was available, we had to ask. The next day the same thing, but we were then told that we were 'allowed' to go to the Storck house. When checking out we were asked about our satisfaction: Here we raised our points, including that we didn't like the wellness area, but we were told that there was a new, wonderful area in Haus Storck and that we could have used it. This was also not communicated to us upon arrival. We were really looking forward to this special time, but unfortunately it was very limited by the online presentation vs. reality.

A great stay, very friendly staff and easy to deal with. We were there for two nights to hike in the Teuteburg Forest. Part of the wellness area is currently being renovated. But the saunas were sufficient. What we liked most was the good food and the extremely friendly staff. Thank you for that!

We stayed here for 3 nights "all inclusive" via Voordeeluitjes and a lot was included. Wellness with swimming pool, saltwater whirlpool, Turkish bath and sauna. Extensive breakfast, 4-course dinner including drinks. And a super friendly welcome. Only the room was not that big and the bathroom was really small. There couldn't be two of you in there. But yes, the price could hardly be better. And the bed was wonderful. In short, highly recommended!

Das hotel ist Familien freundlich. Auch die kleinsten fühlen sich pudelwohl. Frühstück ist reichhaltig und extra wünsche werden erfüllt .Zimmer und Wohnungen sind gut ausgestattet und sauber. Der Wellnessbereich hat slles, was man für ein Wochenende braucht. In der Umgebung kann man unterschiedliches unternehmen. Salzgrotte, Kurpark, lecker essen , bummeln, Schloss und Museen besichtigen.
