We really like to get a pizza there, the staff is very nice, you save a lot of money when you pick it up, the pizzas taste good, and the food order was ready on time..

Yes, I can recommend this restaurant, we went there twice and it was super good. The service is very friendly and not intrusive, the music is pleasantly quiet. The homemade lemonade is recommended. The Greek fried potatoes are a good side dish choice!

It was our first time at phoenix and I have to say that I really regret it...we usually always go to Petit Panda buffehaus Essen and are therefore used to better things. When I got a stomach ache after not even eating a plate and had to go to the toilet, I thought I was really going to be hit! There was only one toilet for big business in this huge shed... I had to wait almost 10 minutes with my knees pinched together until the gentleman who was in the toilet before me finally finished his business... When I went to the toilet the nightmare continued....you sit on a dirty toilet and look at the moldy tiles and a completely smeared door..!!! You really thought you were sitting in a train station toilet!!! When I mentioned the problem to the employee, one of the three employees turned away with a cheeky grin... It's not possible... And for shit like that we left €100 for 4 people (2 children, 2 adults). The food was ok but definitely not super tasty.... We will definitely never enter this store again! Better go to Petit Panda Buffehaus the Lohr is 100% more

Good food, especially the pizzas are highly recommended. Service is usually attentive. We feel particularly comfortable when the boss serves us personally - simply a likeable person. The only drawback; the acoustics, it quickly becomes very loud and therefore tiring.
