A large group attending a class reunion: We received a wonderful welcome, everything was prepared, our requests were met, the service was top-notch, friendly, and quick, the food was impeccable, and the value for money was right. We'd be happy to come back.

We were delighted with the young and friendly service, professional and quick. Food is typical East German, baked schnitzel and crusty roast with sauerkraut. Fresh, tasty and plentiful.

Very tasty food! We had roast pork and a farmer's breakfast, portions were plentiful, and beautifully decorated! It was very pleasant to be served by the nice staff in the beautiful courtyard!

A cozy place with home-style German cuisine. The waitresses were very friendly. The food is really ok, especially the perch. The wild boar roast lacked a bit of seasoning, but overall it was very digestible. A beautiful courtyard with greenery can also be used. There is a bowling alley in the house that you can book.

The service smells like cigarettes, which is totally disgusting and the beer sometimes tastes stale - the food is regional, tasty and mostly fresh and reasonably priced

We celebrated a birthday there with almost 20 people. Planned everything over 500 km away. Special requests that were not on the menu were also fulfilled. We had an hour of bowling on the three lanes, which was very well received by the guests and we were also entertained there. Top service, they kept asking if you wanted something to drink and if everyone was happy. It wasn't intrusive, very friendly service. What was also great for us was that we were able to bring our dog in and the service staff brought a bowl of water on their own. We are very satisfied and would love to go back.

Sven Leopold: Yesterday, after 2019 and 2023, we had our Christmas party with 21 people in the Hornoer Krug. The food was excellent, the service was very friendly and quick. All of our wishes were fulfilled, be it for dinner or later bowling. An all-round successful evening. We will be back definitely.

I have rarely eaten so badly. As soon as we arrived, the serving trolley with salads, spicy meat (in a 10 liter bucket) etc. was standing uncooled in the dining room. I don't even want to think about how long it was there before it was pushed into the kitchen. The waitress seemed annoyed and was also very slow (which may have been because she was responsible for the dining room and bowling.) Drinks took a long time to arrive.

Sehr gute Gaststätte am Rande von Forst,Neuhorno.Geeignet für Feiern aber auch zum Essen. Bowling Bahn vorhanden. Empfehlenswert, gerne wieder.

Hatten wieder unser "Weihnachtsessen" im Hornoer Krug mit anschließendem Bowling. Sehr nette und flotte Bedienung. Wie gewohnt ein gelungener Abend.

Das Essen ist sehr reichlich, geschmackvoll und liebevoll zubereitet. Wir kommen immer wieder gerne und verstehen die negativen Rezensionen nicht. Die Bedienung ist freundlich und kompetent bei der Auswahl der Getränke und Speisen. Vorher zum Bowling und Spass haben.... Macht weiter so!

Je nach Wetterlage laden Gastraum und Biergarten zum Verweilen ein. Nette Bedienung und gutes Essen runden den Besuch ab. Auf Sauberkeit wird Wert gelegt, vor allem im Toilettenbereich.

Durch Zufall gefunden, aber sehr zufrieden verlassen. Es lohnt sich, es zu suchen.
