Absolut Empfehlenswert! Das Essen ist dermaßen lecker, wir gehen so gern dort hin und sind nicht einmal enttäuscht worden. Klasse Essen, super Service einfach nur top. Es sollte aber definitiv reserviert werden.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 von 5 Sternen Dieses indische Restaurant in Würzburg war für uns eine sehr angenehme Entdeckung. Der Mango-Lassi war hervorragend – wunderbar cremig und mit dem echten Geschmack frischer Mango. Genau so stellt man sich einen guten Mango-Lassi vor. Auch die Speisen haben uns überzeugt. Wir hatten schwarzes Linsencurry und Lamm, beides sehr aromatisch, perfekt gewürzt und mit frischem Gemüse zubereitet. Die Portionen waren großzügig und alles wurde frisch und schön angerichtet serviert. Ein großes Lob auch an die Gastgeberin. Sie war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, sodass man sich als Gast wirklich willkommen fühlt. Wir waren insgesamt zweimal dort und haben jeweils das Mittagsmenü probiert. Beide Besuche waren durchgehend positiv und haben uns voll überzeugt. Wenn wir wieder in Würzburg sind, wissen wir genau, wo wir essen gehen werden. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und können das Restaurant uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Das Essen ist sehr lecker, wir haben bis jetzt 3-4 verschiedene Hauptspeisen probiert, davon waren alle sehr gut. Das Personal ist super freundlich, aufmerksam und angenehm. Alles in allem eins der besten Restaurants in Würzburg und auf jeden Fall eine Empfehlung!

Wärmstens zu empfehlen!! 🫶🔥 Das Essen war tadellos und hat mich zum Fan der indischen Küche gemacht! Der Service war ebenfalls hervorragend. Trotz unserer großen Personenanzahl (15 Personen) wurden wir sehr schnell und freundlich bedient und mussten nicht lange auf unser Essen warten! Für die Zukunft wünsche ich mir allerdings von den Betreibern, dass eine Kartenzahlung möglich ist 😇🫶

Wir waren heute mit einer großen Gruppe von 15 Leute in der fabelhaften Hopfenblüte. Essen war sehr gut, Service auch ausgezeichnet, super nette Inhaberin, alle sehr bemüht um das Wohlergehen der Gäste! Haben alle zeitlich essen können, was bei einer großen Gruppe auch nicht selbstverständlich ist. Wir kommen wieder ☺️

Wunderschöne indisches Restaurant mit leckeren würzigen Gerichte und guten Geschmack so das man satt ist und der Raum mit indischen Bilder wie im Urlaub so das man Spass zum indisch essen hat!

Einfache aber super tolle authentische indische Küche. Die Chefin ist zuvorkommend und achtet stets auf Ihr Personal. Dies zeigt mir, dass ich als Gast willkommen bin. Wer noch nie beim Inder Essen war, sollte hier mit der Indischen Küche starten. Tausend Punkte und Danke. Für mich ein Geheimtipp für Würzburg.

Sehr gutes Essen in gemütlicher, indischer Atmosphäre. Mit freundlicher Bedienung, bei nicht sehr günstigem, aber okeyem Preis. Für die großen Portionen der Hauptgerichte aber sehr gut 😉👍👍. Bei einem Hauptgericht mit einfachem Getränk seid ihr bei ca. 20 Euro pro Person - mit Vor-, Nachspeise und besonderem Getränk eher bei 30 oder darüber.

Super leckeres indisches Essen zu fairen Preisen

Wir haben eine Gutschen geschenkt bekommen, da wir sonst wahrscheinlich nie auf die Idee gekommen wären in die Hopfenblüte eine ehemalige Bierkneipe in die Zellerau zu gehen. Mit dem Gutschein habe wir erstmal nur Essen geholt und dabei gemerkt wie gut und authentisch das Essen dort ist. Nun war ich nochmals mit Freunden vor Ort. Die Inhaber haben das bestmögliche aus dem Gastraum gemacht. Der Spielautomat an der Bar hat nicht wirklich viel Atmosphäre, wurde dennoch von Gästen bespielt. Wir saßen aber sehr schön im Gastraum ohne Blick auf den Automaten. Der Service war äußerst freundlich. Die Karte wahnsinnig vielseitig und sowohl Fleischesser als auch Vegetarier konnten fündig werden. Das Essen hat etwas gedauert, was für mich ein Zeichen der frischen Zubereitung ist. Das Essen kam in kleinen Schüsseln und sah schon toll aus. Aber es hat noch viel besser geschmeckt! Das Knoblauch Naan war sensationell!! Alles in allem kann man das Restaurant ohne Einschränkung weiterempfehlen! Wir werden sicher wieder kommen. Reservierung ist empfohlen, denn es war an einem Donnerstag komplett voll und teilweise waren die Tische 2x verkauft.

Außergewöhnlich gute Speisen! Die Mitarbeitenden sind sehr freundlich und die Portionen groß.

Wir waren sehr positiv überrascht von diesem Restaurant. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich, wir mussten nicht lange auf unser Essen warten und das Essen war sehr sehr lecker. Den Bewertungen, dass das Essen sehr scharf sei, können wir uns nicht anschließen. Wir mögen es scharf, haben das Essen aber nicht als scharf empfunden. Die Samosas und das Chicken Tika Masala sind definitiv eine Empfehlung!

Die Hopfenblüte hat uns wirklich positiv überrascht. Das Essen war geschmacklich hervorragend – aromatisch, frisch und typisch indisch gewürzt. Wer es gerne etwas schärfer mag, sollte jedoch beachten: Mittelscharf ist hier schon ordentlich scharf! Für mich genau richtig, für empfindlichere Gäste vielleicht einen Tick zu viel. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist absolut top – großzügige Portionen zu fairen Preisen. Auch die Auswahl auf der Speisekarte ist sehr vielfältig, sodass wirklich jeder etwas Passendes findet – ob Fleischliebhaber, Vegetarier oder Veganer. Insgesamt ein sehr empfehlenswertes Restaurant mit authentischer Küche und freundlichem Service. Ich komme gerne wieder!

The restaurant needs an exterminator. Suddenly, a large cockroach crawled between our food on the table, and I saw a fat spider on the wood above us. 😳 The waiters noticed, but there was no apology or discount because we were so disgusted that we couldn't eat any more.

We were staying in Eibelstadt for 2 weeks and visited Wurzburg for the day. We turned up just after they had opened at 5.30pm and got a table no bother but the restaurant soon filled up so obviously very popular. We had a delicious meal. Both my husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our food. I’m not very adventurous and like my food quite mild- loved their butter chicken. Great service from the lovely lady owner who spoke excellent English although hubby does speak a small amount of German. Very happy to recommend this restaurant

This was our first visit to the hop blossom and probably not the last. The staff was very friendly and the food was good. We had the 72nd Lamb Royal India for €18.90 and the 77th Lamb Madras for €18.90. I was missing some vegetables with the Lamb Madras, although of course there are no vegetables on the menu. Rice with lamb and sauce is good, but next time I'll choose a different dish ;-) the spiciness was good. // Update, 2nd visit: We were there for lunch and had the 305 Chilli Chicken for €9.90 and 304 Chicken Palak for €9.90. The food was good and the value for money for lunch was great.

Indian cuisine at its finest! Rich, velvety curries, aromatic spices, and tender, melt-in-your-mouth meats. The butter chicken was a revelation, and the naan was perfectly crispy. Warm, inviting atmosphere and attentive service. A true culinary gem!

We ordered food so I can't say much about the service. But the staff was friendly. I had the 41, yellow lentil curry. The taste was okay, but the lentils were quite soggy! Felt like I was eating rice with a sauce. I don't think the dish is worth €15, especially since my husband only paid €1 more for a similar dish with chicken. Too bad!

One of the good Indian restaurants in Würzburg. The entrance gate is not very clear but nice you get in the hospitality and ambience both were good. Loved the Aaloo pakorasa and Bhindi masala the most. You only can pay with cash so make sure to carry with you:)

Very tasty food, authentic cuisine, good selection. The ambience is rustic, it was probably once a simple, home-style restaurant. Lots of wood. But comfortable. Maybe a bit cramped due to the layout of the seats, but all in all you can spend a pleasant evening here. The kitchen is half open, which unfortunately meant that when we left the restaurant our clothes smelled strongly of food. In general, a bit of fresh air wouldn't have been a bad idea. There are many vegetarian dishes to choose from, some with chicken and a few with lamb. There were even some German dishes on the menu as well as pasta and pizza. But I don't know why you should go to an Indian restaurant and order that. We all had Indian dishes, both the starters and the main courses were all delicious. You can choose different levels of spiciness. I'll put it this way: the hottest version won't make experienced sharp eaters sweat. But this is how the actual taste comes into its own, my biryani was well seasoned and delicious. The chilli soup for the starter was a bit oily and I wouldn't order it again. The food took a while to arrive, but the shop was completely full. I'm happy to wait if it's so tasty. However, I have to deduct a star because EC payment is not possible. This is pointed out, among other things, in a handbook, but this is not up-to-date and at least has a taste.

Had Indian food for the first time today. The taste of the food was very good, well seasoned but not too spicy and plentiful. Staff very friendly. Price in the upper range but still OK. Large selection of food. The disadvantage is if you haven't looked online beforehand, as there is no notice on the front door or in the restaurant that only cash payment is accepted. Cash only is actually a no-go these days. But otherwise worth repeating.

The food tasted good and was sufficient. Everything came very quickly too. The service was very friendly, but still has room for improvement. Only the ambience is not that nice. At the entrance you look at a messy counter that is probably also used as an "office". Can be done better.

Indian restaurant in German been reasonably good but this the worse we ever had. The restaurant claims to offer authentic flavors, but unfortunately, each dish tasted nearly identical, with the same color and below-average quality. You can check in few other reviews The flavors were bland, with spices that lacked depth. To make matters worse, the lady at the counter seemed unable to assist with ordering, and they only accepted cash payments, which was inconvenient.

A must visit in Würzburg for Indian food. Spot on taste, superb and very friendly service. Dishes are as perfect as it gets and what you'd expect in India. For a while we forgot we're sitting in Germany. Will be visiting again very soon.

I had a horrific experience in this restaurant which I want to share with all. I have ordered Samosa, Bengen Pakora, Bhindi Masala, Garlic Naan, Chicken Tikka masala and Lamb Biriyani. 1. Bengen Pakora - Bengen was not cooked properly and the besan batter was not cooked properly as well. Good part when we complained they deducted that from our bill. 2. The curry base for chicken and bhindi masala was same. Excessive oil and color. The curry was tasteless. 3. Rice was undercooked. Biriyani was more of a pulao with hardly any taste. 4. Only cash payment This is not a authentic Indian restaurant as there is no taste in the food When I gave the feedback while paying the cook or I guess owner jump in and said if you don't want to pay then don't but keep your feedback with you. He was very aggressive and in a denial mode for the bad quality of food. Service is good but main thing the taste in food is missing. I WIIL NEVER SUGGEST ANYONE TO VISIT

It's rare to find such great and friendly staff these days. The atmosphere was very pleasant and we laughed a lot with the staff. It was a very nice evening, not to mention the food, it was incredibly tasty with a lot of variety. A very nice restaurant that will be remembered fondly!

I don't understand why this restaurant gets such good reviews. We have reserved. The ambience alone was more like a beer hall, not really “Indian”. Good. Never judge a book by its cover. Now that wasn't an exclusion criterion. But when the starter came, I was already suspicious. We ordered the mix plate with 3 different dips. Only a few potato pakoras arrived. The dips were just Hela curry ketchup instead of chutney and instead of raita there was just mayo based salad dressing (the same sauce was on the pakora salad) We ordered the main course at the same time. When they still weren't there after 1 hour, we decided to pay for our appetizer and drinks and leave. Service was also subpar. Never again.

I visit Hopfenblüte Royal India regularly and can confidently say that it offers the best Indian food around. The dishes are exceptionally good and you can taste that they are prepared with a lot of passion. The quality of the products is incredibly good, which makes every dish a real pleasure. The owners always put their hearts into it and are literally passionate about Indian cuisine. They always take the time to make sure every guest is satisfied. The atmosphere in the restaurant is very pleasant and inviting. It's nice to sit there and the service is always very quick and friendly. The parking situation is also excellent. I've always had no problem finding a parking space on site, which makes the visit even more pleasant. I always feel at home here and always enjoy going back. We did a take away and ordered chicken korma and lamb Madras. It was really so tasty. And the quantity of the food was too much. We ordered for 2 people but I think 4 people can eat it. It was also a reasonable price. It really made our day.

Great advice at the table, 2 starter plates with 3 dips were totally sufficient for 6 people, delicious and varied dishes. The main courses are served in bowls so everyone can try each. Excellent !

Unfortunately, we wouldn't go there a second time and wouldn't recommend it, especially because of the poor quality of the food + nice service + short waiting time + Curry tastes ok BUT: - Frozen vegetables (!!), use of low-quality products - all the dishes were very greasy and were still like lead in the stomach even a day later - Naan bread not fully baked, partly raw dough, unfortunately it was not taken off the bill after a complaint, one could have done so - Samosas were rather dry and warmed up, not freshly prepared or freshly baked - no card payment possible (apparently permanent) - Dip sauces “convenience” There's no reason for us to go here more often, it's a shame...
