A wonderful place to eat. The portions are exceptionally large, the food is delicious, and the prices are relatively reasonable. The service is very attentive, and our dog was even provided with water.

You can still get really delicious, fresh food here. The portions are huge, and the waitresses always have a funny saying on their lips. I'd love to come back.

We had reserved a nice, shady spot in the beer garden. Known for its schnitzel, we were not disappointed. We tried a variety of schnitzel variations, and everything was truly delicious. Since it was quite filling, we had to have the rest packed up, which is what they expressly requested. Excellent value for money.

We went to Hommel's for the first time today and are more than impressed by the ambience, the service staff and, above all, the quality of the food and the prices. The portions are unusually large for the price. That's why the first place in the ranking of Dresden and the surrounding area is more than deserved. We will make reservations and stop by again soon.

Were there for a family celebration and were pleasantly surprised. The inn is very inconspicuous from the outside, the interior is rural, rustic but very cozy. The waitresses were very alert and despite the fact that there were 17 of us, we were never left dry and always had something to drink. Very tasty and huge dishes. We really enjoyed the inn. But I would recommend everyone to reserve in advance because it is always very crowded. The waitresses are also super friendly. There is outdoor seating and indoor seating. Free parking spaces can easily be found in the small side streets around it. We ordered schnitzel and fried potatoes. It was really incredibly tasty. The inn has a quaint, rustic interior. The courtyard with the outdoor seating is pretty and absolutely country house style, so cozy 🥰 10 out of 5 stars!!!

Small and hidden restaurant with very nice service and really large and sufficient portions. Since we were there in winter I can only judge the interiors, they were well maintained and I would describe them as old German decorated. However, the outside courtyard suggests that you can dine here in a nice atmosphere in the warmer months, which we will definitely do. A very clear recommendation from me!

I invited people to a small birthday party. Since several people wanted to drink a glass of water with the wine, I ordered a large bottle of water. They said that you wouldn't normally get a bottle of water with several glasses, but they complied with the request, the 0.7 liter bottle for €9.10. The inn was recommended to us by a Dresden salesman and we tried it straight away yesterday. On the menu there are many variations of schnitzel that we didn't know before. We decided on Schnitzl Pfefferonie and Broggoli, once with fries and once with fried potatoes. When the plates came we had to swallow first, it was huge and despite being very hungry we didn't quite manage to finish it all. Both meals were very tasty and the prices were also reasonable. Staff was very friendly. You have to look for a parking space in the area and, if necessary, walk a bit, but it's not a problem and it's specifically pointed out on the homepage. It is also pointed out that only cash payment is possible. In any case, we would love to come back.
