Absolutely terrible. We ordered online and waited over two hours for the food. The restaurant couldn't be reached, despite the money being debited. In the end, we had to contact Lieferando for a refund. People, stay away from this place! There are so many more reliable and better restaurants!

Hello everyone. Some time ago, I was already fortunate enough to be able to order my food from this hearty shop. It's always warm and delicious. But today! AFTER ordering through an external online supplier, I got a big surprise. After waiting over four hours for my long-awaited and well-deserved meal, I was immensely disappointed. My order for me and my lovely colleagues was canceled for no reason!!!! Horrified, I looked at my mobile device and the email that made my lunch break hell. "Sorry. Your order has been canceled!" What was I supposed to do with this message? Why? Why now? And why me? Unfortunately, my questions remained unanswered to date. My colleagues were deeply disappointed, and I've lost all respect within my company. I'll have to resign as a manager tomorrow and find a new city. Plagued by hunger, I type these words at my keyboard despite my vision blurred by tears. Now I'm going to clear out my office and head home to my cat, who is already disappointed in me. So, one star deducted.

The food is cold and cold. Contact the restaurant. The food arrived an hour late, completely cold, and there was no contact with the restaurant, even though I ordered an hour and a half before closing! I do not recommend it.
