Wir mussten mit unserem Hund draußen sitzen, was aber völlig in Ordnung war. Das Essen war gut, es gab viele vegane Optionen, wir waren zufrieden :)

Also bei Schichtarbeit ist Essen schon nicht unwichtig. Heute wollten wir mal was neues probieren. Bestellt um 19:30 Uhr... Bis 22 Uhr noch immer nix auf dem Tisch. Nie wieder. Außer Sorry gab es nix. Ob es das Geld wieder gibt ist fraglich da online bestellt und bezahlt.

Wir haben das Restaurant Hoi An in Eberswalde zum zweiten Mal besucht und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Sehr schmackhaftes und super angerichtetes Essen. Der Service ist höflich und freundlich. Schön eingerichtet, nur zu viel braun an den Wänden. Kommen sehr gerne wieder. 20.03.2026 Kurzfristig haben wir uns gestern entschieden im Hoi An Restaurant zu Mittag zu essen. Wie immer haben wir ein sehr schmackhaftes Essen genossen. Vielen Dank, wir kommen gerne wieder. Die Atmosphäre war auf den ersten Blick angenehm, doch leider wurde alles durch Fliegen 🪰 getrübt, die einen ruhigen Aufenthalt unmöglich machten. Das Essen war köstlich, die Nudeln waren ein Genuss, das Sushi 🍱 war nicht trocken, obwohl die Füllung viel Fisch enthielt – allerdings fehlte jeglicher Frischkäse! Die Cocktails 🍹 waren ebenfalls lecker, die Spezialität des Hauses, die mit Garnelen gefüllten Teigtaschen, waren interessant, aber scharf. Insgesamt war es lecker, aber es gibt noch Verbesserungspotenzial. Ich hätte gerne die Suppe probiert, war aber schon satt! Die Fliegen haben die Atmosphäre ruiniert, ich wollte so schnell wie möglich wieder weg! Würde ich wieder hingehen? JA, ABER IN EINEM ANDEREN SAAL, WO ES KEINE FLIEGEN GIBT.

Was für ein tolles Restaurant... Des essen war hervorragend und der Service 1te Klasse... Von den Preisen ganz zu schweigen... 4 Personen 63euro mit Getränke, Vorspeise und Hauptgericht... Der wahnsinn... Die Portionen waren mehr als reichlich... Sehr zu empfehlen...

Leider gibt es keine veganen Gerichte auf der Speisekarte. Ansonsten ein sehr nettes vietnamesisches Restaurant mit freundlichem Service und angenehmer Atmosphäre.

Das Essen: mein Freund hatte Nr25-Udon-Nudeln-Xao, das fand er lecker. Dazu hatte er Ente, die fand er auch lecker.Es wird mit Röstzwiebeln serviert (steht nicht in der Info). Ich hatte Nr23-Pho-Xao-Pad-Viet, ich fand es gar nicht lecker. Die ”Soße“ dazu war einfach nur diese süß-sauer Soße aus diesen Glasflaschen (ihr wisst was ich meine) und meine Nudeln waren darin getränkt. Es war einfach nur scharf. Dazu hatte ich gebratenes Hähnchen, was sehr stark nach Zitrone/Limette geschmeckt hat. War mir leider viel zu viel und ich habe es nicht gegessen. Zu dem Hähnchen gab es Erdnüsse, was in keiner Beschreibung stand und für Allergiker problematisch sein könnte. Auch dazu gab es unerwartet Röstzwiebeln. Dazu hatten wir noch Nr275-Smoked-Salmon-Roll, die war okay. Jedoch hatte ich drum gebeten, es ohne Wasabi und Ingwer zu bekommen - wurde ignoriert. War mir deswegen zu scharf. War nicht mal so eine Trennwand drin. Der Service/Lieferservice: furchtbar finde ich persönlich. Wir haben essen bestellt um 18:04Uhr. Angerufen habe ich um 19:10Uhr. Es kam dann um 19:36Uhr. Wir wohnen ganz oben und der Lieferant hat geklingelt und gesagt wir sollen bitte runterkommen. Unten angekommen stellte sich heraus, dass er weder gebrechlich, gestresst oder eingeschränkt war, sondern einfach nur eine Zigarette rauchen wollte. Als mein Freund angesprochen hat, dass dies ziemlich frech ist, nachdem wir 1,5h gewartet haben, war er uneinsichtig und wurde frech. Es wurde auf keinen unserer Wünsche eingegangen. Geht auch gar nicht, denn auf unserer Bestellung wurden unserer Anmerkungen durchgestrichen und lediglich der Küchenvermerk “ohne Koriander“ berücksichtigt. Auch dass ich geschrieben habe ”Bitte ohne Wasabi und Ingwer“ wurde durchgestrichen. Stelle vom Beleg ein Foto rein. Da wir bereits bei unserer letzten Bestellung genau solange warten mussten, auch dort keine Wünsche berücksichtigt wurden und wir andauernd Probleme mit dem Fahrer und dessen Höflichkeit haben, empfehle ich es nicht, dort zu bestellen. Auch vor Ort sollte einem bewusst sein, dass man nicht bekommt, was man wünscht. Hoffe es konnte helfen. Bin verärgert. UPDATE: Der Fahrer kam zu uns mit einem Gutschein und hat sich bei uns entschuldigt. Vermutlich wurde der Inhaber tätig. Vielen Dank dafür Dafür gebe ich 5 Sterne bei Ambiente (eine neue Rezension zu schreiben war nicht möglich)

Geschmacklich konnte das Restaurant durchaus überzeugen. Die Vorspeise und das Hauptgericht waren frisch, gut gewürzt und schön angerichtet – die Küche versteht ihr Handwerk. Doch der Service war eine Zumutung: lange Wartezeiten, unaufmerksames Personal und keinerlei Überblick. Der Tiefpunkt war erreicht, als unser bestellter Nachtisch an den falschen Tisch gebracht und dort auch kommentarlos serviert und gegessen wurde. Keine Entschuldigung, keine Lösung – stattdessen mussten wir erneut nachfragen, nur um dann noch länger zu warten. Fazit: Wer nur wegen des Essens kommt und viel Geduld mitbringt, wird zufrieden sein. Wer ein rundum stimmiges Restauranterlebnis erwartet, ist hier definitiv falsch.

Unser absoluter Lieblingsvietnamese. Wir lieben das tolle Ambiente, wo man sofort alles hinter sich lassen kann. Der Service ist super nett, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit, ein wirklich tolles Team. Das Essen ist wirklich umwerfend und frisch. Sushi ist butterzart, total frisch und einfach lecker. Die Vorspeisen sind ebenfalls lecker und abwechslungsreich. Die Hauptspeisen sind ebenso frisch, lecker, gut (nicht zu sehr) abgeschmeckt und einfach.....perfekt. Wir kommen immer wieder gern hier her und genießen es jedes Mal aufs Neue! Bleibt so toll!!

Wir durften mit unserem Hund nicht herein. Lange Anfahrt und bei Google in der Info steht dass Hunde erlaubt wären. Personal streitet das auch noch ab.

Wenn ich dort essen gegangen bin war bisher immer alles sehr gut. Doch gestern haben wir Abends zum Mitnehmen bestellt und obwohl wir von dem Angestellten noch mal eine Bestätigung der Bestellung bekommen haben, würde ein essen zu viel zubereitet und es gab eine lange, unhöfliche Diskussion darum, dass wir nur das Essen kaufen und mitnehmen, dass wir bestellt haben. Zuhause angekommen haben wir festgestellt, dass unser Essen (1*Bratreis und 2*gebratene Reisnudeln mit jeweils Tofu) in Fett getrieft haben. Ich bin schwanger und konnte nur ein paar Gabeln essen bis mir richtig schlecht war. Mein Partner hat seine Portion wegen Hungers aufgegessen und hatte die Nacht über starke Bauchschmerzen und unsere Freundin hat heute den Tag über auch sehr dolle Darmprobleme gehabt. Ich bin sehr froh, dass ich es nicht aufgegessen habe, es scheint entweder altes oder schlechtes Fett oder was anderes gewesen zu sein. Auf jeden Fall haben wir alle Reste weggeworfen und ärgern uns sehr. Das Wan Tan war super und wie gesagt vor Ort als ich noch Sushi essen durfte war das auch immer super lecker.

Sehr schöne Lage, gutes Essen und faire Preise. Hier kann man ohne Bedenken asiatisch genießen.

Sehr hübsches in einem Hinterhof gelegenes Restaurant mit einem schönen Garten und einer phantastischen Küche. Das Personal ist schnell und freundlich. Ich hatte selten so viel auf den Punkt gegartes Gemüse im Gericht und es war sehr appetitlich angerichtet. Das Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis ist super. Unbedingt ausprobieren.

The combination of rustic inn ambiance and exotic Asian cuisine is charming. Unfortunately, the service staff's rudimentary German skills often lead to misunderstandings. So, when ordering, it's best to point to the numbers on the menu and smile.

We were visiting for the first time as out-of-town guests. The interior was pleasant and the staff very friendly. The dishes we ordered were delicious. I have to deduct one star for the lack of card payments. This is outdated and impractical.

After what felt like five minutes, the food arrived. The food was delicious, and the iced tea was also excellent. And the staff was friendly and accommodating. Because we had birthday guests at our table, we also received a complimentary fruit wine, which was also delicious.

We went there before the start of a long hospital stay in Eberswalde. The food was generally okay, and the service was fine too— nothing particularly special, but in a neutral, acceptable way. The only downside was the backyard seating, which wasn’t very comfortable.

We were there on July 10, 2025. Highly recommended. A real insider tip for Eberswalde. It was a lovely evening. The atmosphere was very nice. A family-run restaurant with young Vietnamese waitresses. Everyone was very friendly, polite, and accommodating. Super clean. Prices aren't too expensive like others in Eberswalde. The food is super delicious. We felt very comfortable.

The ambiance at the Hoi An restaurant is truly appealing and inviting. The food tastes good, especially the sushi, which seems fresh and is perfectly acceptable for our region. Home delivery is on time, sometimes even a little earlier than promised – which can be inconvenient if you're on the go. Another small drawback is that the restaurant often only accepts cash payments – despite prior requests – and they generally only accept cash for deliveries. Overall, though, it's a great Asian restaurant that I'd happily recommend!

I ate here several times four years ago and was always satisfied. Today's main course (fried pho) was disappointing, however. It was served far too quickly and tasted like fried noodles from a train station snack bar – and that for almost 13 euros, which I had to withdraw because they didn't accept card payments. Well, I probably won't be back.

We had pho with tofu and curry. It was very aromatic and delicious! The staff is friendly, and you get your food in record time. The ambiance is also perfect. If I ever visit Eberswalde again, I would definitely come back.

I'm extremely disappointed. Considering that Eberswalde is unfortunately a culinary flatland (exceptions include Kochkommode, Pizza/Burger Lulu&Rahal), this restaurant WAS still okay - it could have been handled that way. What we, two adults and our three children, experienced today is completely unacceptable. 1. We got a position 10 minutes after ordering. 2. Immediately asked for a position to be brought together, because that's how we ordered. This was confirmed. 3. Positions 2 and 3 arrived 10 minutes later for two more of us. Then 4. WAIT. The rest for the other three arrived after the first two had finished eating. 5. What came next (sushi and sashimi) – cheeky to call it that – arrived with dry ice and a lot of fanfare, unfortunately of a quality... they should have saved themselves the show and invested in higher-quality products - okay... Summary: The butterfish was overcooked, the salmon so-so, the tuna had a taste... a bit overcooked, I'd say, the unagi... the worst I've ever eaten. The udon noodles, which used to be quite good here, were inedibly oversalted. 6. We waited in vain for the extra plates for the children. The good thing was the still water and the lychee juice. They smiled and politely apologized for the delay, but offered no compensation - cheeky. 7. Even cheekier: charging €116 after this disaster, considering they had to clear away full plates. I would have been so incredibly embarrassed to ask for money. Not even the question: What was going on? Was something wrong? Nothing. That was the last time, Hoi An. There's no excuse for that. That's rude and brazen. I'm just waiting for a stomach ache today... not to be ruled out. And dear Hoi An team - save yourself the standard response like "We're sorry... we always try our best, blah blah blah." Offer to refund the entire bill, and I'll mention it here in the addendum...

We've always enjoyed going here; the food is delicious and the sushi is really good! Unfortunately, we had an experience yesterday that made us decide not to come again. We had been warned in advance that the sushi might take longer to prepare, which wasn't a problem for us. We were also asked if we wanted the other two meals delivered together, which we said yes to - there were four of us and we wanted to eat together. Sometime after 45 minutes, the others' meals arrived and we continued sitting there waiting. After the two had finished their meals, over an hour had passed since we ordered, we finally asked - and lo and behold, we had been forgotten. We didn't really get any information about what would happen next. After another 15 minutes of nothing happening, we decided to leave and reported to the front to at least pay for the food we had already received. It turned out that we had been forgotten AGAIN, even though we had already let them know. The excuse "it was too busy" doesn't work on a Tuesday evening, I'm sorry. The 10% discount voucher for next time wasn't much consolation either. It's okay that something gets forgotten once in a while, but to have two meals delivered and two forgotten (you can see when you bring the food that two people are sitting there who haven't had anything yet!), and then, after you've already let them know, to be forgotten AGAIN, is simply unacceptable. It's a shame, we really enjoyed our stay here...

We ordered something to take away today. The staff is very friendly and the restaurant is very nice. Unfortunately we were missing the sauce, which meant the food was quite dry. One portion was ordered without vegetables but unfortunately there were still some in it. The portions are also relatively small and we weren't particularly impressed with the taste. It was worth the experience, but wouldn't do it again.

We ordered for the first time today and it definitely won't be the last time. Absolute world class. For me personally the best food in Eberswalde. All fresh ingredients, super tasty, great portions in great boxes. Fast delivery and price performance absolutely acceptable.

Today I ordered a lunch special for 8.90 (sweet and sour sauce with baked shrimp). What surprised me negatively when I picked it up was that my €10 was taken as a natural tip when I paid. I was immediately given the bag and wished I had a nice day. I left it at that because I didn't want to be stingy, but I think it's stupid that as a customer you are put in this situation. If I want to give a tip, I'll say so too. What motivated me to write this review was that unfortunately I didn't like the food. The vegetables were almost raw, the prawns were not crispy and the rice was a thin, hard layer pressed onto the bottom. Too bad

We always like to come back! There is a wide selection of sushi and delicious Vietnamese dishes. There is also something for vegetarians and vegans :). Very nice decor and nice service.

Hoi An offers a pleasant atmosphere. Unfortunately, in addition to the good food, the service leaves a lot to be desired. When it was pointed out again that the sushi menus were overpriced because you would get more sushi and, above all, cheaper if you ordered each component individually, after 3! Years still not responded. The sushi menu costs 1 z. B. 18€. If you order each component individually, you get an amount of €14.80 and you even have 8x the individual emails, instead of just 6x per type of maki as in the menu. All in all, we can recommend Hoi An based on the quality of the food 😊

The food is really tasty but unfortunately very expensive

It's really beautiful here and the food tastes excellent. The only downer today was that the guests were put together despite the low capacity. Unfortunately, we had a family with small, very loud children. Otherwise we can highly recommend the restaurant.

Food was great, after a few bites I discovered a long black hair that was definitely not mine as I had blonde hair. I then asked for the bill and then asked for the bill and my girlfriend paid. She gave a little more and I wanted to give her more money so that it was appropriate. The waitress then said that she had money herself and I wouldn't give anything more. Custom and gave herself a five euro tip, my friend then said that she would get money back. The waitress then quickly ran into the kitchen and didn't come back and we left.

Nice shop, in a side street a bit out of the way. Unfortunately the menu is a bit stupid because it has a kink so that a few words are not immediately readable. (e.g.: sweet and sour sauce legible, the word “spicy” is not) The prices are also not visible due to the bend. We were there with seven people, some of whom came ten minutes after us, but the waitress had already been there three times and asked us what we wanted to drink... pretty annoying when you always have to say that we're still waiting and she doesn't seem to notice There are still empty seats and we are waiting! Seemed a bit rushed to me. I also found placing the order tiring because there were an endless number of things with numbers and we had to repeat ourselves at least twice because she didn't understand us. I wouldn't eat here again. Otherwise ok.

Ordered shortly beforehand. Looks very chic from the outside and is very comfortable inside. At first we were sitting pretty close to the door and it was getting cold. Since the door was supposed to remain open, we were able to move around without any problems. Very friendly wait staff and the food was great. However, the toilet is one floor higher, which could be a problem for some people. In any case, we would like to come back.
