Hofmann's Bistro in Grammetal

I visited Hofmann's Bistro for the first time today. And I can only say, the food is fantastic, it looks appealing, and it's delicious. The service staff is very friendly, and customers are truly treated like guests. That's not usually the case in other restaurants these days. At Hofmann's, SERVICE is a top priority. All in all, I wholeheartedly recommend it. Next time I'm in the area, I'll be even hungrier. Until next time!

We had the pleasure of experiencing Hofmans Bistro at the va-Q-tec summer festival in Kölleda – and it was a real highlight! The food was not only fresh and lovingly prepared, but also tasted excellent. We were particularly impressed by the variety and quality of the dishes – you could tell the passion that goes into the cooking here. The service was also friendly, attentive, and warm, which perfectly rounded off the whole experience. Hofmans Bistro definitely left a lasting impression with its presence at the summer festival – highly recommended! 👌

Catering at its finest! We were entrusted with organizing a celebration – the date was fixed, and it had to be something special. We obtained three catering quotes from local providers in advance. Even the first phone call with Dirk, the grill expert, was extremely convincing. He took plenty of time, explained everything in detail, stated his prices transparently, and enthusiastically presented his style of grilled buffet. The bride and groom were also thrilled and – fortunately – chose Dirk as well. Even before the actual date, he personally visited the venue, inspected the conditions on site, and discussed the implementation options with us. The couple even went with Dirk afterwards to see his lovingly converted old fire engine, which he uses to present his grilled buffet – a real eye-catcher and an absolute plus for any event. On the day of the event, Dirk arrived early, so the setup could be carried out stress-free and professionally. All that was needed was a power connection – he brought everything else with him. The buffet was ready for use at the agreed time. Guests were able to watch the freshly grilled food being prepared live, creating a wonderful atmosphere. The response was consistently positive! All guests – young and old, meat lovers, vegetarians, and vegans – were thrilled with the variety, quality, and presentation of the dishes. The service was also friendly, professional, and attentive. The portions were very well calculated: everyone was satisfied, and leftover food was neatly packaged and made available. In conclusion: Dirk not only offers a delicious barbecue buffet, but an all-around successful experience with heart, quality, and absolute reliability. We can recommend him without reservation and would book him again at any time.

We always enjoy coming back to the bistro. Whether you're just a little hungry or a little more, there's something for everyone. We've been here for breakfast and lunch, and it's always been absolutely delicious. Everything is freshly prepared and presented with love. The service is prompt and always friendly. We went to the fish market in Hurghada with Dirk. There were freshly fried shrimp, a whole fish, and calamari. We had it prepared on the spot and ate it. It was incredibly delicious. Thank you for this culinary experience.

We ordered catering from Grillspezi for our company event. The coordination in advance was uncomplicated and special requests were no problem. On the day of the event the team was very punctual, professional and friendly. All the salads, the bratwurst and the super tender grilled sausages impressed us. The vegan and vegetarian alternatives offered, such as burgers and gyros, were also very well received. Everything was freshly prepared and in sufficient quantities. We would like to thank you for the great hospitality, which made the event special. Gladly again in the future!

Heute zum ersten Mal getestet und für sehr gut befunden. Super lecker, frisch. Mega entspannte und freundliche Bedienung und die Küchencrew der Hammer... Demnächst zur Mittagszeit definitiv wieder. Dieses Mal zum Mittagessen: Auch heute Begeisterung pur. Eine sehr üppige Portion Marinierter Hering mit Bratkartoffeln. Lange keine soooo guten Bratkartoffeln gegessen. Der Hering wirklich gut verfeinert mit Zwiebeln und Gürkchen. Die hausgemachte Limonade sehr lecker. Da ich nicht alles geschafft habe, gab es eine gute Verpackung mit einem handschriftlichen Wochenendgruss für den Rest. So geht guter Service. Ich komme definitiv wieder. Auch heute Daumen hoch für Küche und Service und der Preis topp.

Heute Hoffest bei th- beton Güterfelde/ Stahnsdorf. Alles war tiptop bei Hofmann's. Z.B. zum Eisbein selbstgemachtes Sauerkraut, deftige Soljanka und mein persönlicher Knaller, war das selbstgebackene Brot mit Safran. Leggaaa

Wir wurden mit super leckeren Essen überrascht. Vater und Sohn (Dirk und Alex) haben uns wunderbar bewirtet.

Für unsere Firmenfeier haben wir uns für Hofmann‘s Bistro entschieden . Und was soll ich sagen wir waren hellauf begeistert , das Essen war absolut klasse und die Auswahl mehr als reichlich . Auch gab es super leckere Getränke vom Fass . Herr und Frau Hofmann sind einfach unfassbar freundlich . Ich würde hier immer wieder bestellen. Ein gelungener Abend . Macht weiter so !

Wir hatten heute ein Firmenevent. Das Team von Hofman's Bistro hat uns ein super Essen präsentiert. Man kann das Team nur weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank

Ein gleichermaßen schlichtes wie angenehmes Lokalkolorit. Die Speisen sind preiswert und schmackhaft. Der Service ist großartig und besondere von der Speisekarte abweichende Wünsche der Gäste werden stets berücksichtigt und realisiert (siehe Bild).

Gutes Bistro mit netten Mitarbeitern. Hatte eine große Currywurst mit Pommes und Salat zu einem guten Preis. Empfehlenswert!

Hofmann's Bistro ist kurzfristig als Caterer bei unserer Veranstaltung am Samstag eingesprungen (3 Tage Vorbereitungszeit). Ein Familienbetrieb der durch seine Freundlichkeit und Professionalität sehr zu empfehlen ist. 🥳 Das Essen war sehr sehr lecker und das zu normalen/fairen Preisen. Wir sind auf Empfehlung in dieses Bistro gefahren. Dieser Empfehlung nachzugehen war das Beste was was wir machen konnten. Das Personal sowie der Chef waren sehr gut drauf. Das Essen war super und hat mich an die Kochkünste meiner Mutter erinnert. Es ist gute Thüringer Hausmannskost. Portionen und Preise sind absolut in Ordnung. Weiterhin bietet das Bistro eine freundliche Atmosphäre. Nicht zu vergessen sind die selbst hergestellten Wurstwaren. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Das Bistro ist echt zu empfehlen. Nach sehr kurzer Zeit haben wir uns dort heimisch gefühlt. Lieben Dank an das Team und macht weiter so..Der eine Stern in meinem ersten Post ist als Zusatzstern zu verstehen. Liegt in einem Gewerbegebiet. Parkplätze vorhanden. Keine Schickimickikneipe,aber sauber u ordentlich. Essen sehr lecker,richtige Hausmannskost. Freundlich u nette Bedienung. Familienbetrieb.Immer wieder gerne.

Schönen guten Tag. Wir haben für unsere Schuleinführung am Wochenende Fleisch bestellt. Super lecker , reichlich und preislich top . Die Abwicklung also Bestellung, Abholung, zurück bringen der Behälter, total unkompliziert. Sehr nettes Team. Alles Top . Dankeschön.

Wir sind am Samstag außerhalb der Öffnungszeiten auf gut Glück aufgeschlagen. Zuerst "ach ne, die haben heute zu" gedacht, dann die offene Tür gesehen und trotz viel Stress und geschlossener Gesellschaft haben wir überragende Gulaschsuppe und Schweinefilet mit Rahmchampignons auf Bauernbrot bekommen. Dazu dann noch ein kleiner Schnack mit dem Koch und die Stimmung war gerettet.

Am 13.07.2022 leistete Hoffmann's Bistro ganze Arbeit. Mit Speisen und Getränken wurde das diesjährige Hoffest von th Beton in Steudnitz eine gelungene Veranstaltung. Das Essen war ausgezeichnet und die Fassbrause erinnerte mich direkt an meine Kindheit. Sehr zu empfehlen ist das Rindergulasch was nicht nur hervorragend schmeckt sondern auch Lust auf mehr macht. Von mir gibt es noch einen extra Stern für die Freundlichkeit und die lockere Atmosphäre die durch Herrn Hoffmann und seine Mitarbeiter verbreitet wurde. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen und ich werde es mir nicht nehmen lassen auch das Bistro in Weimar in nächster Zeit zu besuchen. Dem ganzen Team wünsche ich weiterhin alles Gute und viel Erfolg für die Zukunft.
